"Gate A17 The original Cadillac Bar in Washington Heights has long been known for its killer margaritas, something the airport location also takes pretty seriously. Now owned by Landry’s (hey, Tilman), this spot not only offers exceptional service, especially for an airport, but you can also get absolutely massive plates of food here. We especially like the breakfast options, mostly because they have a lot of cheese. " - chelsea thomas, gianni greene

We stopped by to grab food, the food is very expensive but that’s typical in airports so, no biggie. The only problem is that we ordered guacamole which was $12 and the bottom was filled with lettuce to make it look more full than what it was. Service was not good. We asked for waters and received only 2, we are a table of 4. In addition to all of this, our food has taken over an hour to come out, and all we ordered thus far is a salad and a side of rice. The ordering process is simple but confusing at first simply because our server did not take the time to explain it to us. Either lower your prices for what you have to offer OR work with the employees on how to match the pricing of your food.AND there was a pube in my food.

My server Rafael was very kind, attentive and efficient for every request. Pleasantly surprised with the taste of my enchilada and the serving potions are huge! Atmosphere I have four stars only because it is in an airport but surely this is a great franchise outside of the airport - I will return

The food was great but the service was lacking. The waitress was abrasive and didn't provide a pen to sign our ticket. The food and drinks are not worth the high prices!

During a recent layover at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, my wife and I decided to grab a quick bite to eat at Cadillac Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar. We were drawn in by the enticing aroma of Mexican spices wafting from the restaurant as we passed by. Despite our limited time, we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service and delicious food. Amenities: Generous Portion Sizes: The portion sizes at Cadillac Mexican Kitchen were incredibly generous. We ordered the chicken quesadillas, and were amazed by the size of the servings. Each quesadilla was loaded with flavorful chicken and melted cheese, making for a satisfying meal. Priority Pass Benefits: Thanks to our Priority Pass membership, we had the opportunity to enjoy up to $35 off our bill. This was a fantastic perk that allowed us to indulge in a hearty meal without worrying about breaking the bank. We kept our order just under the limit and happily paid extra for a tip. Great Location: Situated conveniently within Terminal A of IAH Houston airport, Cadillac Mexican Kitchen is easily accessible to travelers passing through. Its central location makes it a convenient option for those looking for a delicious meal before catching their next flight. Warm Chips and Salsa: Alongside our main dish, we were served a large bowl of warm tortilla chips accompanied by flavorful salsa. It was the perfect way to start our meal and added an extra touch of authenticity to our dining experience. Hours of Operation: Cadillac Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Service: While the food at Cadillac Mexican Kitchen exceeded our expectations, we did notice that the restaurant seemed understaffed during our visit. Despite this, the servers were friendly and did their best to accommodate the needs of all the diners. Overall Impression: Our experience at Cadillac Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar was a memorable one. From the generous portion sizes to the flavorful dishes, every aspect of our meal was delightful. If you find yourself at IAH Houston airport in need of a satisfying meal with a touch of Mexican flair, I highly recommend stopping by Cadillac Mexican Kitchen. Just be sure to allow some extra time, as the restaurant may be a bit busy during peak hours.

It's a hit-n-miss place inside an airport. Waited for 30min to order. Another 20min for food. And a 20min to pay. Food is below average. Found a piece of hair and chicken bone in my dish. Drinks are pricey for the amount that I pay. Do not expect much from this place.

Horrible food and service. Specifically asked for water no ice. Got glass half full of ice. No big deal, mistakes happen. Then ordered cryspy chicken tacos, got shredded chicken tacos that were pretty tasteless. Ordered side of guac, got tiny portion of guac with stale black coloring in it. Finally asked for bill and box. After asking 3-4 times, took them almost 40 mins to get a box. Priority pass restaurants typically have lower standards. But this is one of the worst I have experienced.

Inspite of the rains and a crazy crowd, the staff got our family of 5 seated, fed and out in an hour. Thank you guys for great service and making a rainy day still wonderful with your gracious attitude. Ms. Naiesha thank you for going the extra mile and being an all together awesome human who offers a great service with a smile! 😍 Ps: priority pass was still accepted and I think it will be until the end of June 2024 incase you were wondering!

Both the website and google maps claim that they close at 10PM. We arrived at 9:22PM to find that they had cleaned every table already and were just finishing up the bar as well. A man that I presumed worked there asked us if we were going to dine in, but then the bartender made a gesture indicating that they weren't taking anyone, so he told us sorry they're closed. If you close the kitchen before 10PM I totally understand, I know it takes time to do closing procedures, but they didn't even offer to sell us drinks or anything. False advertising.
