Came on for drinks on Christmas Eve. We were hoping for a happy hour deal, but because of the holiday, only the main menu was available. Had the Cadillac Margarita (with salt), and it was by far the best margarita I've ever had. My husband ordered a beer, and we shared chips and salsa. Chips were refilled after the bartender offered, and the salsa was delicious. Flavourful and spicy. Totally worth it! Going for the happy hour next time I'm in Vegas.

Google
We sat down at the bar and the bartender mentioned that happy hour starts in fifteen minutes if we wanted to wait, so we waited. Everything in the pics was only $29. We were not expecting so much food. What a bargain and it was delicious! Freemont street seems to be where you get some bang for your buck, especially compared to the strip.

Google
Cara was a Fabulous server! The food was excellent, and she had great knowledge of the offerings. We had a party of 6 and had wonderful attentive service. I had the fantabulous flair as with beef rib. Spectacular! The music was a tad too loud for us but it was perfect for the atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the evening here.

Google
Cadillac Mexican Kitchen: Good Vibes, Decent Food Cadillac Mexican Kitchen on Fremont Blvd is a fun spot to catch a game. TVs are everywhere, making it perfect for sports fans. Our server was fantastic, attentive, and provided great service. I ordered a burrito, which was massive! Unfortunately, it lacked a bit of flavor punch. While the portion size was impressive, I craved a more robust flavor profile. The drinks, however, were top-notch. The Cadillac margarita was particularly refreshing and well-made. Overall: Cadillac Mexican Kitchen is a lively spot with a great atmosphere. While the food could use a flavor boost, the service and drinks make it worth checking out, especially if you're looking for a place to watch a game with friends.

Google
We went here hesitantly due to the fact that it's in the Golden Nugget. I'm glad we went. The service was A+. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was nice. The chips and salsa were amazing. The wings had great flavor. My wife and I shared the fajitas. We ordered the chicken and steak combo. Between the chips and salsa and the wings, two fajitas each was the perfect amount. We felt full without being stuffed. I would recommend eating here, but don't stay at the Golden Nugget. The place is overpriced, and the rooms are like staying in a hostel.

Google
Tried a combo plate and chicken tacos.we took one bite of everything and couldn't take a second.it had a weird taste that made our stomach turn.everyone at table felt same.will not be returning. They did have fried avocados for appetizer that were something new and different....not bad

Leanne L.

Google
Great food and great service, at a good price! We were served by Hayley and she was excellent. 100% recommend the nachos with all three dips (fresh & delicious) and the quesadillas, especially when watching a game ☺️

Brittany H.

Google
The waitress, BRITNEY, was fantastic. Very attentive and she took excellent care of us. We took advantage of HAPPY HOUR from 4-6 p.m. It is rather weird to pay for chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant but not a huge deal. The food was good. Reasonably priced - especially during happy hour. I wouldn't come here for a date - too many TVs around to focus. 😂 Maybe a good place for a blind date- then if you don't like the person- at least you'll be entertained. 😂😂

Yelp
When on Freemont street, check out the Golden Nugget then wander into Cadillacs for some good Mexican food and drinks. Prices start at about $20 -$40 a plate. Their menu is small but mighty. This cantina style sports bar has very tall tables with very high chairs. As well as bar seating. A variety of games were playing, including UFC fighting The Cadillac salad was fantastic. It was also ginormous. There was no way I could take it down on my own. It was packed with greens, corn, chicken, tortilla chips, beans, cheese, etc. It was also a steal at $20.00. I hear they serve up homemade tortillas. They would of paired great with it. My guy had the flauntas with rice and beans for $22.00. They looked good. Im not sure if they validate parking. If you are reading this. Then this is your reminder to ask.

Yelp
I came here to eat dinner on my lunch break at work, and while the food was great, the service was absolutely atrocious. Our server was very rude, the bartender was even worse. After ordering our food, we decided to step outside and smoke while we waited for our food to arrive. We informed the bartender that we were just stepping outside for a few minutes and she became irritated and made a comment about how they're closing soon and she doesn't even work on the dining room floor and she has nothing to do with us. My coworker and I requested to split our bill and our server very rudely made the comment "you're really going to split X number of dollars?" After she brought our checks back, before giving us a chance to say thank you, she rudely says "you're welcome" with an attitude. I used to recommend this place to everyone going downtown but I will never return based on the service alone.

