4 Wildly Famous Dishes to Try at Nobu, Now Open in New Orleans | Eater New Orleans

"I see the casino formerly known as Harrah’s — now Caesars Hotel and Casino downtown — sits riverside and has brought high-end dining into the property by hosting both Nobu New Orleans and Emeril’s Brasserie; the casino’s newly built hotel tower will also include a Nobu Hotel opening later this fall." - Clair Lorell

Good hotel that needs some renovation. Great location, easy to find, plenty of parking, right on the board walk. Good number of restaurants. Room was old and need some renovation. Casino floor need better ventilation as you can smell people smoking. If you want to stay here then ask for Centurion tower as it is newer and better.

We typically stay at Borgata when in Atlantic City, but Caesars offered special, off season rates, so we decided we'd give it a try. For some unknown reason, the remote check-in app was down, so we went to the lobby for check-in. In the lobby, the express check-in kiosks were also down, so the line was very long for everyone who was not an elite status tier. The staff was very friendly, and the recently renovated room in the Centurion Tower was at least as nice as any four star casino hotel. The HVAC was quiet, albeit limited in the range of temperatures to which you could set it. Food was great every where we tried, especially Nobu. And The Hook was as good a residency show as anything in Vegas - highly recommended raunchy entertainment. Our only complaint came when we went to check out. We were told at check in that parking would be free, so long as we earned 10 "tier credits" during our stay. Having spent nearly $1k between dining and the show, we certainly surpassed that amount, and I presented my Caesars card for every transaction. Nevertheless, when it came time to exit the garage, the attendant asserted there was no proof that we had earned sufficient credits, nor that we had even stayed at the hotel. I provided him with my Caesars card, all receipts, and even showed him the digital receipt on my phone. He did not budge, refused to let us leave, and refused to call a manager. Rather, he told us there was a Kiosk on the second floor of the garage that we could use to print proof of our stay and tier credits. We turned around, drove back to the second floor, and as with check-in, there were no functioning kiosks. When we drove back to the exit lane attendant to leave and informed him of this issue, he again refused to budge. Thus, it is because of these failures in Caesar's technology, and failure to provide human accommodations that my review score is not higher.

Got a room here after watching a review on YouTube. We got a room in the south Forum tower and were lucky enough to have a window in our room. Many of the rooms are blocked or have frosted windows to the outside. ||The room was spacious (and in there is at least 5 feet between the foot of the bed and the TV). Our room had two full beds (which was unexpected for our group of 3) and Queen beds would have been preferred. The beds were comfy and the pillows were great.||The bathroom was tiny and you pretty much have to close the bathroom door to get into the shower. ||The restaurants are OK. Some are a little pricey and the pizzeria was the most affordable. The bakery is full of people who seem like they dont want to be there. It is full of delightful but pricey treats and daily changes in ice cream flavors. Superfrico had great Italian food with excellent staff and hostesses, but the decor is not classic Italian....it's fun and festive.||Parking was easy with one flat rate to go in and out during the stay.||I would come back. It was more put together and updated than I thought it'd be.

This was our first time staying here. We stayed in the Centurion Tower and the room reflected being recently renovated. The room was clean and the shower in particular was very nice. ||Check in was easy and they accommodated my request to be in a room by the elevator (mobility issues).||I liked the fact that it seemed things were not too spaced out, including the different towers. Getting to the casino or restaurants was easy. They have a 24 hr coffee place plus a Starbucks. They also have a nifty convenience store. ||We used valet parking, which is only $20 if staying in the hotel.

The location was near the shops I needed to go to. The atmosphere didn't smell. The rooms were nice and weren't too expensive. For the price, it was great. It was so-so clean, but it was loud. The noise level was very high. The service was average. The amenities were also average. Love the ancient vibes.

