Mr. B’s Is Bringing an Underground Speakeasy to Royal Oak - Eater Detroit
"State legislators approved bills for Cadillac Place in New Center to hold a liquor license. The state-owned building had struggled to fill retail spaces with restaurants." - Brenna Houck
Definitely a must stop if you are into beautiful architecture! Or are looking for a quiet place to eat. There is plenty of shops and dining for you to enjoy. It looked like many healthy options also. Secretary of State office and unemployment agency office are also here. The staff at the UIA office were so nice and fast!

Tellers are attentive and polite. Managers help in finding financial services is awesome. I've been a customer since 2012. Never a issue banking with Public Service Credit Union.

This is a beautiful, old building. In 2025 it has been undergoing external renovations with a new roof and updates to the surrounding cement. The details of the building internal and external are beautiful and worth checking out.

Take a moment to appreciate it's beauty in the details you simply don't see in buildings these days. Shops, banks, food and more are all easy access.

Amazing architecture, well restored. When I walked in it was like going back in time 100 years.
Helpful security staff. The receptionist at the office of the Attorney General for the state of Michigan was very pleasant and friendly.
