I had a wonderful experience at this Cache Salon. Mashana is fabulous and takes her time to perfection her piece. I’ve had a color, cut and silk press and the results have gave perfect and fabulous. Highly recommend!!

Kathy is the BEST. She knows what cut looks good on you and she is not only fast but cuts beautifully. She's been doing my family's hair for five years. Love her. The facility is not to bad but has lots of parking.

Two weeks ago I bought a coupon for a 60 minute deep pore cleansing facial by Delma. After buying the coupon I immediately called to sign up for the procedure, but no one picked up the phone for 2 days, I left voice messages to be called back. I found Delma's facebook and sent her a message there, she never answered. 2 days later she finally called me back to say she doesn't have any time for me at all! After talking for a long time she finally gave me a spot 1 and a half weeks out. This was a very inconvenient time for me, and I had to reschedule other previously scheduled commitments. On the day that we were supposed to meet, she called me 1 hour before the appointment and told me to come 1 hour after the negotiated time! Feeling very frustrated, I agreed. However when I arrived, she was not in the office!! I called her and of course she did not answer! A while later she sent a message that she would finally be there in 10 minutes. I waited the 10 minutes which turned into a full hour and a half, I continued contacting her every several minutes trying to figure out what was going on! Then someone came out from a neighboring office telling me that I don't have to wait for Delma anymore because she won't be coming! I was very upset and felt cheated. By this time I had already spent 2 and half hours waiting for her to get to the office from the original time we agreed on! I left. Delma only called me an hour after I left and didn't even apologize or explain why she was absent. She was exceptionally rude. She said she would try to schedule another appointment and would call me when she found a spot for me. Our last conversation was 3 days ago, and of course she has not called back. I am very upset because of her behavior, and will not book an appointment with her again, either way, by the way she acted and talked to me on the phone it would be dangerous for me to go!

they freaking suck my friend came out orange out there my eye lashes were falling my hair look like my 10yr old sister did it. i did not like the service i don't know if i got a new girl but i would never go there again horrible job. next time ill blind fold my self and do my make up while im doing a hand stand and it will still look better then theirs.

I see Regina Evans at the Cache Salon. Regina has been working my hair for almost four years! And, I absolutely LOVE her. I'm from Memphis, TN and as a black woman in Las Vegas, it was hard trying to find someone to do my hair when I first moved here but then Regina and I was linked and it has been a great relationship. Regina not only does hair but she teaches you what she is doing to "your" hair! The products she uses will be for your hair and what she does to your hair may not be what she will do for other clients because we all have different grades of hair and healthy lifestyles. When I first came to Regina, I was wearing a relaxer but over time she got me out of the relaxer and wearing my natural hair. Regina does it all...relaxers, natural hair, weaves, sew-ins, color, and cuts.

I went there to get my hair done. The salon was clean I loved the atmosphere and the vibe was good. I met the owner and she is amazing! Friendly helpful and very knowledge. I recommend this salon to everyone.

BEWARE UP UP CHARGE and COVID Practices. I selected their Groupon specifically because it didn't have a declaimer in the comments about applying to short hair only. When I called he told me that it was in the fine print and he'd show me. When I arrived, he couldn't show me where it was (because it's not there), but still refused to honor the advertised price. Additionally, he refused to give me a quote or even a range over the phone of the additional costs and said I'd have to drive across town. I tried to explain in cosmetology terms what the length, texture, and density was but he wouldn't hear it. The reason you don't see these bad reviews on Groupon is because they tell you to return your Groupon when you arrive. Lastly, I ultimately walked out because their COVID safety is concerning. The sign on the door says one customer per stylist, but my assigned colorist was in the middle of a hair process when I arrived and placed me in a chair not 3' from her other customer in a very small room.

Attempted to book with Benjamin- asked a couple questions regarding time For service and he was very rude, Insulted me when I asked how long it would take and told me I had "no clue what I was talking about. I would not recommend going with someone so rude.