Google
Management - please partner with Ticketmaster for parking vouchers and discounts. No one wants to pay $25 to park and then discover that they are also going to pay $8 for lobby coffee and $17 beers inside the concert venue. Anyone reading this, save yourself half the cost of drinks by going to Hells Kitchen before or during or in between bands for half price drinks. Miller Lite pints inside Maximus are $17 SEVENTEEN!! The staff will let you back into the show WITH drinks from Hells Kitchen or byob. Another Caesars Management issue involves security. Please train the Maximus entry staff to PROPERLY scan all patrons. A brief waist scan does not cut it. A full 360 scan down to the ankles and above the shoulders should be commonplace. Then, when people leave and return, they should be re-scanned again. There is no point to the initial scan when people can return and are not re-scanned. There's a 3-star rating for location because you don't want to risk your life walking on the board walk or on the beach or any downtown streets. This is more of an A/C thing but being there during the summer is a scary proposition. Like 3rd world resorts, do not leave the compound of you can avoid it.

Easy check in/out. The room was very nice and clean, well appointed, and nicely renovated/updated. Was impressed with the elevator security using a swipe card to insure only hotel guests accessed the elevators. Hotel atmosphere was enjoyable. Priced right!

Google
Location is right on the boardwalk, which is great. The service on the floor for drinks is almost non-existent. Don't expect offers of drinks despite gambling for many hours and days at the slots. They seem to cater to the tables, not slots. The bartenders at the main bar are great. But no service from the servers on the casino floor, so disappointing. The casino bathrooms have been consistently filthy. The rooms are fine in the Centurion Tower. The view is great. Ceasars just needs to work on floor service and cleanliness of bathrooms. The Ramsay pub is always good for any meal. Visit the 'Hook' show and the Horse pub, they are so friendly, and the show is amazing. We've had Superfrico pizza, it's delicious.

Yelp
Location good , bartenders good people , rooms on the 25th floor had roaches. Worse was the for desk lady with red hair she has the worst attitude ever. Keeps saying she will send a toothbrush up and never did walked down 3 times to change room and get a toothbrush she is just not accommodating. She sould not be a representative of Ceasars unless they want a stubborn arrogant woman. Rooms: 2/5 | Service: 1/5 | This lady sent me to my room 3 times for a toothbrush she said we could not get them at the front desk. She said the room service has to knock on the door 2 am and can not leave at the door handle. It is so unhelpful and unkind . Where is your customer service. She would be a great police officer or prison guard. Location: 3/5 Noteworthy details The lady at front desk with red hair has a nasty demeanor she does not help and has no empathy. Yelp
I checked my luggage on 11/23/24 and came back to Caesars, AC on 11/25/24, I tried to add a bag to my luggage w/ bellman Ray, who said not a word to me. He immediately went to get the Hotel Operations Manager, Crystal Black. She asked for my ID to check to see if I was a guest at Caesars, AC, (which I was) and said, "you can't add anything because you left your luggage here for 3 days" and to take it w/u. Mind you, I am a guest at the hotel and their ticket stub clearly states you have up to 5 days at Caesars, AC and Caesars Palace rules clearly states you have a week/7 days, with a return visit which I do. So what was the issue? Feeling extremely DISSAPPOINTED, I left it alone and did not check my bag because Crystal did not allow me to!. The next day, I checked out of my room on 11/26/24 (Wed) Thanksgiving eve and wanted to check my bags to the bellman. Oddly enough, the same bellman, Ray (theci instigator) who once again, did not acknowledge me whatsoever, he went to get the same Hotel Operations Manager, Crystal Black. Same answer, "No you can't check your bags as you tried this yesterday, we are not a storage area". She denied me service to check my belongings once again. I was so confused and dumbfounded and asked her, had I had taken my luggage to my room on 11/25/24 (Tues), you would then allow me to check my bags on 11/26/24 (Wed)? Crystal again sated, "No"! Then comes up, Martina McQueen, the "Caesars AC, Hotel Assistant Manager. Who basically from the moment she walks up to me, with no introduction of who she was, started to interrogate me as well. I asked her, "why can't I store my bag, as I just checked out of my room"? Martina relpies, "we are not a storage area. (Mind you, I have no car, I was hungry and then wanting to play some slots at Caesars, AC, NJ) Martina refused to answer any of my concerning questions as to why I could not check my bag in. She was rude, arrogant, obnoxious and condescending as if I had committed a crime. She then proceeds without my permission, takes my personal luggage from the storage area, without asking for my ticket throws my luggage to the side and sarcastically says, "have a good day"! Crystal Black, Martina McQueen and bellman Ray, the three so called "hospitality employees" *ironically* ganged up on me, bullied and harassed me. They had zero empathy and was also discriminatory towards me because I am an Asian woman. (Had I had been any other race, I doubt they would have treated me the same) So, thank you Martina McQueen, Crystal Black and bellman Ray, for your outstanding, professional service at Caesars, AC, NJ the best condescending, exempliatory, discriminatory, exceptionally rude behaviors from all 3 employees. Not only did you so called Managers defuse a simple situation (should have just accommodate their guest request because this is your job) but esculated a situation 10fold. This is an abuse of power and mistreatment to one of your loyal guest (X-guest now) at Caesars, Atlantic City, NJ. Treating them like a piece of trash, let alone on Thanksgiving holiday! GOD sees and hears all; KARMA has no time limits!

