"Situated in a beautiful location in the Asti countryside overlooking rolling hills and the estate’s own vineyards, Ca' del Profeta lies just a few kilometres from the provincial capital. A modern dining room and panoramic terrace provide the backdrop for decidedly innovative Piedmontese cuisine, which is inspired by traditional recipes and seasonal ingredients and then transformed by the chef into personalised dishes. A really incredible meal with food that highlighted to the local Piedmontese traditions with an Asian twist. The service was exceptional - attentive but respectful. Dining room modern and tasteful. We had a local Barbera that was delicious but didn’t break the bank. The chef also came out at the end of the meal and we couldn’t praise him enough. A great treat if you’re visiting the area!

Seriously, I don't even wait for the check, this review has to happen now! The chefs have truly outdone themselves. Delivering a stunning range of flavours from the starter to dessert. When paired with the absolutely paramount service, this is dining at its absolute best.

It was a perfect stay. The location is beautifully situated, the rooms very modern and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything is freshly prepared. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely come back.

This is a truly underrated gem - every dish we had was so thoughtfully and excellently executed. We ordered from the ala carte and every dish was very very good and innovative. The unusual porcini hazelnut dessert was exceptional. Prices were very reasonable for the quality - I think this place is deserving of a Michelin star and will get one one day. We've dined in Michelin star restaurants in London, Spain and Singapore which were more forgettable.

Visiting the restaurant for dinner. Stunning view and very nice surroundings. We choose the 8 courses set menu. Combined with some good wines it was a good experience. High quality from the chef! The service started a bit slow, but afterwords it becomes good!

We had a wonderful five course lunch and wine pairing. The food was a mix of traditional and innovative cooking. Overall very tasty! The place is run by a lovely couple that made sure our visit would be pleasant. The wine pairing was super professional and the entire staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant has a great view, and lovely design, with careful attention to details. We recommend anyone visiting the area to take a couple of hours and enjoy this lovely place

We had the most wonderful stay and dinner at this establishment. The gorgeous setting and attention to detail could probably be replicated but the warm and generous spirit and making us feel like family is something that we will never forget. Jasmina and Hernanes (let’s not forget Mateo and Bella) are truly a gift for this place. Jasmina went above and beyond when I reached out for help in a foreign country having lost my medication and she took on the challenge of solving that problem. The dinner was more of the same, an unexpected revelation - one of the best we’ve had. We can’t wait to return again sometime.

This is a really good restaurant and winery. We went to Hernanes Ca'del Profeta for some winetasting and dinner. It's a high class restaurant with some very good modernstyle pimontese dishes. We also had a tasting of the wines made at the property before the dinner... amazing!!! Really loved the whole experience!
