The Finest Diners in Portland and Beyond

"Northeast Broadway’s Cadillac Cafe, with its peculiar balance of Art Deco and 1950s aesthetics, may feel a little fancy for diner status, but the combination of a knockout chicken-fried steak, thick milkshakes, and Monte Cristo with marionberry jam give it diner credentials. The Bunkhouse Vittles — a hearty breakfast of chicken-apple sausage, eggs, potatoes, and hazelnut custard French toast — is a popular and reliable order, especially when accompanied by a bloody mary." - Eater Staff

"Slide in Behind the Wheel This east-side eatery is a breakfast/brunch haunt for me, and it's always busy on the weekends. No problem cleaning plates on Sunday morning after a full complement of Saturday night rambling. The waffles are always top heavy with fresh fruit. The Mexi dishes are done to perfection—for not being a Mexi place. Taters are tops. Coffee is pleasant and plentiful. Parking a pain. It's on the rotation, and unlikely to be dropped anytime soon. Stop, you're making me hungry."

I've been here twice now and this cafe does not disappoint. I ordered Three Berry French Toast Breakfast for the second time. It is so so good. Service was excellent. There's such a wonderful vibe coming from the staff. Quite the history with this cafe.

Google
Very nice spot, clean, good service, super quick kitchen! Bacon was a bit under done (on one side), biscuits are super thick and I thought they were lacking gravy, I much prefer hash browns to these potatoes (a bit dense and chewy for me). They killed it on the look and design of restaurant!

Google
Great unique cafe. Very popular for brunch. There is a Cadillac on display in the Cafe, hence the name. Wait time was minimal, but we were lucky on that point. Has a "garden room" with a fireplace as well as main seating. Fast friendly service. Tips are added for you, so be aware that you dont have a choice to reward great service or not. Great menu options. Pretty pricey, even just 2 pancakes will cost you $15.00. If you want something else then plan on $22-$34. The food is great. Except for the pancakes, which are tough and tasteless. Too bad.

Google
We ordered the chicken fried steak and the salmon Benedict. Both were great however, the silverware we both had were so dull we couldn't cut through the food. I hate to bring up something so petty, but made the meal very difficult to eat. I would recommend it for breakfast overall.

Google
This is a classic Portland cafe. Typical cafe food options but with a NW style to them. I had the smoked salmon hash. It’s a lot of food and easily shared. We added an order of the French toast which they are sort of famous for and that turned out to be a great idea. The hash was bold flavored and the smoke on the salmon which is done in house was perfectly done to not be overpowering. The poached eggs were done to the correct consistency. Ambiance is classic diner but a notch up with the pink caddy parked in the dinning room. Super cool vibes. Our server wore pink colored glasses and that just made everything so much better.

Google
Prices are a little on the steep side. $22 for salmon eggs Benedict but the pieces of salmon weren’t very large and also they now started charges extra fee per egg on your order. My order comes with two eggs so double charge. The English muffin was super soggy and tasted sour, i couldn’t eat it . Barbie mimosa was weak and so small in size , not worth $13 bucks . The idea of a Cadillac cafe with actual pink Cadillac inside is unique and cute but there won’t be another visit.

We arrived at 10:30 on a Saturday with no wait. I did notice that once 11 rolled around, people did have to wait for about 30-45 minutes, so get here early to beat the crowds! We had a very attentive and kind server (Pete) who kept our water and coffee full. The food took about 30 minutes to come out, so we were given a generous serving of free coffee cake (pictured) to tide us over. The pancakes were phenomenal. I did ask for English muffins and got toast, as well as ordering bacon, and did not receive it, but honestly, the food was so good I didn't bring it up. The serving sizes are VERY generous. I enjoyed a Virgin Mary to drink - a virgin twist on the bloody Mary. I'm pregnant, so it felt nice to enjoy something other than water or juice. The restaurant is beautiful (we were sitting in the garden room) with plenty of natural sun. There were fun old Cadillac pieces set around the store and old music played. It was a really nice vibe for both a romantic brunch with my fiance and a family-friendly environment. Can't wait to come back!