Yelp
During a past booking at the south tower, the room is nice but it was a disaster to sleep. The hotel is blasting music and it is coming from the lobby or in the main checknout area. This music volume extremely loud and you cannot sleep. It finally subsides a bit at 3:30-4:00 a.m. I will never book a reservation with Ceasars again, Why the hell are you blasting music while people are trying to sleep on vacation? Unacceptable I am going to ask for a refund. I have never witnessed anything like this.

Yelp
We go to Atlantic City once in a while and always end up in Caesers . Not to stay or take a room, but to enjoy the interiors of this amazing casino . One of the best casinos for their architecture.. all other casinos have average looks . Could have given 5 stars but their prices on tables - roulette / blackjack etc are insanely high . I always prefer playing casino games in other place because they are cheap and affordable.. caesers charges premium ! Even food and other things are expensive here . Overall we like this place but for the extremely high rates !!

Yelp
Talk about luxury! This hotel was absolutely stunning! As soon as you walk in the air smells nice, it's very bright and airy, huge!! We stayed in the centurion tower where the room was very nice. We had an ocean view room and a view of the boardwalk that showed the entire thing which was a beautiful sight at night. The only reason i didn't give them a 5 star is because of the pool situation. They have a pool inside the sauna. Not really a hotel pool. For a hotel this large, you would think it would have a pool for people to enjoy. The pool was located on a rooftop, which was nice. But in order to go to the pool, it's 21+, and you have to pay for a chair in order to get into the pool. Chairs were $25 each at an elevated counter. Pool chairs were $65 with an umbrella, and cabanas started at $350. The pool wasn't very large and it did have a separate hot tub which was nice. They also had a pool bar which didn't cost but was first come first serve and you weren't allowed to walk out and sit by it without purchasing a chair. So the entire thing was very confusing. But, i guess lol. The pool overlooked the beach and the other side of the boardwalk for miles! It was beautiful watching the water from my countertop seat lol. The drinks were great tho! The pool girls walked around with mini bottles of water taking drink orders and stuff. So that was appreciated. All in all, the hotel was very nice. It was located right on the boardwalk. Direct access to multiple beach points, the boardwalk trolley was right out front, parking was easy. It was a great stay. The room was nice and big. Nice shower, separate toilet room, (which is always appreciated), large screen tv. The beds were a bit soft as were the pillows. But that's all personal preference. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice. See pics below

Yelp
This is one of my favorite casino when it comes to theming. The inside is very impressive and gives an illusion that you are in a grand colliseum. Everything feels high end and clean. Great place to stay for a while and play.
google avatar

Val G.