Got my hair done today. To say the least I'm not happy at all. I went in with at least 2 years of not cutting my hair and 100% virgin. I asked for layers and just a trim on the overall length. I naturally have light brown hair and wanted to have just a partial highlight to an ash blonde. Instead I got orange highlights that don't even go to the top, there is about an inch of hair that didn't even get lightened and my hair looks like i let my 2 year old cut it. I'm order to fix my cut ill need to cut at least 3-4 inches off. I paid over $100 for this disaster and even told Linda i didn't need a style done because I didn't want to break down and cry right there.

This salon is located in a scary area. There are other seemingly seedy businesses in this same plaza and this salon is one too. I would not recommend this place for any stylist searching for a new salon home, as it is very stressful explaining to your clients all of the crazy and scary people who loiter in this plaza. The owner is not nice, and will sue you if you default in your contact, that's the other thing, you're forced into a contract. The other stylist are not nice, and will go through your things so be sure to lock up tight. Overall if you care about your career just don't do it.

Fairly mediocre nail service. I second everything Tiffany said in her review below - I wouldn't recommend this place. I know I could have done a better job myself - taking less time, paid more attention and used MUCH better quality nail polish than the stuff that was used on me. No licenses displayed anywhere. Customer service and professionalism was non-existent. 1/10, would never, ever come here again.

We had an appointment with Benjamin finding him thru Groupon. After setting the appointment, Benjamin texted us back to tell us his credit card machine wasn't working and asked if we could pay cash. I told him that I would just process my appointment thru the Groupon app so it could be charged to my credit card. He replied with let's just cancel the appointment then! Really Benjamin?? Why advertise on Groupon if you won't take any appointments thru Groupon? Oh is it because you would have to pay Groupon a commission? Totally unprofessional Benjamin!!!!! If you do decide to go you Cache Salon for a haircut, DO NOT GO TO BENJAMIN!!! He's a real piece of work.

Ramon the Latino guy the one when you enter the salon first station on the left is not professional at all. He booked me Saturday at 12 o'clock and I went there at 11:50am, I was waiting outside because I have seen he had someone on his chair. At 12 o'clock I entered and he was kind of ignoring me at the beginning and after 2 mins he came to me and asked me in his broken English what I need and I said I came for my haircut appointment and he said he booked me for yesterday which he was Wrong because I saved on my phone Memo my appointment day and time and I remember clearly was Saturday at 12 o'clock. He checked his phone and he apologized hesitantly, with half a mouth. He asked me if I can wait 20 minutes and he will eventually do my haircut, I went outside I waited 35 minutes and he was still working on a woman hair, I went inside again and he said another 20 minutes at least. I left because he was just wasting my time and playing with my nerves. Ramon is not professional plus he showed what kind of character he have, liar and not a serious person. Right before I left I asked him are you sure you know the days of the week in English and he did like in the Godfather movie the week days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Wednesday, Sunday, Saturday "Yo sé inglés" The comedy was served and my time wasted by Ramon.

Never have I ever been to a salon to get my hair done and walked out 100% satisfied until I came here!!! Joe is amazing and so knowledgeable about what should be done and needs to be done to achieve the effects that I wanted for my hair. He never pushes products on me and services that I don't need. Joe is the owner of this salon and takes high pride in it by maintaining it to perfection and cleanliness. It's tucked away in a little corner off of heavy traffic and it's quiet!! I highly recommend him and his staff for whatever you are looking for in hair design or just healthy up keep!!

