We had been looking for a Cadillac Escalade IQL EV for a few months, even drove to Nevada, thinking we had found the right one. Unfortunately, no luck than I did a search and found one very close in Beverly Hills Cadillac. Decided to send a request chat online made an appointment for the following day via phone. Received a text from their concierge within 30 minutes asking if there was any other questions for the sales rep so that they would be prepared the following day. The whole experience was top-notch VIP! From discussing all of our concerns with our sales rep Kian to speaking to the manager Nick everything was seamless. He was able to make the necessary upgrades that I wanted, and the deal was closed. A week later, we flew down to pick up our new vehicle and to our surprise There was even a red bow on top of our vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership if you were looking for any Cadillac vehicle!

Buying a car at Cadillac of Beverly Hills was the easiest, smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. From the first call with Faye, the sales manager, I knew this would be different. She called me Sunday morning (before the dealership was even open), and within 10 minutes she had built trust, laid out a fair deal, and made me actually want to do business with her. When we got to the dealership, she introduced us to Arya, the product specialist. Arya knows this car inside and out--every menu, every button, every feature. The guy could seriously teach a graduate course on the VistIQ. He walked us through everything patiently, answered every question, and even gave me his personal cell for follow-ups. Then we met Erik, our finance manager. Erik was super nice, friendly, and great at finding ways to connect on a personal level. He made the process quick, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. My wife and I signed everything from our phones with just a few clicks, and we were wrapped up in under 30 minutes. And then the send-off: they surprised us with a giant red bow on the car. My 12-year-old immediately posed in front of it like it was her new car. Faye even made sure we didn't leave without some Cadillac swag. To put it in perspective--Saturday I had spent hours at two other dealerships trying to negotiate and left with nothing but a headache. Sunday at Cadillac of Beverly Hills, I had the car, the keys, and a smile in less time than it takes to binge a Netflix episode. I'll gladly make the drive from the Conejo Valley to Beverly Hills again. This dealership is head and shoulders above the rest, and now I know why they're the top dealer--they've earned it.

I have been back to this place over 10 Times with the same problem. The first time they returned the car to me with a huge scratch on the passenger side. Once reviewing the cameras, they realize that the person who was driving the car out of the garage, had hit my car and decided to return it with the damage and not notify anyone. Even though it's the 10th time, I brought the car back with the same problem they sent me to Enterprise down the street to get a rental car and I have been waiting for over an hour. I was told by Cadillac that the rental car was arranged days in advance, and when I get to Enterprise, they tell me that that was not the case. Cadillac cannot arrange cars Rentals days in advance. It's an absolute disaster. Avoid Cadillac and this location all tgthr.

Car dealerships tend to get negative reviews when customers have bad experiences. How often do we think of writing a positive review after buying a car? I cannot say enough nice things about Kevin Kanifati and highly recommend reaching out to him a Cadillac of Beverly Hills should you be in the market for a luxury car. He helped us with a particularly complicated transaction. He's friendly, always answers his phone (even on his days off), and is a good communicator.

I made a service appointment on a Saturday at 9:30. This was confirmed by Cadillac of Beverly Hills, and I drove 45 minutes across town to drop off my car. When I got there, I was told that they couldn't even begin working on the car until Monday, because they don't have any EV technicians over the weekend. There were also no loaner cars for three weeks. So why did Cadillac of Beverly Hills affirmatively confirm the appointment, knowing I was bringing in an EV? Why not call, or email, or text? Thank you to this dealership for wasting two hours of my Saturday morning!

We had a great experience purchasing the awesome all new electric Vistiq at Cadillac Beverly Hills. It was a no haggle no pressure process with zero upsells or hidden fees. Our salesperson Gavin was very knowledgeable and helpful. The GM Fay gave us all the information we asked to help us make the best financial decision for us to lease or to buy. Jay the finance manager made the actual purchase process so easy that it took less than 20 minutes. Beside the payment he asked if we wanted to purchase the extended warranty and that was it. Lastly Kian gave us all time we ask even after the dealership was closed a comprehensive rundown of how to use all the great features of the car at our exit. I anticipate seeing many more of these Cadillac EVs on the road in the near future. Thank you team Cadillac Beverly Hills. Hands down a luxury experience.