Google
The service was great, both friendly and prompt. I had a small veggie omelet with fruit (instead of potatoes). The omelet was prepared well though I like a little less filling in mine. The fruit was a nice surprise, lots of fresh berries instead of the standard melon from a jar. My hubby had their standard (eggs, potato and sausage) with one piece of the french toast. Sunnyside up eggs were perfect, but the star was the french toast which was topped with chopped hazelnuts. If you like french toast theirs is everything its supposed to be.

Yelp
Having breakfast in Portland with an old friend, and he chose Cadillac Café on Broadway. This place brought back memories, as it was my old stomping grounds as a kid. I was delighted to learn that Cadillac Café has been a staple this neighborhood since 1989. The first thing that strikes you when you walk in is the great brand aesthetics and the cool vintage Cadillac on display. The staff quickly greeted us with coffee and menus, giving us plenty of time to catch up. Their breakfast selection is extensive, featuring big selection of omelettes, various breakfast platters, Benedicts, a mouth watering array of pancakes, and even a Monte Cristo offering. The combination of great food, friendly service, and a nostalgic atmosphere made for a perfect start to the day. Highly recommend!

Yelp
So unbelievably good! The food I ordered was amazing. Great flavor and generous portions. I had the chicken fried steak again. Wow. The best! I'm going to go take a food nap. Please try this place you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
No frills kinda place. Came in for some breakfast and walked out happy & satisfied. Easy to find location. Parking was accessible on a Monday. Service was super friendly. They were under staffed at the time but server did what she could, nonetheless. Highly recommend the hazelnut French toast. Decadent and simply delicious. Price: $$ Service: 8/10 Food: 8/10

Yelp
Brought my church group here, after Valentine's Day. It was pouring rain! Two people didn't show up (lack of parking in the neighborhood, so they went home). Hubby ordered the French Dip. Which was very tasty! His only complaint was, he ran out of dipping sauce! With French Onion Soup. The bread on top was so large, that it absorbed most of the soup! I ordered the Smoked Salmon Hash. (There was no hash, instead I got chunks-style red potatoes. My egg was inside a cup, not two, like it says, and it was runny). What was I supposed to do with the egg, that was runny from a cup? Drink it? Pour it on my potatoes or bread? There were plenty of smoked salmon. (I probably get the omelette with spinach, next time we go there). Other than that, it was all good. Everyone mentioned: huge servings! Service was excellent. The restroom is clean & nicely decorated. They handled our group very well. Pleasant environment. Because of that, I deducted one star!

Yelp
Came here for brunch. BEWARE there's a wait for brunch! The service was slow but service knew and was very attentive. Loved the theme and the decor. The food was good portions were large but for the prices mixed with the wait I'd rather cook at home.

Yelp
Stood at the door with a hand full of people for ten minutes and not even an acknowledgement from any servers just walking bye. Never mind the food Yelpers...Service was absolutely terrible. Definitely not a a return customer. So let it be said... So let it be written.

Yelp
Dusty pink and brick walls, 50s music playing in the background, a pink Cadillac on a raised stage...What's not to love? Since the Cadillac Cafe is walking distance from my friend's apartment, we love to walk here for morning brunch. There always seems to be a wait, so come early. On our last visit, my friend persuaded me to try the chicken fried steak. It wasn't overly heavy, and the gravy was delicious. If you are craving something savory, I would also recommend the Sonora omelette which has bacon, tomatoes, olives, and guacamole, the biscuits and gravy, or the avocado benedict. For a sweet option, I love the hazelnut French toast. The restaurant also serves a variety of boozy drinks, coffee drinks, and smoothies. I had an alcoholic orange mocha on my last visit, and it was delicious! For a nonalcoholic coffee drink, I recommend the Broadway, a latte with almond flavoring and chocolate sprinkles. The service here is OK, but at times, our server seemed to pay more attention to my companion than myself, but overall we love the Cadillac Cafe and look forward to visiting again soon.

