I have been wanting to try this place for the last 2 years. It just didn't work out that I could find it or be there when they were open. This year I finally got to try a lion fish burger! It was worth the wait! My wife Andrea friends ordered the regular cheeseburgers, and said they were the best on the island !

After a week of fish burgers at competing, much larger food trucks, we decided to get back to hamburgers and tried out Cactus. Beef patties were cooked to medium well like perfection, with warm pink center. Grilled buns, BBQ sauce, roasted onions, and bacon added flavor to juicy Kite Burgers. Food made with passion. Don't hesitate to have a meal here. Might have to wait a bit during peak lunch hours due to having only one chef.

This quickly became our favorite food spot on the island during our visit! The lionfish burgers are DELICIOUS. So good that the last day we ate there on our trip they only had three left and we were fighting over who in our group got them. They were both really kind and personable and we will absolutely be back on our next trip to the island. This is a walk up food truck, so bring cash and expect to hang out and enjoy the scenery both while you wait and while you eat!

This is a really good burger foodtruck! Very friendly Dutch people with an American style of hospitality. I can't imagine any place close will make a better and fresher BURGER then they do. Super delicious. Overheerlijk lekker! Go try..

The best beef burger I have ever had! The lionfish burger is likewise delicious, and supports the removal of an invasive species in a local and ethical way. Excellent and friendly service too, with seats available to eat by the sea.

Yum! My boyfriend loved his lionfish burger and I had their regular burger. Both the chef and her partner were super welcoming. Worth the splurge to try lion fish :) The burgers were a bit messy and I didn't want to waste napkins.