Yelp
Location is located within the Golden Nugget Casino. I will add many locations to eat from in and around were many but I was too hungry to do research. This restaurant had a crowd so I went for it. The ratings are fair, its an average Tex-Mex Cuisine. Very large portions which make it okay for the high prices but for me it truly lacked seasoning here and there. My Sopa de Tortilla was a chicken and rice soup, on the broth side (which I do prefer) however, it just seemed a little more salt would have made it better. As for the combo plate, everything was good nothing too bad, we had to ask for some salsa to add an extra kick it seemed to be lacking some flavor. My favorite part was the cheese! The margaritas were horrible and not worth it so there wasn't a 2nd round on cocktails.

Yelp
Located inside the Golden Nugget next to Claim Jumpers in Las Vegas. We came here for our family dinner since it was kinda quick although we did have to wait for two tables since we had 10 people the staff was nice and the service was good we had a new waitress that just started today and she was great friendly and took care of us. I ended up getting the taquitos it was chicken and three of them. This place is more of a bar setting vs a restaurant it kinda reminds me of the bar area at Chili's you got the bar along with a few tables to sit at and order your food. Overall had a good experience here.

Yelp
This restaurant was in the Golden Nugget downtown. It was a decent spot for some Mexican food. Service was pretty quick. Food and drinks were good. Overall not a bad spot to stop for dinner when you're around and looking for something more casual.

Yelp
We got the burrito and chips and queso, and it was absolutely fantastic. Service was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Food good, service quick and friendly. Good place to watch a game. Only negative is they charge for chips

Ann D.

Yelp
Food was delicious, service was terrible! We were seated immediately, waited 10 minutes before our server came and took our drink order. Waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. We're now 30 minutes in and had to flag down a different server, asking for our waitress so we could place our order. Our waitress shows up, takes our order. Food was served within 15 minutes, at which time we ordered our 2nd drink. Not sure where our waitress went but we had to flag down another server about our drinks (which were sitting at the bar). After asking for our bill, we waited at least 15 minutes for it to be processed. The place was busy, all servers were obviously all busy... all except our server who was MIA most of our evening. We won't be back!
google avatar

Christopher S.

Yelp
Great happy hour prices on margaritas and appetizers! Though it is a little loud it was tasty and we enjoyed all of our food and drinks. Service was a bit slow getting things but they were busy too.
google avatar

Mary S.

Yelp
Sports bar setting. Was seated immediately on a Friday night. The Cadillac trio appetizer was good and big portions.

Yelp
Myself and a friend picked this place of several at Golden Nugget in Las Vegas (downtown on Fremont Street). It was a default option but worth a shot since it was right where we were standing. We were shocked at the quality of the food and service. The fajitas were on point! They came out super sizzling and everything tasted great. Do keep in mind that on this day I had already consumed beer and wine but no margarita (yet). Could this have influenced my taste buds? Perhaps. Could it have been that my friend took two hours to drink a Mike's Hard Lemonade and said it was the toughest liquor he had ever had (bwahahahaha)? Perhaps. Or maybe it was the albino dwarf dancing to Gangster's Paradise in front of us before running away. Whatever the case may be, making fun of my friends when they complain about Mike's Hard Lemonade puts me in a good mood--which in scientific studies that don't exist--shows that your taste buds will also be in a good mood. Or maybe it was just good food. That's the the most likely scenario. I wrote 'the' twice in the previous sentence to mirror the buzzed feeling of that night. And the margarita was good too--first one I had ever had anywhere (no joke). The service was legit, the food was excellent, the ambiance felt like a quality fake Mexican place in America, and the prices were fair for Vegas (not on the Strip). Highly recommended! Especially if you're already a little drunk.

Yelp
The service started off great followed by some delicious chips & queso! I I got the half & half mix beef fajita & with chicken some rice & beans guacamole, cheese & tortillas made some bomb tacos would come back again for sure !
google avatar

Will C.