Yelp
My wife and I really enjoy going to casinos. She plays and I sit at the bar and drink a few and talk ALOT! We're 3.1/2 hours from Vegas and one hour away from our local casino. I had read that some people thought Caesars was NOT all that great but that was NOT my experience. The rooms were very clean and newly decorated [renovated]. I thought the rooms were amongst the best I have been to in a casino in a while. Although the WiFi was not great, this place has all the amenities. The casino was clean and did not look old or run down. In fact, it was very nice. We walked by the restaurants and they looked great. The coffee and bakery was amazing. Twice I went to the bar, put in my money and my card and was offered drinks. I only had a few but they gave me what I wanted; Jameson. The bar tenders were friendly and I had great conversation with them and other patrons. Unfortunately, we never had lunch or dinner here because everything looked really clean and inviting. I wanted to go to Ramseys pub location but I was not able to convince my group.

Yelp
This place is horrible the hotel rooms are DISGUSTING the toilets are broken the staff came up to the room with a PLUNGER they made us plung it ourselves THEY HAVE NO BAGS AT ALL the shower was freezing cold there was hair and the shower never come here the elevators are smaller then a shower

Yelp
Pros: Super cheap price on Priceline for a renovated room Check in was easy, the area is walkable to lots of random places on the boardwalk and convenient access to the beach. I also felt safe with lots of security officers and cameras. The room itself was very nice, decorated well, and the shower was great. The bars serve good drinks and there are a few restaurants in the hotel to get food although the hours suck & most of the food is under seasoned (but that seems universal throughout Atlantic City...) The nice parts of the hotel are the renovated ones, I had a renovated room in the centurion tower with an oven view so that was enjoyable. Cons: Parking garage & some common areas need work/cleaning. WiFi is spotty at best..our phones wouldn't stay connected Music through the property is BLASTING ridiculously loud all hours of the day, despite the place being basically empty They charge a resort/daily fee BUT you can't even access the tiny pool without paying for a reservation (yes even for a "normal/basic" pool chair) it's def not comparable Vegas that's for sure! MOST IMPORTANTLY: Housekeeping here gets a HUGE thumbs down. We had a dried up CHEWED GUM CLUMP ON THE SHEETS along with hair..so naturally asked to have the sheets changed. Housekeeping took HOURSSSS to come and instead of changing the bedding, they dropped off 3 sheets. Like really? THEN the next night, the toilet clogged & overflowed all over the floor..maintenance and housekeeping were supposed to come... maintenance came (although the toilet ended up flushing on its own). Maintenance put all of the towels in the bathroom onto the floor to contain the water. Housekeeping NEVER came. I ended up calling housekeeping again in the morning and explaining to them what happened... that no one ever came to clean so they sent someone. The housekeeper came and gave new towels and collected the wet ones but never mopped the floor or cleaned the toilet. So gross. I gave up and I'm thankful I don't walk barefoot in hotels anyway but I'm SUPER DISAPPOINTED with their service.

Yelp
I booked a non-smoking room as part of a block of rooms for a conference. What is the point of a pre-paid reservation if you show up and they only have smoking rooms left? Speaking with the manager yielded absolutely no good explanation other than to say it's part of the package. They offered an upgraded room for an additional $100. This is a scam. They are overbooking the non-smoking rooms knowing that the people who cannot tolerate smoke have no choice but to upgrade. By the time you show up it's too late to consider other alternatives. It's a total scam that they are overselling the nonsmoking rooms.

Yelp
Rooms were recently renovated, which was nice, but the bedding was NOT clean. The cleaning staff was loud in morning, screaming into her telephone. The prices are a little exorbitant. Fortunately, I only stayed the night for a business trip.