Yelp
Are you looking for a fun atmosphere? Friendly service and hospitality? Large portions of food? If the answer is yes, this is your spot. Cadillac Cafe is in a non descriptive building that we have driven by on serval occasions, but it never caught our attention that they were there. My husband tried this spot out recently with a friend so he recommended it when we were going for lunch with extended family. The vibe is laid back and throw back diner with a huge pink Cadillac in the back center of the restaurant. Additionally, there are small tributes to the Cadillac as you look around. The restaurant made me smile as I entered and we were seated at our table in front of the Cadillac. This place, I was told, is best known for its breakfast. It's a substantial menu with lots of cocktails and bar menu up front, followed by a few pages of breakfast items. You can find breakfast specials, eggs and omelette as well as sweet items like their French toast and pancakes. They also have a variety of lunch items from a shrimp and grits to burger, sandwiches and salads. I opted to try one of their specials: Egg in Purgatory....Cheese grits, sauce diablo, ham and bacon bits, mushrooms, grilled leeks, topped with two poached eggs. Served with a biscuit with infused pepper honey. 20.50 The serving was very large and the ham, bacon bits, mushrooms and leaks were placed in large piles on top of the grits (almost like you would place items when ordering a con salad). And then topped with two poached eggs. The food was good, but lacked a bit of depth in flavor. It needed more seasoning. I was hoping to give this place a higher score. It was cute, the staff was nice and the portions were large and the food was good, but nothing special. We were here during the week and not in prime hours so we were able to walk in and get a table easily. It was clean and comfortable. Would I stop in again? Yes, if I was hungry and in the area. However, there are so many other places to try that I wouldn't prioritize the Cadillac Cafe as a destination for breakfast.

Yelp
Went for Father's Day, super busy as expected. Didn't mind the 45-1 hour wait. But after we sat everything took so long it made the experience not as enjoyable. Ordered pancakes right away for our son as he was just super hungry, took over 30 minutes for them to come out. I got the special short rib and my husband got the avocado Benedict. Our server just seemed very busy which is fine but he kept telling me us our food would be out any minute and 20 minutes would go by and nothing. When our food finally got there (30+minutes after my son's pancakes) my plate looked like it sat under the hot lamps the cheese was completely crusted to the sides and everything was dry. There was a tiny bone in my meal which really turned me off to eating. Husband enjoyed his meal. And pancakes were delicious. Server never came to check on us, bartender filled our water. When he finally came to check on us I didn't feel like complaining bc it had been another 30-45 minutes. We just paid and left. Could've been better if the service was more attentive. We didn't plan on spending 2.5 hours out for breakfast.

Yelp
Fun place to eat with a Cadillac car inside and art deco style. They were busy, but the service was good and food was tasty too. The only disappointment for me was the cheesy grits. It was very sweet tasting and it was just some shredded cheese sprinkled on top, not mixed throughout.

Yelp
I've driven past here so many times I could not count. This was my first time going in for lunch. I really wanted to give the place 5 stars but it came up slightly short because of the burger. My friend told me about the breakfast and specialites the restaurant is known for by most guest. I was hard headed and ordered a burger and fries. The presentation was good! I'm a sucker for fries in a basket! The fries had a nice crisp snap and good flavor! The ketchup was off a little, I didn't recognise the brand. I had to spice it was hot sauce since the flavor was off. No points taken off for that. I took off a point because the burger patty was not even! I seemed as if the patty fell apart on the grill and they still served it. The section looked like a flat tire on that side of the burger. The staff was nice and polite. No ups or downs, just standard nice service. I"m not giving up on Cadillac. I will go back again and try the breakfast!