Yelp
Lots of great dishes to choose from here. Seating was prompt and our server put the game on that we requested. Definitely has a stand alone vibe even though it's inside a casino resort. Cleaned our plates. Will come back for sure.

Yelp
So close to getting 5 stars. The Cadillac combo was delicious . For something as simple as a ground beef taco, quesadilla, and cheese enchilada, it all was tasty. Waitress was nice..and cute lol. The reason for the star removal was that the ice water taste bad which forced me to buy a $5 coke. Also the chips and salsa would cost additional $6 . Should come complementary with the built in price of the meals and alcohol they sell. It's the cheapest thing they could give away. All in all, of your hungry, order some food, I can only vouch for what I ate, but I'll try something different with confidence in the future
google avatar

Yelp
If you want your toast of Mexican food in Vegas this is a place to stop bye. They are extremely busy. We sat at the bar and ate. I ordered the carnitas. They were okay. I wish the skillet they came out in didnt over cook them. Which was a bummer. Over all it was good. I also ordered the perfect margarita. It was a little too tart for me but was a great start to a night on Fremont street.

Dave L.

Yelp
I finally joined Yelp because I am in Vegas lookin good good places. This place rocks. The margaritas are awesome. I had the steak fajitas and they were cooked to perfection. The flour tortillas are homemade. This place is worth it.

Yelp
We were super hungry after being at a conference all day long and came to this restaurant probably around 8:30pm. They got us right in and we ordered some shots. They came out quickly and then we ordered food. I got the beef tacos and they were delicious!!!!!! Very flavorful! We also got the chips and salsa, guacamole, and queso! Super delicious!!!!! Overall this restaurant was wonderful! It had a great ambiance, got us in quickly and got the food out to us quickly. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Kelly G.

Yelp
We ate here for cinco de mayo. Based on some reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Everything I tasted was good (salsa, taco salad without shell or ranch and the sangria). I loved the tequila decor. It appeared like only one server was working and the entire place was packed. Possibly a manager assisted with bringing food out. Our server (Adera - sp) really did a great job cranking out order after order and dealing with us when my friend wanted a perfect picture. She was very attentive to our table and the surrounding tables. If I were to return to Fremont Street, I'd definitely eat here again.
google avatar

Nette B.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised, I enjoyed my meal here. The crunchy taco and rice were my favorite. Service was good, and the ambiance is good.
google avatar

Eve C.

Yelp
I visited this restaurant twice and both times it was pretty busy. It is noisy since it is located inside a casino and next to the pool area. I enjoyed the nachos I ordered however both times my party did not recommend the enchiladas.
google avatar

Nnsl C.

Yelp
When you are seated, it's mentioned $25 minimum per person and at the table. Is this a cover charge to eat at your establishment?? I don't know if they were having a problem in their grilling area, but it was smoky. We had the combination steak and chicken nachos. The chicken was okay but the steak was overcooked. You only get the nachos around the edge of the plate in the middle is filled with sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, and jalapeños. You do not get a lot for the price. We asked for Cadillac Margaritas and got regular margaritas. The waitress was very nice to correct the issue with the drinks. .

Amber K.

Yelp
Our second time here because we know it will be good food, efficiency service and a reasonable price. Burrito, enchiladas and the Cadillac combo were on the menu, and everyone at our table enjoyed what they had.

Yelp
Visited 2/22/2023 I must say for a small Mexican themed Sports bar this one's was sweet. Bunches of TVs everywhere you look. The staff was amazing, Friendly and Helpful. We tried The Cheesy Fundido Dip and it was excellent with all the fixings. Also had The Wings Naked with Hot Wing Sauce On the Side. Tasty wings although a tad overpriced In my opinion. They have a very Large selection of different Tequilas to choose from. All in all this place is a keeper and I will definitely be back one day. Located in the very back of The Golden Nugget Casino & Hotel. Enjoy

Teresa J.

Yelp
A great restaurant conveniently located inside The Golden Nugget. Food is a bit pricey like anything here, but there is a wide variety of menu items. Service was friendly and quick. Great place to grab a quick lunch and/or take a rest from all of the gambling and fun!
google avatar

Cecilia T.