If you enjoy deception, misrepresentation, and time-wasting games disguised as "luxury service," then Cadillac of Beverly Hills will not disappoint. I initially contacted this dealership on Sunday regarding a lease for a Cadillac XT5. After extensive negotiation with Faisal (salesman) and Bill (the General Manager), we reached mutually agreed-upon terms -- or so I thought. Immediately thereafter came the predictable high-pressure tactics to "come in right now" on a Sunday to sign, as though my professional schedule in the legal field were irrelevant. I made it explicitly clear that the only feasible day would be Wednesday, and they confirmed the arrangement. Fast-forward to Tuesday evening: suddenly, our "agreement" was unilaterally modified by them. The brand-new XT5 I was supposed to lease had magically transformed into a loaner vehicle, one already driven 5,000 miles, conveniently offered at the exact same price as the new model. I suppose they assumed I'd confuse "pre-owned" with "premium." Then came the Cadillac Circus. Both Faisal and Bill emphatically represented that the car was "on their lot," simply awaiting detailing. They promised a 9-10 AM call Wednesday to confirm my pickup time. Of course, that call never came. When I finally reached Faisal around noon, he casually admitted he was "working on getting the car back to the dealership." Translation: every prior statement about the car's availability was false. Over the course of the day, I received no fewer than fifteen calls from them, during which the supposed pickup time changed from noon five six seven after hours and finally, Friday. Throughout this ordeal, they repeatedly requested my ETA, when I was 40 minutes away, 10 minutes away, 3 minutes away, as if I were approaching an actual car. Spoiler: I wasn't. It was all smoke and mirrors. Upon arrival, I was informed that I could sign the lease, pay the down payment, and leave without the car, which they would "deliver Friday." When I declined to sign a contract for an asset that did not exist on-site, I was told, and I quote -- that even if I did sign and pay, the contract wouldn't be binding until I physically had the car. For clarity: that statement is legally false and constitutes a material misrepresentation under California contract and consumer protection law. In layman's terms, that's potentially actionable fraud. Misleading a consumer about the binding nature of a financial contract isn't a "mix-up", it's a violation of basic legal standards governing fair dealing and reliance. After losing an entire day rearranging my legal calendar, returning a rental, and commuting across Los Angeles, I walked out with nothing, except a front-row seat to one of the most disorganized, unethical, and deceptive sales operations I've encountered in my professional life. If you enjoy bait-and-switch tactics, false representations, and time theft dressed up in Cadillac branding, by all means, pay Faisal and Bill a visit. For anyone who values integrity, good faith, or the law, you'd be better off leasing a scooter from Craigslist.

I start asking questions and her response to me is we are in Beverly Hills people don't care about the mark up or dealer charge. I said I don't care where you're located I'm just looking for a deal.. In any case it was very disrespectful that way she was talking to a potential client.

I am a 2010 SRX owner (I bought it USED from a private dealership elsewhere) with a recall for rear toe link separation: it had come to my attention years ago but due to several factors I'd neglected on having a FREE service and replacement on this issue up until a recent DMV registration renewal notice by mail. My tags expire this month and so it was urgent matter at this point to get this particular recall notice resolved. I'd been sent several notices and offers to have it serviced at other locations but since I was in the area yesterday afternoon I called service department and asked if they had time to honor this service at their location. Receptionist was polite and asked me to come in and see what they could do for me. Immediately upon arrival I was told that YES they can honor said request but that it with require an overnight stay with a complimentary UBER ride home. I explained my hesitation to leave it there overnight and Service Department Manager Daniel L. reassured me that an early morning drop off the next day would have me on the road within a few hrs. Next day: I was greeted by an enthusiastic and friendly staff at every turn, starting with Service Advisor Danny Flores (and Walter) making me feel comfortable, heard and valued as any other PAYING client. I was escorted to their waiting room (I was offered a ride home AGAIN as an option but i declined). The staff inside said room was warm and inviting as I sat there for a while). Several hours later, my SUV was returned to me washed (at Danny Flores ' insistence) and ready to go! As a non paying customer who needed this recall and repair to renew my tags I am impressed and appreciative of Service Department's staff not only accommodating to my last minute request (one day's notice or so) but for their consummate professionalism and ability to assist me with top notch customer service. Thanks for making a stressful defective open recall process a priority and my comfort level at Beverly Hills Cadillac a 5 STAR experience.