Yelp
It's always a great brunch here. My favorite dish being the salmon hash especially with a side of hollandaise! Nice and attentive staff and a gorgeous pink vintage Cadillac placed in the heart of the restaurant.

Yelp
An authentic PDX iconic eatery. A real Cadillac Parked in the restaurant and avocado eggs Benedict to die for it

Yelp
Nice ambiance, but the food was meh and lacked flavor. I've been to many breakfast places in Portland with great fluffy pancakes. These were the flattest and not so hot/warm pancake I've ever had it's almost like an ingredient was missing or it was old batter or this is just how they make them, the chicken sausage was good...they were not busy on a Monday morning, my server was great not sure what happened with the pancakes things happen.

Yelp
I came in with my graduate son to treat him, remembering from my past experience of how good this place was in terms of food. We ordered 2 orders of Salmon Hash, pancakes and french toast. Our server was good, but the food was subpar. Salmon hash had literally no salmon. The plates were. full of potatoes, barely any squash. We ordered scrambled eggs instead of poached and we still ended up with poached eggs. The pancakes were dry and sticking to the mouth. For almost $22 for a plate of potatoes is just ridiculous. The berry mimosa was good. Overall a disappointing experience. I am sad to check this restaurant off my 'to go places again' place :(

Yelp
I came about an hour before closing. They were incredibly kind and accommodating. When I asked if I could do the Benedict gluten-free not only did the staff say yes but they had at least two types of gluten-free bread to choose from. Food was reasonably priced, drinks were lovely, staff was lovely, ambiance was lovely.
google avatar

Melody M.

Yelp
This place is so fun and cute. The server was nice. The food was AMAZING!!! The drinks were also amazing. The salmon is smoked in house so that was great. The eggs Benny was perfect. I can't wait to try more things there.
google avatar

Yelp
Loved this place, it's the cutest. There really is a giant real pink Cadillac inside the Reatuarant. Service was great. The mimosas are a good pick They have really good bloody Mary's too, spicy, not spicy. Kids menu is great. Parking is not great. Funny story: We ordered a lot and when the bill came it was only $23 lol. I was gonna pay and leave like a $60 tip lol but I felt the server would get in trouble, so I told him lol. Ya he messed up. If time, it should have been $111. I def believe in karma sooo lol

Yelp
I was Portland for 8 days for work and found this gem of a restaurant. It's been a area favorite for over 30 years. They serve American Standards with a twist. I enjoyed everything about the restaurant the location was in a really nice artsy neighborhood, the character and the atmosphere of the restaurant was perfect the art, the pieces of memorabilia, the pink Cadillac and the unique items for sale. There is ample street parking but I decided to walk because it was a beautiful day! The restaurant was packed so I ate at the bar and it was so much fun. The bartender/server was so engaging and eclectic. I ordered the Bunkhouse Vittles Breakfast and the Bluegrass Mimosa. The Bunkhouse Vittles includes chicken apple sausage, two eggs, Cadillac potatoes and a slice of hazelnut French custard toast. It was delicious. I never had chicken Apple sausage so that was a nice choice and it's locally sourced. The Hazelnut French Custard toast delicious and a great twist on French toast. It was fluffy and not overly sweet. I wanted something different so I ordered The Bluegrass Mimosa which is ancient aged bourbon, peach schnapps, pineapple juice and champagne. It was so delish I had two. The drink had a hint of sweetness with a dash of sizzle and pop. I purchased a Cadillac mug. I typically buy a mug on all my trips as a way to reminisce about my travels.

Yelp
The food was good. Fresh, well-made, and decent size servings. You can get good brunch at lots of places in Portland, but what makes this place stand out is the service. Everyone we encountered was absolutely exceptional. Wildly welcoming, friendly, and perfectly attentive. The host Tim is a gosh-darn national treasure. Give them a raise immediately!! Oh, and the Virgin Mary was delicious!! Thank you for having yummy alcohol-free options
google avatar

Yelp
Great classic selections for breakfast with Mimosa and coffee! A short line and we were seated quickly and right next to the Cadillac! Great atmosphere and the food was great! Great service and a good time! Eat up!