Yelp
Caesars was a good experience. The rooms were clean ( Centurion area), pretty and a nice size. Also the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel and casino are beautiful and there are many places to eat. There is a gym, spa, etc

Yelp
The nightmare before Christmas started when I checked in here to a Panaramic room that was given away to other guests. Instead I was put in a room facing the parking lot, the mattress was so bad I could not sleep on it. The next day I asked to change rooms and in the middle of my move the elevator was not working and I had to drag my possessions up many flights of steps, multiple times. Later that day there was a flood and I was stranded in the lobby waiting hours until I finally walked up 21 flights of steps, I finally had enough and just left, the casino floor was closed for days due to the flood. It smelled so bad, the staff did not even try to dry the area in the casino with fans and heaters but, just closed it all off so the mold can grow... This place is disgusting, they ruined my holiday. It's obvious that the new company that calls itself "Caesars" is a small town honky tonk entity and does not deserve a gaming license in atlantic city. If you choose to endanger your clients and abuse them in this manner, you should not posses a gaming license anywhere. I will never return to any property owned by this company. I highly suggest you do the same and avoid this place, by all means, go anywhere else !!!!!!!!

Yelp
I booked an ocean view room . Got a 2nd floor room overlooking the building and a bit of ocean. They shouldn't be considered as ocean view. Not to mention their prices are crazy as heck. I've been a total rewards member for years and the price just keeps getting worse . My bathroom was not cleaned properly. The outer door to the bathroom was dusty and it wasn't new dust either so not sure how it was missed . There was some unknown stuff on the shower floor like paper piece idk. The under sink was dirty. The room at first glance is pretty but if you're into cleanliness then you may have issues. And yes housekeeping is up and slamming doors early . Check out is at 11 but they were ringing my room bell at 8:45 like wtf. Lastly platinum members are supposed to get free valet parking however their sign shows $20 . After exiting the garage the attendant told me it's supposed to be free. The staff was polite . The front desk woman tried to upsell me in Nobu for and extra $400 lol.

Yelp
Caesars Palace Atlantic City is a very good hotel. The room was very spacious and clean, and the staff are very courteous and helpful. The only detractor, if you gamble the slots payouts are not very good. I played the same games I play around the country at this casino, and the payouts from the features are much lower than most casinos. The hotel itself I enjoyed, I just don't think I would gamble there again.

Yelp
Great overall experience at this hotel and casino. Plenty of food choices at The Noodle House, Morton's Steakhouse and Gordon Ramsey's restaurant. In the lobby - if you have a sweet tooth - there are 20+ flavors of gelato, chocolate dipped pretzels and 3 racks of various candies. Big selection of Lavazza (Starbuck's is across the way) coffee, iced drinks, big sandwiches and pizza. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The beach was great! Chair rental was $13/ day, umbrella rental $23/day. Minus 1 star for the pool situation. We skipped the 21 yo or over pool because you have to pay for a lounge chair or bar stool ($25-$30) if you want to swim. There are cabanas for $150 and up if you want to live it up like Caeser! Overall a great experience!

Yelp
I celebrated my Anniversary back in August, 2023. The reason for our stay was because we made reservations to Hells Kitchen and wanted to be within close proximity of the Restaurant. The 3 stars equal the following below; 1. Although the hallways and rooms were dated, I found that it was significantly cleaner than most Hotels in Atlantic City. 2. The valet, check-in, and check- out, were all smooth and efficient. 3. The amount of towels, and amenities for one night sufficed. Here is why I wouldn't stay at Caesars again. My room had a view of the hotel lobby and not an outdoor view. The curtain doesn't black out completely so you still have a bright light creep in through the corners. Wear blindfolds if you're sensitive to light like me! The Casino, although had a non smoking section still reeked of Cigarettes combined with what ever they used to clean the carpet. Huge allergy trap for me! Lastly, I do not feel as the workers on the floor went out their way to assist us. We paid a hefty price to stay here for one night. At the end I felt like it was an over priced 2 star hotel stay and It was mediocre at best. I hope this review help when wanting to visit Caesars. Ps. The Hells Kitchen food service and experience was amazing!