I called this Business on Monday to make an appointment for a manicure and pedicure or with a Groupon I had purchased I was scheduled for today at 10:30 and the receptionist asked me to text her my appointment time my name and the services I wanted because she didn't have time to write it in her agenda and she needed a reminder I got a late response confirming my appointment on Monday and this morning I get a text saying I didn't respond to her text so she canceled my appointment .. from the moment I called to make an appointment and she asked me to text her back so she could have a reminder I knew it was an unprofessional business and this morning they just confirmed it and the lady still has the nerve to argue and keep texting me shame on you

I highly suggest you don't waste your time here. It's sad that one person could bring down an entire company with their terrible attitude. Looking at the reviews I'm not the only one. I found this salon because it was close to my home. I noticed there was a Groupon out for Benjamin so I called to make an appointment. After a few failed attempts to reach him I finally got a call back. I mentioned I was looking at the Groupon and his whole attitude took a turn. He told me not to purchase it and he would honor the price. I explained in detail what my hair looked like, super basic it's high lights grown out. He obviously didn't believe me and said I need to go down there and he will look to see if he can do it. Then I would have to make an additional appointment to come back plus there could be up charges to the Groupon. I said that's fine about the up charge, but he continued to talk me out of getting my hair done saying it's too soon for highlights when I told him it's been 2 months and he hadn't even seen my hair! I could tell he didn't want to do my hair and was stereotyping bc I was looking at the Groupon. He began to get irritated with me bc I didn't want to make 2 separate appointments. I waited a week just to get a hold of him to begin with. It's absolutely unnecessary and a waste of my time. He was being sooooo RUDE as the conversation went south. so I said never mind I don't want you touching my hair. He said good! and the conversation was over. It was so strange how he literally pushed me away. I never in my life would let this man work In my establishment or rent a chair. He's a disgrace to any business! I will NEVER consider coming here with an employee like BENJAMIN! I'm not even sure why he still works here some of these reviews are from 4 months ago and it's the same bs! Seriously wish I could smack this A-hole

I have NEVER had such a poor nail experience in my life. I purchased the Groupon for a gel mani, and for anyone doing the same, go elsewhere! It was in a small room in the back, and everything feel very make-shift. My nails were all filed un-even, my cuticles were left undone, and the nails looked terrible. The night I got them done a friend asked, "did you do your gels yourself?" They were awful. I was FINALLY led to write this when three of them chipped the 3rd day I had them!! One of the worst parts of the experience was that the nail person, "last minute" said the french tips were $10 extra. I have gotten my nails done for 30 years and NEVER heard this. Felt like the girl hustled me for an awful nail job! Final touch, there were NO licenses displayed anywhere! WOuldn't be surprised if this person didn't have any...health department?? In short, save yourself from the same experience I had.

Koi's is the greatest! Every time I leave the shop I feel amazing and I always get great compliments. Although I'm not a huge fan of the parking structure and lack of Wi-fi, the salon is always well kept and maintained. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with koi and how she stays ahead of the game with her cutting edge techniques and products that leave me looking and feeling better than when I came in. Esmeralda is absolutely one of the nicest and most easy going stylists i've ever been with. I've been with her for years now and moved everywhere with her and she can really transform my hair and make it look beautiful for affordable prices as well. She is very patient and understanding and always there for her appointments and is never late. I don't ever plan on changing my hair stylist and i would absolutely recommend her for trims, coloring, treatments or any other hair needs someone might need. Esmeralda is very trustworthy when it comes to hair and really knows what she's doing, also as a plus she is great with conversation and has a very positive personality with her customers and other people within the salon. All in all, i wouldn't even have a second thought to send anyone to her, because with her you truly are in good hands.