Yelp
I headed here with 3 gal pals for Sunday Brunch. They don't take reservations and you will not be seated until "all" your party is present. This place is slammed so it will be a wait. There is a very small area to wait so you may end up outside in the weather. Everyone in the waiting space is pretty much face to face so be prepared for that. Lots of loitering by the tables next to the door. Street parking only, there is no parking lot. I waiter promptly provided us with menus and water. He didn't come back for quite some time, about 16 mins, to take beverage orders and by then we were ready to order. I ordered the Hash omelet and my side selection was the country potatoes and an english muffin. It took another 20 minutes for our orders to show up and the portions of potatoes from order to order was very different. We felt he should of noticed this at the window because it was very obvious. The waiter said he would bring over more potatoes for the plates that were shorted but didn't show up with them for another 15 minutes. The food was good but towards the cold side. All in all we spent alot of time waiting and it the food wasn't anything super special. The place was so packed we didn't even get to go by the cadillac which was on the other side of the room with tables close to it. I think I will pass on another weekend meal at this place it's just too much of a juggling event.
google avatar

Sonya P.

Yelp
We were sat in about 10-15 minutes, no problems there. Once we got seated, it took awhile to get greeted by our waiter. Then once we ordered, the wait for food was uncomfortably long, 30+ minutes. The kitchen was slow to put out food and so was the service. We noticed the tables around us had been waiting long too. We ordered the breakfast burrito, a pancake, and an omelette. The food was lackluster, dry, under seasoned, not worth the price.
google avatar

Wendell R.

Yelp
Back again...I love this place. It's a great meeting spot and they have a wonderful breakfast. Today I've orders the pork patty sausage, diced red potatoes, scrambled eggs. Perfect breakfast.
google avatar

Nicole D.

Yelp
The food takes forever and is over priced for a bland results. The smoothie was 9 for a thin old fashioned milkshake glass and extremely dissatisfying. Save your money and don't go the smoothie route. The restaurant is cute with nice servers.
google avatar

Danny L.

Yelp
I use to go to this restaurant for wonderful food and service. Not anymore, after my favorite waiter was let go. He was there with the original owners and everyone loved him. Guess Management doesn't understand proper employee reprimand.
google avatar

Yelp
I love Cadillac Cafe, it's a must. I've never had a burger here that didn't satisfy. This place is a true classic and the staff is always super friendly

Yelp
I have heard of this place but never been. A friend wanted to go to brunch so we decided here since I've never been. We got there around 10 on a weekend, the wait was about half hour which wasn't too bad. We were seated in the large windowed room which had a very nice relaxed vibe. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and my friend got the eggs Benedict. If I were two people, that's exactly what I'd get. We also got a couple of blood Mary's, they have a variety. I chose the spicy which had a nice kick. Our food came out in reasonable amount of time and they were huge plates. No holding back here on size. I could only eat half of my dish. It was delicious, biscuits were flaky and gravy was delicious savory but not too heavy or greasy. Our server was friendly and well experience. A place I would go again and recommend to friends and family.
google avatar

Tim L.

Yelp
I have not waited this long (55 mins.) for an omelette to arrive from any kitchen in many moons. Ridiculous and unacceptable. When it arrived, a one-word review...Denny's. Won't be returning anytime soon. There are far better places for breakfast. Even when Screen Door (on Burnside) is totally slammed, they make this place look terribly inefficient: because it is. And I did NOT see any to go orders at all. Waitress at the counter was friendly and efficient. NOT her fault.
google avatar

Amy P.