Yelp
The waitress was very nice and did her best to correct our order mix up. However, the food was mediocre at best. The refried beans were the best thing we ate - creamy and flavorful. The chicken burrito was unseasoned, the beef taco was crispy but reminiscent of Taco Bell, and the margarita was watery. This is maybe a late night, post-bar spot for emergency food, but not a great choice for dinner.
google avatar

Paul K.

Yelp
Had a dinner for my sales team and the food, service and drinks were great all at a reasonable price.
google avatar

Todd P.

Yelp
We stopped in for happy hour on a Tuesday night. Around 4 PM, the place was quite busy. It looked like some members of a convention were gathered there. We started with a couple of drinks. I had a beer and my wife had a frozen sangria. After a bit, we ordered the chips combo. It was tortilla chips with salsa, queso and guacamole. All three were really good but they were sneaky with the guacamole and put a bunch of lettuce underneath it so that it look like you got more than you really did. Then we decided to split the happy hour quesadilla. While it was good, it wasn't very large. The service was good, but we didn't feel like we got anything too special.
google avatar

Robert M.

Yelp
AMAZING!!!! I have a food allergy and they took care of me without compromising quality. Honestly I don't know if it could have been better. Delicious. And Ricardo was soooooo awesome. He went out of his way to be sure we were taken care of. Even during Super Bowl. Go eagles. The other bartender was great too. Don't know her name but I like her shoes. This place was great.
google avatar

Mike C.

Yelp
I have been forced to go to this place four times over the past six years by friends who stay downtown. Every time I frequent this establishment, the service is horrid. I blame the Manager for not hiring and managing the servers. They are not attentive and you can watch them chit-chatting with other servers and the host booth while your drink is constantly empty, no follow up on your meal, and dishes not cleaned up. Every time.........Go somewhere else where they care about customer service and actually work for a tip....BTW, the food is fair.
google avatar

Richard F.

Yelp
Quick Summary Probably the most disappointing restaurant at the Golden Nugget. Would come here if you want to avoid a wait Food- 3 stars Chicken salad- pretty sad salad. Basically a supermarket salad that was in the refrigerator for a bit too long chicken tortilla soup- this was decent. I would order again if you're craving soup queso fundido- the favorite dish of the meal Service- 3 stars We were lucky enough to enter the restaurant without waiting. Food came out quickly, but the place was pretty disorganized. Bottom Line I do understand why there isn't a wait to enter here. Unless you're craving Mexican food or prefer not to wait, I don't see a reason to come here

Yelp
I was sitting at the bar for a solo brunch moment waiting for the rest of my group to wake up, revive, etc. Monica is awesome! She was working the bar by herself at this time and she was so attentive to everyone and worked so quickly to get us all what we needed/wanted while also keeping a smile on the whole time. Vibes were up. The surrounding servers/workers were also very nice and had fun conversation going on which was lovely to be around. The Cadillac chicken salad I had was so refreshing and the grilled chicken was unlike your typical salad chicken. It stood out with a nice char and was well seasoned. I had dinner here as well: The food was the perfect amount of spice and it was served hot! I recommend trying the queso on the enchiladas, or on anything actually...so. good. They also have TVs for sports events or anything that might be going on. Great place!

Nick P.

Yelp
I stay downtown Vegas twice a year and always come here at least once a trip. As a solo traveler they have a nice bar to sit and eat. Servers are great and very friendly! I'm a fan of the big margaritas with a lil bottle of beer in em...and they make em well kind of miss the happy hour but not a big deal. Food is always tasty Would recommended. Has a nice atmosphere...good vibe...good drinks...and great food. Can't go wrong here
google avatar

Andrea S.

Yelp
Came here for happy hour which was nice. Was seated right away and there are tons of large screens showing every game. Nice seating and was waited on immediately. Cost was decent for the portions and menu was big for happy hour so I got a sangria swirl w some wings. Both were amazing and cost $13 plus tax. The server was attentive (black woman w short hair) , food came out quickly and was good. The ambiance was cool too.
google avatar

John O.

