Cadore Gelato Artigianale

​I finally visited the famous Cadore Gelato Artigianale, and it lived up to all the hype! I arrived just before they opened, and there was already a queue forming, but the line moved quickly once the doors opened. ​I tried the Coffee and Pistachio flavors, and they were incredible - rich, creamy, and very intense flavors. I ordered a cone which cost 7,000 ARS, and it was worth every peso. They also offer take-home tubs if you want to enjoy more later. A must-visit if you are in Buenos Aires!

We ordered one kilo of ice cream to take away and share, selecting pistachio, fig with walnuts, dark dulce de leche, and dulce de leche granizado. All flavors were well executed, clean, and balanced. The ice cream is notably light, smooth, and easy to eat, with a creamy texture that never feels heavy. Each flavor maintains its identity: the pistachio tastes natural, the fig and walnuts are well integrated, and the dulce de leche — both dark and granizado — is rich without being overly sweet. Textures are consistent and well controlled, reflecting careful preparation and good ingredients. Cadore remains a strong reference for high-quality, traditional ice cream in Buenos Aires. Came here as part of an Airbnb Flavours of Argentina experience. A big shout out to our host Juan, whose day job is as a chef. Casper is a famous gelatoria in the heart of Buenos Aires. Queues build up at night, but well worth the wait. The pistachio gelato is so popular that quantities are rationed! Nothing better than a beautiful gelato on a balmy Buenos Aires evening!

some of the best gelato in the city. might as well get a quarter kilo. pistachio is great and pair it with any chocolate and vanilla based-flavor and you’re in business. good service and just such good gelato - so smooth and creamy and divine.

Great variety of flavours. The dulce de leche varieties are amazing. Definitely worth trying.

Really good gelato. Went with pistacho, super dulce de leche and tramontana. Really enjoyed these flavors. The ice cream is really creamy and melts faster, that’s why it is not exposed in a showcase - that’s a highly positive point about the place. Generally, the best gelatos are not visible: those are the creamiest!

Super popular gelato place with line out the door each night. Good quality and good value overall. I have ordered the small, the medium and the grande in various occasions and yet I rarely notice their difference in quantity.

This place is by far my favorite gelato anywhere in the world. The super dulce de leche is amazing. This place is ridiculous, they serve amazing flavors and huge cups. I wish I lived next door.