This review is more for the hair stylist than the salon itself. He actually moved to a new salon recently called 24/7 Salon on Tropicana/Decatur, so beware! I was recommended to see RYAN (I believe he is Native American so avoid this Ryan!) by a friend. I wanted reddish streaks in my hair similar to a bayalage or ombre look and I showed him a picture. As he was bleaching my hair, I noticed he was rushing and it was kind of rough. After he finished putting the bleach in my hair he sat me under the dryer and I realized then why he was rushing. He had another client waiting for him also. Apparently, he booked us about 30 min apart, who does that?!?! As a stylist why would you book 30 min. apart knowing it will take longer than 30 minutes to cut and highlight. He basically left me under the dryer for over 30 min. which cannot be good to have bleach in your hair for that long!!! Long story short, the end result was HORRIBLE. It didn't even come out red, the areas where my hair was bleached was stringy, stretchy, and basically DEAD. I got my hair done at the end of June and to this day where the bleach was left my hair breaks, clumps, and falls out. After he blew dry my hair and tried to style it, I asked him why my hair color wasn't red, why was my hair like this, my hair felt so dead and stringy, and he couldn't even answer me. He just sat in the chair playing with his phone. Obviously, he knew he F*CKED up my hair so bad!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HIM IF YOU WANT HIGHLIGHTS, BALAYAGE, OR OMBRE. He doesn't know what he's doing. He's been a stylist for over 20 years and it is apparent that 20 years of experience doesn't mean anything. I've had other stylists do my hair that has only been doing it for a few years and they have been wonderful. I had to have my boyfriend fix my haircut for me because it wasn't even and I had to dye my hair back to black. My boyfriend doesn't even have his cosmetology license but he never ruins my hair. I should have just let my boyfriend do my hair BUT I wanted to get it professionally done. LESSON LEARNED!! It was such a devastating experience and I wouldn't want anyone to have to experience what I went through. I literally cried that night because I was so upset, especially how he just sat there at the end like an idiot. How unprofessional. I'm sure he knew how horrible he messed up my hair. It couldn't be anymore obvious! I get that we all make mistakes BUT when I'm paying you over $100 to do my hair, I don't want to go home and FIX IT!!! I don't want to go home and dye my hair because you couldn't do your job competently. He probably could have tried to fix it, but would you really trust someone to touch your hair again after that mishap?!

First, a shout out to Arcely S. for recommending this place! Toughest part about moving is finding a new hair stylist that does great work. I've had a fair share of bad hair stylists, but not here. The studio was very easy to find and making appointments was pretty smooth too. Joe was recommended to me by Arcely and I'm glad she did. Joe is down-to-earth and he has a rich background in "hair". Joe is extremely friendly and easy to talk with and about 5 minutes into the haircut, we found our common ground in "fitness". Joe took his time with my hair (which I really like) and made sure that every cut and blend looked clean. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my haircut! The studio is kept very clean and mind you this place is pretty huge. Cache Hair Studio is more than just hair, they got a ton of different services to fit your fancy. I already made another appointment to see Joe in October, so if you are looking for a solid hair salon with great service, you gotta be here!!

I should've followed my gut when I first walked through the doors. Waiting for more than 5 minutes to be greeted. Then I was never told how long for a haircut. After waiting what seemed to be an appropriate time, once in the chair I was told by the hairstylist I was being sat before the lady who was next in line. As if I was being done a favor. Go in order and tell me how long I need to wait, I'll be patient and wait my turn. More importantly is the hairstylist. He didnt listen. I wanted to trim the sides and leave the length on the top. I left with a lot less on the top, and the sides uneven. I mentioned the sides were uneven and he said they weren't. Should've gone with my gut. Hair looks bad and I'm unhappy. Had to go get it fixed elsewhere. Maybe this place focuses on womens hair and not mens. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt, again.

The first time I had Linda cut my hair, she left it uneven, but I still went back again, and had it cut a second time. This was a better cut, so I was encouraged to try for a third time, and this is when the trouble really began. I was scheduled for a 6:00 pm haircut and I had to wait outside until 5:55pm, when someone other than Linda let me in. She called out from the back and said "I'll be right out". 15 minutes later at 6:10pm, she had still not come out to greet or communicate with me. If your time is not valuable to you or if you like being forgotten by the women cutting your hair, Linda may be perfect for you, but not for me. The disrespect of my time was unreasonable and she tried to blame it on me when I left after sitting around for 15 minutes. No apologies were made, and no attempts were made to regain my business. Customer service is nonexistent with Linda.

I love May!!! She's very patient with all my requests and doesn't laugh when I bring in magazine clippings of examples of how I want my hair done.... My s#&% tight now. Thank you May!

