"Ask anyone where you can find the best ice cream downtown and the first answer you’ll get is Cadore, a small, craft ice cream shop with an original location in Northern Italy. They’ve been around since 1957 and serve a good mix of classic and modern Argentinian flavors with Italian roots, like panettone and tiramisu. Grab a scoop of dulce de leche ice cream and enjoy it outside on Corrientes Avenue." - Martín Chavesta

We finally tried the legendary Cadore! It wasn’t that easy - almost at any time there is a big queue. Luckily for us, this time there weren’t too many people and we were attend by a great team of workers, they were very friendly and helpful. We tasted many flavours, super delicious! The quality of ice cream is amazing, one of the best ones we ate here. Pistachio is a must have!

Best ice-cream I have had. Just go don't think twice about going elsewhere. The super dulce de leche is a bit intense so I would recommend it with a combo.

Excellent gelato! There was a queue which is a good indication of the quality. Interesting… the way they keep the gelato is similar to Turkish way.

Great Gelato spot in BA. Order and pay as soon as you walk in the door, they print the ticket, and further down you hand your ticket to the next available staff and tell them your flavors. Easy ordering system. Benches along the wall to sit and eat, otherwise this is more of a takeaway place. The Chai flavor was good however it overpowered the second flavor I got (pistachio) I recommend getting the Chai as your bottom scoop because the flavors are so strong.

I wanted to try this ice cream since ages, but there was always a long queue to enter. Today we got really lucky and we didn’t have to wait (there were not too many people because of the rain). Workers were super friendly and very patient, while we were choosing flavours. Ice cream is very delicious, we tried several flavours and all of them were amazing. Now I understand why this place is so famous, definitely one of the best ice cream shops of Buenos Aires!

Food: it's a really tasty ice cream. I saw this shop, again, in some international rating and decided to try. Took pistachio and strudel. Pistachio tastes like a pistachio paste my brother once brought from Malta, strudel has little apple pieces and nuts. Service: as always in those places - big line (15m), whole crowd inside. Total take and go. Atmosphere: crowded, some places to sit, but meh Overall so far the best ice cream I tried in BA. Though again, in BA competition for ice cream is huge. So this one is not so much better so that you travel the whole city for it. If you want a good ice cream - go to your closest fine heladería. If you are close to this one - consider visiting, won't regret it

A fantastic gelato shop that is a crowd-favorite. At night, there are a lot of people who wait in line to try the ice cream and it is fantastic! The staff are so friendly! Speak English and Spanish, and provide great recommendations to pair different flavors together. Sadly all the cone options only allow for up to 2 flavors, but at least one can try them all. If I lived in Buenos Aires, I would absolutely choose their 1 kilo option because the ice cream there is just that good and inexpensive. Note that one orders the cone size at the cashier and present the receipt to the ice cream scooper who will then take your flavor choices.

This is regarded as one of the best gelaterias on the planet. I'm always skeptical about lists declaring "best of" anything, but I think Nat Geo might have a point here! That gelato here is fantastic. That's speaking as someone that has spent much time in Italy. I'd be happy to eat their chocolate any time. It's rich, decadent, but not bitter or overly sweet. The strawberry is a beautiful puree of fresh fruit that's delicious. The maracuya (passion fruit) is something you don't find much of outside of South America but you will love here! For $4 or less you can order up to 1/4 kilo of ice cream. It's a steal for the price. There will be a line out the door but it's fast moving and worth any wait. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. An English menu is provided along with many other languages. This is an essential visit when in Buenos Aires.
