I've received lots of recommendations about Ca Bianca, so we finally decided to dine in. The restaurant looked pretty big with several zones/rooms. The ambiance inside was lovely. Parking on the other hand, was quite a problem. Since there wasn't much of a parking lot, we ended up parking on the street, pretty far down the road. Their entrance looks super good at night when the lights come on.
Our server Gilberto, was amazing! Super nice and open, gave us a couple of good recommendations, checked on us frequently, and answered all of our questions. A little problem that we had throughout the entire evening was not enough water. Since there was so much ice in our small glass, we ran out after 5-6 sips. We still were thirsty at the end of the night.
For the main course, I ordered Vongole-linguine with clams, garlic, fresh tomatoes, and white wine. The clams tasted good and fresh, and the pasta was flavorful. The entire dish was tasty, I can't argue with that, but it wasn't "out of this world". I also think I came with a set of mind that their food was going to be extraordinary since I heard so much about this place from other people, but sadly for me, it wasn't. It was just good Italian food, nothing amazing. My husband had Bolognese-fettuccine served with traditional Italian meat sauce, which was rich and flavorful. For dessert, we decided to go with Panna Cotta. Wild berry compote added a wonderful note of flavor. We liked how creamy it was.
Ca Bianca is a nice Italian restaurant with a gorgeous aesthetic to it.