I was just looking on Groupon for an inexpensive men's haircut. I saw Ray here at Cache Salon. Only $10 But wait!!! Be careful to read it carefully. It's not a haircut for $10. If you look closely it says $20 of services for $10. I looked all over for what he charges for a haircut and can't find anything. Only a reference of a haircut for more than $100. A Groupon for $10 with $20 of services is not a good deal and has so much room for fraud. All you do is charge $10 more and this Groupon is worthless.

Awesome. Cindy Chau is great. Great cut, and always makes herself available. Been seeing Cindy for years now, and wouldn't go anywhere else... Unless it was to follow her if she moved. Highly recommended Cindy has left for another salon (24/7) so I am following her.

I had gotten a keratin treatment from Benjamin. He was very kind and so is his wife and I just want to make that disclaimer very quickly I'm not trying to bash anyone. I got a keratin treatment and I am convinced that it was not a Keratin treatment. It has been a week since my treatment in my hair is still curling on its own after I wash it and it still breaking off and it also allows me to curl it with an iron and hold the curl for several days. My past keratin treatments were so good that I could not curl my hair and my hair would dry completely straight and be soft and silky. With his treatment I was in his chair for six hours and I felt like he didn't apply keratin to my entire head. His flat iron that he used to straighten the chemical into my strand was not even hot. I feel like I got ripped off and if I can have my hair was very curly and I obviously did not get a proper treatment. I hate to say this but I will not be returning. This was not a legit keratin. Could it have been a mistake? Sure. But I will not be returning to Benjamin for my keratin after spending almost $300.

Good prices, clean place. You don't need an appoint but my hair dresser said it helps to call ahead. It's one of the cleaner salons I have visited and the guy that did my cut, almost made me fall asleep at the shampoo bowl!

Everyone should give Cache Salon a chance. I found them through a mail advertisement, and glad I took a chance. I met Joe, and he has been great to my hair!! My highlights and color always comes out right! I value his opinion very much; because he is honest and very knowledgeable. And, our conversations are always entertaining and funny!!

I went here the other day on a referral from my coworkers. I called the lady directly and she set me up with an appointment right away. When I got there she was ready for me, I did not have to wait which I love! She helped me pick out a good color to highlight my hair, helped me figure out what a good hair style was for me, and was very attentive. She made sure I had magazines, t.v., and kept asking me if i wanted anything to drink and if i was good. She gave me loads of information on how to restore and maintain my hair. By far the best hair stylist I have ever had. The bonus is that she is really cheap. If you need a new style definitely see Estrella at Cache Studio. She is amazing!!!

I have been going to Cache Salon for about 5 years and have never been disappointed! Joe knows color like no one I have ever seen. He initially fixed a horrifying highlight job that I paid double what Joe charges and with virtually no damage to my hair. He is the all time hair guru!!!! I don't know of any other salon that has such outstanding prices and expertise in hair. I'll never go anywhere else! And they take credit cards.

I have been going to this salon for months now and I must say that this is one of the best hair salons in the area. The hair stylists are very knowledgeable and very friendly. It is also the cleanest in the area. I will never go anywhere else! And thanks Joe for fixing my orange hair and made it look natural again!!! :o)

I came for a reflexology session with a Groupon. The aesthetician was friendly and gave a nice massage with a pedicure. The session was done in a small room within the salon.

There are many hair stylists to choose from here. I love my girl in the far back -private room. She takes her time, and always does what I am looking for. There is always lots of parking available.

I had my hair butchered by Linda do not use her!!! She said she had 19 years experience .. I don't think so.. one side was shorter by at least 1 inch she kept wanting to try to fix it I had to tell her to stop.... the worst experience I have ever had.. I guess the saying is true you get what u pay for.

Sonya just gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever received. She took her time, asked me what i would like and then cut my hair perfectly. I have a great stylist, she has a regular customer. Thanks.

Petal recently relocated here from another salon. I have been going to her for three years now and decided to follow her to this location because she is an excellent stylist! She has styled, cut, and highlighted my hair. I highly recommend her.

This place is horrible. Customer service is awful and the owner was absolutely rude and unprofessional. He didn't even attempt to fix my problem. I will never go here again.