Yelp
Dunno what they put in these toasted avocados but two slices and it felt like 1 meal. Still had to tare up 3 flower taquitos. I was tired and in a food coma. VERY, unexpected. Service was good and attentive. Ambiance pleasent if you go earlier hours, once it gets late them theres a different crowd. Yeah, I'd come back.
google avatar

Maria O.

Yelp
This restaurant is located in The Golden Nugget Downtown. The pool is across the way so it provided some entertainment while we were there. It took a while for our server to greet us and get our drink order. Because it took some time, we were ready to order when she came over. Since I'm a vegetarian, I ordered the cheese enchiladas. The cheese enchiladas on the menu came with a meat gravy so I substituted the rancheros sauce. The dish was nothing special and was really one sided. There was a hint of spice in it but nothing else. I'd compare it to a chain restaurant with high prices.
google avatar

Anthea F.

Yelp
Absolutely loved it here! My husband and I went for Happy Hour and it did not disappoint! Great drink and food prices! Everything was delicious. We had the Cadillac Trio and carnitas tacos. Drinks were delicious as well. Service was excellent. Monica served us at first and then Rico was her turnover. We returned the next night for dinner with the kids and it was just as good! Chicken flautas, tortilla soup and fish tacos were equally yummy!! Can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Abriana B.

Yelp
This place is a great option for lunch or happy hour. Prices are responsible, service is quick, and the ambiance is relaxed. I had the cheese enchiladas which were good and was a large portion for the price. Overall, a good experience with good food.
google avatar

Mia G.

Yelp
Had a quick little staycation with my husband for his birthday this year and we stopped in to have a quick snack and a few drinks on happy hour before our dinner reservation elsewhere. We opted for a quick chips and salsa then we both had a mango and a prickly pear margarita. I wasn't a huge fan of the mango but the prickly pear was a 4/5 for me. Unfortunately we did not try any other meals but I would love to come back. Service was quick and just what we needed to kill an hour.
google avatar

Yelp
My best friend and I came in for happy hour (4pm - 7pm mon-fri). Restaurant is located inside Golden Nugget and you can self park. Once we got to the hostess podium, she sat us down immediately. Our server was Karen and she quickly came over to take our order. She's definitely on point and very friendly. They have a lot of options but we went with Pink Guava margarita, tequila on the rocks, chips & guac, beef tacos, and buffalo wings. All are "appetizer size" but very filling and overall flavor was good. The margarita was the only thing that wasn't good. To much juice maybe. Restaurant is dim, music isn't crazy loud and plenty of TVs with sports going. We'll surely return and def recommend this place for Happy Hour.
google avatar

Ava G.

Yelp
LOVE HAPPY HOUR HERE! I've been to this restaurant many times over the years! It's a great happy hour spot. Happy hour is from 4-6pm on weekdays only. Definitely go for the Cadillac Trio: it's chips with salsa, queso, and guacamole for $8! And all of it tastes great. The tacos on the happy hour menu are quite small and not worth the price. Margaritas are decent, but not the best ever. I do like the cup they are in, presentation matters, especially on vacation when you want to take pictures! I'll definitely be back for happy hour next time I'm in downtown Las Vegas! It's also a good spot to sit and people watch as people walk past in the hallway. And during the summer, you have visibility of the pool too! Great spot to sit and relax.
google avatar

Leticia S.

Yelp
2 stars because the margaritas are decent. You'll be better off going to Taco Bell! We had the spicy beef nachos and spicy beef tacos., I was expecting shredded beef. Their idea of spicy beef, is greasy ground beef! Even their happy hour is NOT worth it We got 2 greasy ground beef tacos for $4 each The nachos were the saddest nachos I've ever seen. It was one single layer of what seemed like a fried flour tortilla, with melted cheese and some greasy ground beef scattered on the tortilla and a small pile of sour cream, pico de gallo and guacamole in the middle for 10 dollars! If you're at the golden nugget don't waste your money at this place, go to the chart house they have great good !

