Chicago’s restaurant openings for winter 2020 - Eater Chicago
"The team behind Lincoln Park sausage spot Chicago’s Dog House will open Cabos Tacos, a series of Baja-themed pop-ups, starting in Blue Cross Blue Shield Tower on Monday through Friday. It’ll feature a tight menu of shrimp, lobster, beef picadillo, and Beyond Beef tacos and rice bowls with plenty of toppings. Future pop up locations also include Northwestern University Chicago, the 353 North Clark building, and the University of Chicago Medical Center." - Naomi Waxman
Cabos Tacos in dowtown Chicago located at 15 W. Washington Avenue offers the best Shrimp and Cheese Tacos in the city, paired with incredible homemade hot sauces. There’s no need to travel to the Pilsen neighborhood for authentic Mexican flavors. I tried their Shrimp Tacos, and they were a delicious monster of a meal that sent me to heaven and back. I can’t wait to return for more. Congratulations to Cabos Tacos for being on the culinary cutting edge of high-quality Mexican food—you truly represent Chicago well.

Had Lobster tacos at the Taste of Pullman this past weekend and I can't stop thinking about them! I'm obsessed! LOL! They are not stingy on the meat/lobster. So good! If you haven't tried it...You Must! Can't wait to try other dishes.

Food was VERY tasty. However, I paid $4 extra on my chicken bowl for an extra order of shrimp... I literally got 2 tiny pieces for $4. I can’t stand places that are this cheap. Will definitely not be ordering from here again!

Really good food, really fresh and delicious. I ordered the lobster bowl, chips and queso, and my partner ordered the chicken tacos. It was all great, and a good value. I’m definitely ordering from here again