Yelp
Not usually a fan of breakfast but Cadillac cafe was amazing! We stopped by on a Saturday morning and was greeted and seated right away. Super nice & helpful server! Loved the drinks & food. I ordered the garden omelette which has goat cheese & veggies! Enjoyed it so much. We will be returning soon to dry other food items :)
google avatar

Jeffrey S.

Yelp
We were seeking out a great place to go for breakfast. We found a few places but my daughter insisted on going here. All parking is on the street. Limited parking and the time limit is weird but whatever. We arrived at the breakfast place. Walk in and we were greeted and seated quickly. The options for drinks are amazing. You can add alcohol to any of your drinks. I had a normal regular coffee. I was not a happy camper at first because my coffee needed topped off and nothing at first from the waiter until I peered at him. Then he topped me off and kept doing it. Improved the service. We then waited forever for the food. Our waiter said that they have new staff that they are training. He apologized for the delay. The wait was good. Shared the tex Mex and had a pancakes. Telmex was the bomb. Pancake was nice a soft and fluffy. Liked it.
google avatar

Gloria B.

Yelp
The food tasted good but I probably won't go back. The server was nice enough but not great. The booths and chairs and tables are deteriorating and could use an upgrade. For the price I was just hoping for better.

Joyce K.

Yelp
Good basic breakfast choices done well. Nice service. Fun 50's decor with, of course, a vintage Cadillac inside.
google avatar

Diana H.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the vibe and food at the Cadillac Cafe. It is not easy to find parking, there is usually a wait and the service is not fast so expect to relax and enjoy or don't complain. The decor is great - a throwback to old times, and we came the 1st week of the year, so it was still decorated for the holidays and looked beautiful. My country fried steak was very good. Not the best, but really very good. At least it was made in house and not frozen, and the gravy was just my perfect level of spicy - medium! Yum! I was going to get toast but saw a huge biscuit go by and switched my order - so glad! Next time I come I am getting biscuits and gravy! These babies are exceptional! Huge, fluffy, buttery, YUM! I could eat these for a meal! My latte was good, better without any flavoring. We'll be back!
google avatar

Yelp
Food and service is always top-notch here! We've been going here for years and never had a less than excellent experience. Highly recommended!
google avatar

Yelp
Denver Omelets with shrimp was tasty and delicious on a cold day. Service was a little slow due to several 9 tops tables
google avatar

Susan C.

Yelp
Great service, great food. Go in at 11:15z. Very little wait for two! Fluffy pancakes and very crispy bacon! This place is busy for a reason.
google avatar

J P.

Yelp
B&G was killer came out quick. My waitress was great. Place is nice the atmosphere was great, wasn't busy at 8am on a Saturday either. I'll be back
google avatar

Micaela W.

Yelp
Be prepared to wait! We waited 20ish minutes to get a table, then probably another 30 minutes before our food got to us. The Bunkhouse Vittles was a good balance of different items. I substituted the potatoes with sautéed veggies to be more healthy but they ended up being super oily haha... The French custard toast was really great!! I was debating about getting two pieces but one was more than enough.
google avatar

Malika U.

Yelp
We haven't been here in a few years and decided to stop in today. It was busy, like usual, so the service was a little slow. It took awhile for the waiter to come take our order and awhile for us to get the food. We ordered the French toast and the smoked salmon hash. The French toast was good, but the smoked salmon hash tasted better in the past. It came out really dry this time. The salmon, the potatoes and the squash... It was also bland compared to the last time I had it and my 2 poached eggs both had egg shells in them. The first bite into both eggs had shells in them and any time I eat shells in my eggs, I'm turned off and can't finish the rest of it. I probably won't return after today. Although I will say, our server was very polite and friendly...
google avatar

Patricia G.

Yelp
I used to come here weekly when I was in college! The menu and food is the exact same. To some that might bother them but for me it was nostalgic. Bunkhouse Vittles is my go to! Eggs, chicken sausage, breakfast potatoes and hazelnut custard French toast! I did get the Hollywood latte for the first time and I must say it was GOOD! I ordered with soy milk and forgot to say no whip.. but no worries they assumed because it was soy .. no whip! My food came out very fast and it's what I expected!
google avatar

Gina C.