While the sales process itself was fine, a company's true colors show when problems arise. After leasing a new Lyriq from the dealer, we noticed that one of the doors had been touched up with paint. I informed Fay, the general manager I had been working with. At the time, I didn't think it was a huge deal and planned to address it later when I had the time to bring the car back. After washing the car once, I noticed dents had appeared along the rails between the windows and the roof. I initially thought it was the result of the car wash and had a dentless repair company fix them. However, after a few more washes, more dents appeared. One car wash even refused to clean the car, citing issues with the same rails. When any pressure is applied to them, they seem to "dimple" in. I reached out to the dealer for help and was advised by two people to contact the service manager, Daniel. I called, left a voicemail, and received an automated reply, but never got a response. When I was notified that my car was ready for its first service, I mentioned my issues and asked if Daniel would be available, since he was the person the sales team had indicated would help. The representative confirmed my concerns were noted. When I arrived for the appointment, Daniel was nowhere to be found, and I had to work with Sean in service instead. After explaining the issues, and following up with multiple calls to different people, nothing was resolved, and I was told the general manager would need to be involved. While at service, we checked out another Lyriq with the same issue. Sean pointed out that the rails on that car seemed a little more solid than mine, but it was clear they had the same problem. They suggested sending my car to their body shop, but I explained that wouldn't solve the issue since I had already paid out of pocket to fix it, thinking it was my fault. Sean called Daniel and said they would start working on the issue. After leaving, I sent Sean several pictures of the initial damage and they took some during my visit. It's now been almost two months, and nothing has been done. I've followed up several times with Sean, but there's been no progress. I also emailed Fay for help, but got no reply. Oh, and I received a follow-up call from someone at the dealer right after my service appointment. I explained my situation, but I never heard back from them either. I'm writing this to warn others: If you encounter problems, this dealership doesn't seem to be the right place to handle them. I'll be taking my car to a different dealer to see if they can address this defect.

Be aware of this company, I've been having an issue with the used car that I bought 1st they charged me for a new plate and the registration when I received my registration it was good for 3 months when I contacted Chris,the manager, he said no we didn't, when I contacted the finance manager he said yes they charged me axtra and they're gonna send me a check I had an issue with the wheel on the car and Chris, the manger, said they're not gonna take care of me since it's a used car I had him to send me an email staying that I'm still waiting for the email, I contacted Fay the GM and she said that's not what Chris said , I said that's what he exactly said and also You record all the calls you can go back and listen I told her I'm recording this call as soon as I said that she hung up with me Beware if you want a smooth transaction and great customer service stay away from this dealership

I visited this dealership on a Wednesday 2/12 looking to lease a Lyriq. I met with Edwin, who was nice, and we shared the offer we had received from another Cadillac dealership. Then, the general sales manager, Fay, came in and immediately questioned whether the deal we mentioned was for a loaner. When we denied, she implied was a 2024. When we clarified that it was for a brand-new 2025 model, she said she would check the rates and promised to follow up with us later that day. That call never came. The next day, Tony Plet, another manager, texted me asking about my experience. I explained everything to him, including the fact that I was still waiting for a quote. I sent the picture of the paper from the other dealership with the car price. He assured me they would reach out. That was on Thursday--today is Sunday, and I still haven't received a response. Not even a courtesy call to say they couldn't match the offer or to propose a higher price--anything would have been better than complete silence. It's shocking to me that a dealership in a competitive market would let a serious buyer walk away without even providing a price--especially when I have an excellent 800+ credit score. When we visited the Torrance dealership, we weren't sure if we had a great deal or not, and it was hard to leave because they were amazing and kept negotiating. But my friend's husband had purchased his car in Beverly Hills, so we thought, why not check the prices at both? Unfortunately, this visit was a complete waste of time. If you're looking to lease or buy a Cadillac, save yourself the trouble and go to a different dealership. Their lack of urgency and follow-through speaks volumes about how they do business.

What a 5-star purchasing expeirence! I contacted Cadillac of Beverly Hills with interest in a particular vehicle, though that specific car had already been sold. The good news is that Brian Epps was able to sync us with a better Escalade (they had plenty of inventory). We mostly performed the transaction remotely - with today's tech, Brian had sent me window stickers to review, comparisons via video and we filled the credit app online. Upon our arrival, Brian quickly assisted us, showed us the car in person (it was already washed/ready to go) we worked with On-Star to sync the vehicle to us, and worked with financing to quickly finalize the deal. A very smooth transaction, great dealer backed by seasoned staff. Thanks Brian!