Yelp
Came in for a quick bite to eat and was pleasantly surprised! Now let me get this disclaimer out there now. This is more of a Tex-Mex so don't go in thinking "Mexican" because as soon as you see the sopa with ranch or the enchilada with chili you will scream! With that said, the fajitas with grilled jalapeños is good! The jalapeños could use some salt when grilling but it's still good without. Also, I have to applaud them for even having raw non pickled jalapeños anyways. The guacamole can use a little salt and maybe a serrano but it's good with the Queso cheese dip. The beans and rice are okay. What made this place even better was Megan our waiter. I mean she was on top of her game. She was hospitable, friendly, on top of her tables and orders and she was down to earth. They were busy but she stopped in to say when she was backed up and or to check in on us frequently. Between running other orders she stopped by to at least let us know she was there if we needed her and answered all of our dumb questions. If you eat here, ask for Megan and you won't be disappointed!!!

Ross C.

Yelp
Checked in with hostess and 3 servers all watching streaming show on their phone. Asking me my name again after already getting on wait list 5 minutes before. Being told there is a $25 min per person to eat here for some "reason". What the what!! Plenty of other places besides Cadillac were they are not watching phone and instead they are all working - what a concept - AVOID. Just went over to steakhouse -no names - on other side of Golden Nugget. Total 180 experience. Everyone was working their a$$' off. Left big tip

Yelp
I can't believe Mexican food exists this bad. The tortillas were stale. The salsa had to of been just pureed tomatoes or a cheap pre-jarred salsa. There were no onions cilantro or peppers to give it flavor. The enchiladas had a chili gravy poured over it. I just can't even tell you how bad it was and everything was topped with cheap feathered cheddar cheese that didn't even melt. The margarita was mostly mixer as well. On top of all of that the prices are expensive. There is absolutely nothing that could get me to return here. Two redeeming qualities that did get it 2 stars was the waitress was so incredibly nice and the space does look good as well.
google avatar

Bonni R.

Yelp
Only a 15 minute wait for a table and the food was great. The chips and salsa were so good - thick chips and smoky delicious salsa. The combination plates were good - I don't like food that's too spicy and everything I tried was good. The rice was surprisingly soft and fluffy. The pork tamale did have some dry parts but for the most part was flavorful. The taco was really good and the guacamole was creamy and perfectly seasoned without the overwhelming taste of red onion. The cheese enchilada had the perfect amount of cheese. The chile sauce on the enchilada and tamale was ok - didn't stand out but was tasty. The real stars of the meal were the Cadillac margaritas - dangerous! There's a $25 minimum per person but an entrée and one margarita take care of that. With all the TV's showing multiple sports it gets pretty loud but I enjoyed sitting by the walkway and doing some people watching.

Yelp
We specifically went to the Golden Nugget to try this place because we had a Landry's reward to use & we love Mexican food. It really seems more like a bar that serves Mexican food. They have lots of big screens all around and a sports news ticker update running along the ceiling. (Too bad there really are no live sports at the present time.). It's not a huge place and since the actual bar isn't presently open the seating is big couches and high tops. For starters I ordered a prickly pear margarita which was delish; and my husband had a Blue Moon. Our server was extremely friendly and the service was attentive; however none of the servers seemed to be wearing their masks correctly and covering their noses. For my meal I ordered the chicken fajitas and my husband had a burrito with ground beef. The fajitas were a large portion, and the chicken, peppers, and onion were flavorful; but the tortillas were not soft and pliable at all. They were rather hard and when I tried to form the fajitas the shells kept breaking apart. My husband said his burrito was just o.k.; and that the meat was kind of "mushy." With the exception of the drinks; everything was good, but not great. All in all our experience at Cadillac Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar was a fair meal; but with so many options in Vegas I probably won't be back for a long time.

Ray H.

Yelp
Food was some Of the Best Mexican I have eaten. Service was great and for Vegas prices were really fair. Will go back next time in Vegas

Monica R.

Yelp
Enjoyed our dinner. Service was super. We always split our meal and there was no problem. Would recommend.

Yelp
I stopped here during happy hour during my recent Vegas adventure. I had the Queso Fundido and a Cadillac Margarita. The Queso was great. Cheesy, spicy and savory. I made several little tacos with the side of guacamole I also ordered.I washed them all down with the way to easy to drink Margarita. Service was great and they are wheelchair accessible. If I ever find myself back at the Golden Nugget craving Mexican food or a Margarita, I'll be back.
