A Guide to Dining, Drinking, and Shopping During Detroit’s 2023 Holiday Markets | Eater Detroit

"A seasonal holiday market and lodge operating through early January with more than 20 local retailers selling apparel, home decor, wellness and beauty products, and a variety of food and beverage vendors; offerings include specialty cooking essentials from a Corktown vendor, charcuterie gift boards, an Ethiopian pop-up selling roasted coffee and gift baskets, a waffle food truck, and a cake-supply and studio vendor. The market runs midweek to weekend with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays." - Serena Maria Daniels

Detroit Restaurant and Bar Pop-Ups, Winter 2018 | Eater Detroit

"A seasonal restaurant-and-bar installation in Cadillac Square with a menu reboot by a guest chef; offerings skew toward communal, comfort-food fare such as Detroit-style chili and soft pretzels with beer cheese, plus casual seating and games like giant Jenga to create a relaxed, social atmosphere." - Brenna Houck

Cute winter tent and pop up shops in downtown Detroit during the holiday time. Nice place to get hot coco or a treat with family or friends. It does get pretty warm in the tent area with the heaters.

Cute and cozy not enough seating and people stay seated for hours so you find yourself standing and it’s crowded, but you can get drinks or hot chocolate however you can NOT take it with you even if it’s non alcoholic drinks. The atmosphere looks cool though..

Rustic heated lodge with lots of seating, drinks and beautifully decorated for Christmas. At the end of Cadillac Square which is a lot of pop up stores for Christmas.

Beautifully decorated but the music was super loud to the point you couldn't hear anyone that well and I ended up leaving with a headache. Great to get out of the rain and cold though. The food was beyond average. $8.95 including tip for a hotdog that was super bland. I loved watching the artist draw ppl.

It is so charming inside and I was so happy I finally got to visit. There is a decent amount of seating, but there is still a good chance you will need to wait for seating. It may also be hard to find seating together if you are a larger group. Food/drink pricing was average for that type of venue.

Really cool seasonal pop-up. The lodge itself is spacious and has numerous seating options. Perfect for groups or couples. There are games, small bites, and drinks available. The holiday shops outside the lodge have some unique offerings. Definitely worth spending some time here.

Place is great but often crowded, closed for being a capacity, and standing in line in freezing weather to get into a place to warm up is its own kind of hell. After you get in, you realize only a small portion of people get to sit in a cozy spot and everyone else just kinda mills around with their overpriced drink (can't come in with drink or food or leave with anything you buy). So it's very cute but dodgy if you're even gonna get in

Great place! The vibe is classic. Its not a quick bite place, as it would take you time to get in and time to place your order. But if you are in holiday mood and don't care about few extra mins, than its a perfect place! The music is nice, the menu is nice, they have winter special cocktails. Domestic regular beers, quick bites etc. The best part is there old school style lounge with cosy sitting and all lit up tables with lot of Christmas trees around, the vibe was classic and hit different. ✨🎄 Anyone who is visiting Detroit in and around Christmas, it should be in their list. I heard it opens up in Nov and closes after new years so you might not find this place if you are visiting Detroit any other time. (at least this is what I was told).