Upon posting my last update, I received a phone call from Dan Broderick, who is the new owner of Cadillac Beverly Hills (full disclosure, I didnt know there was a turnover on ownership). He told me that he recently bought the dealership and is still working through the transition. I want to give Dan 5-stars personally for his professionalism and kindness, and offer to immediately resolve the issue. After providing the necessary documentation with him directly over email, I received a call from the dealership's controller a few hours later and they released the full refund, which has cleared my bank as of yesterday evening. I still think there needs to be some level of a customer service training reset with the sales and management staff as it should never have gotten this far to have the owner/ceo get involved on what should have been a very straightforward process. But Dan and his daughter, Jenna, seem to genuinely care about the customer experience and my hope is that this trickles down to the rest of their team. My appreciation again to Dan and Jenna for helping me resolve this with professionalism and care. Feels like the dealership will be in good hands under their ownership.

Update 1/19/24 Cadillac's warranty partner Permaplate reached out to me. Had a few calls back from them. They asked me some more questions about the situation and explained why my claim was denied with my repair shop. Guess the 'mom and pop' shop was overcharging for the repair work. Now, they're willing to look into ways to reverse the claim denial and contact my mechanic shop to cover the repair cost under warranty. 1/18/24 Hello! Some updates a few months after my purchase. AC wasn't blowing cold anymore. "Luckily" I purchased an extended warranty Veritas Global Protection and soon to realize this warranty company has many accusations of being fraudulent and no coverage or any repairs. It was my mistake of not doing any research for Veritas warranty. Here is your warning of their extended warranty they offer at Cadillac Beverly Hills.

I was on a waitlist for a vehicle for month and a half . I was never updated. I would always have to call every week to ask if it had arrived. Finally the day it was supposed to arrive. I called five times every single time I asked to speak to the manager, Faye Inanabdi . They kept telling me she would call me back in five minutes, but she was busy. I never got a call back all day. The second day I called twice again and again I was told she was busy and that she would call me back in one minute and never received a call. I am taking my business elsewhere and never dealing with this dealership again. The worst service ever. Found the exact car at another Cadillac dealership and bought it there.

I purchased an escalade V from Cadillac Beverly hills. When the Vehicle was purchased, I was sold a maintenance program for 5000 dollars that was supposed to cover the cars maintenance for up to 5 years including 6 services. Finding out going to my service for the first time the service manager told me that my car was not covered for the Maintenace and that I was sold a maintenance for a different vehicle, Trying to contact and get help from this dealership has been horrendous no response no help nothing. I would highly suggest never to purchase any vehicles from them they sell you the car and could care less about the customer.

Purchased a brand new 2025 cadillac escalade from Cadillac of Beverly Hills. Gavin was my sales person and I ordered my vehicle about 3 to 4 months ago. Gavin was always in continuous communication in regards to the status of my vehicle even though I was out of the countey and if he does not know the answer, he will ask someone to give me the proper information. And also his manager Faye, who I met yesterday during my car pick up was very pleasant and helpful. Gave me some tshirts, hat, and promised me a hood jacket when it arrives :) Mr. Day the finance manager was also very nice. No pressure of upselling me stuff. Allen at the service department is a complete joke when. It comes to customer care!!! He keeps my Escalade for close to 22 days to tell Me all the issues I'm having of a broken antenna. First of all that's not true and if it was why the bell would you keep the car in paying $1800 a month for for for over 2.5 weeks?? Stay away from their service department as they dint care about you or your safety concerns. My transmission is having issues"" sorry it has to do with your broken antenna we will keeps it for 25 days and not touch the car. Great job Allen and Beverly Hills cadilac!!

I drove in to drop off my brand new vehicle that arrived with some issues from the factory and I was completely taken care of & given a brand new car to drive as a loaner to work. Within a few days I received a call letting me know my car was ready. I am never buying another make of vehicle again thank you Cadillac and Isaiah Calderon for the daily updates, responsiveness , and taking great care of our brand new vehicle.