Yelp
Food was great. Large portions. We ordered steak & eggs, French toast, garden omelette, and the ham eggs Benedict. For our sides we ordered sausage and bacon. Everything was amazing. We highly recommended the steak and eggs and French toast! Service was great from the hosts to the waiters. They were all very attentive to our needs and delivered. Ambiance was very unique. We loved the old school diner feel. It felt very authentic.

Sebastian H.

Yelp
I went in expecting my favorite waiter to be there and asked to be seated in his section they told me he was let go. So I said well then, I guess I'll have to find another place To spend my money. His dialogue with the customers was so much fun to watch and be a part of. The food wasn't what I came back for, it was the waiter Bu-bye caddy
google avatar

Jackie F.

Yelp
Pro: Local feeding hole, good for large parties and families. Con: Could of overwhelming during normal family dining hours. Came here with friends for brunch, the place was packed and the servers still worked all kinds of dark magic to keep EVERY table with kids under control. Super impressed with the youngun' crowd control. The meal was nothing special, but def come here for the service.
google avatar

Kami H.

Yelp
Cute place nice staff. Food was good. But a bit spendy. For that reason we probably won't return.

Yelp
It may be currently missing the Cadillac, due to needing the additional space for socially distant Stables, but the Cadillac Café certainly has not lost any of its charm. We had about a twenty-minute wait before being seated, but the weather was pleasant and our host very friendly and efficient, so it didn't bother us much. We watched as he bussed and sanitized several tables, and turned things around very quickly, so we knew things were in good hands. Once seated, our waiter, Cecil, was very professional and knowledgeable, if slightly aloof. He told us of the special of the day, a Quiche Lorraine with a twist, which my wife ended up ordering, along with a Bloody Mary flight that we both shared. I went with the Huevos Rancheros, a perennial favorite of mine. I will say that I was not blown away with the Bloody Mary flight. They were okay, perfectly serviceable, but I guess I'm becoming a bit of a snob when it comes to Bloody Marys, and these ones just didn't do it for me. In hindsight, I wish I had gone with any of the awesome cocktail concoctions that I'd overlooked: there were some real intriguing options there; that Hibiscus Old Fashioned is still calling to me! My entrée was a different story, as it was fantastic, and a solid mix of all the ingredients, including the crema, which is more often than not sorely lacking in quantity. Everything mixed together splendidly, and left me stuffed and content! My wife enjoyed her quiche, although she quickly realized that the combination of ingredients wasn't suited to her personal tastes. Nevertheless, she enjoyed it, noting the quality of ingredients, the skill and presentation in its preparation, and the quantity served. This was my first visit to the Cadillac (my wife's second), but we both were impressed with the speed and efficiency of their operation, their high quality output, great service and fantastic range of options. While it wasn't perfect, this place is still leagues above most other breakfast places in Portland. The Cadillac Café is a great place to rev up your engines and fuel up for the day ahead!

Yelp
My lady introduced me to this spot in Portland. French toast is the star here, but the omelet was very good and filling as well. The decor is fancy with a Cadillac theme. Very good brunch option without the giant crowds you see downtown.

Yelp
Very nice place. Loved the Cadillac on the inside. The food was ok. My family enjoyed themselves but I thought the decor, music, and drinks were great. I would definitely return.

Yelp
Extremely mid. Service was a bit slow on Sat morning as expected. The potatoes weren't as crispy as I had hoped and the huevos rancheros felt scrappily put together. I liked the sautéed veggies though.

Yelp
I always love to order eggs Benedict, it's one of my favorite breakfast dishes. The cafe did an amazing job with the Hollandaise, cooked and tasted perfect. The coffee was also delicious as the waiter brought me some hazelnut syrup as well. I'd recommend this cafe!