Yelp
We always stay at the Ocean Tower. The rooms have been renovated and is very clean and spacious. I like to stay here every time we come to AC because of the nice rooms. I like the restaurants here as well. NOBU and Hell's Kitchen are nice to dine at. I am a slot player and don't really like their slots because they barely pay out. The High Limit room is a joke because there are not many high rollers here to play, it's usually very dead in there so I don't even bother. I usually like to play at Ocean or Hard Rock HL. If I do get lucky to hit a jackpot and have a handpay at Caesars, the slot attendants takes forever to come forcing me to sit for more than half an hour to wait for them. My husband and I have a great host here, she gives excellent service. I'm very picky with the hotel rooms so I love coming here because of their rooms. Definitely come here for the nice rooms and restaurants.

Yelp
Called the hotel as recommended by Ryan B business manager and it was an obvious smokescreen. Got transferred around and no one wanted to do or say anything.

Yelp
I have stayed at Caesars in the Emperor's Suite many times. My recent two day stay ended today and it will be the last. I woke up last night at approximately 3:00 am to find three roaches in the suite, one in the sink and two on the floor. The roaches should be enough to prevent me from returning, however it was more the way Caesars handled it that will keep me away (I am a diamond member at Caesars). When I checked out, I told the Customer Service Rep about the roaches and showed her pictures. She told me that she would tell housekeeping. She did not offer to comp any part of the stay and was simply checking me out at full price! I asked about having the room comp'd and she told me that she would need to speak to her supervisor. She left the podium and went to the back office, returning 5 minutes later, and said her supervisor took $75 off one night! This is a $600/Night room. The supervisor never came to speak to me, nobody apologized (not even the customer service rep), NOTHING. It is worth noting that 5 years ago I moved from New Jersey to Las Vegas. I frequent Caesars properties in Vegas weekly. I assure you that if this happened at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, a manager would have taken the time to speak with me, the staff would have apologized for my dissatisfaction and they would have comp'd the room, for at least the last night. Hospitality in Las Vegas is second to none and the staff in Atlantic City will be well served to spend a week, or more, in Vegas learning how to accommodate guests that frequent the resort. The way this matter was handled by the staff at Caesars Atlantic City is inexcusable and demonstrates a lack of basic understanding of how any guest should be treated, let alone one that paid to stay in the most expensive room on the property.

Yelp
I was in Atlantic City for an Elvis tribute concert and decided to stay at Caesars Atlantic City. I've stayed at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, but never Caesars in Atlantic City - although I've visited Atlantic City quite a few times. The lobby and amenities surrounding casino floor are very nice here. Probably some of the best in Atlantic City. There is Emperors Essentials - selling snacks and drinks along with clothes and souvenirs; a bakery and gelato stand; Gordon Ramsay's Pub and other restaurants including Nobu and Morton's Steakhouse. The room that I had was small, but nice. Beds were nicely made and the TV, bathroom and drawers were all adequate. I wish that the room had snacks and drinks. Also, a clock on the night table would have been nice. Caesars is located right on the boardwalk, which I like. It's more convenient to the main attractions compared to the Borgata, Golden Nugget or Harrah's, which are on the marina. Altogether, Caesar's is a nice hotel and casino in Atlantic City that I would definitely consider staying at again!

Yelp
My first night we got in late and they accommodated me the young lady Claudjia was extremely nice and helpful she definitely deserves a raise. On my second night the room was everything I liked and once again the staff switched us to the room we reserved and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Anna M.

Yelp
I already posted a review with 1 star and photos and it was removed. Found a pill on the chair in our room, towels were stained. Spoke to a manager who said she was sorry and could only offer me a $75 credit, which never happened. My greatest concern is that a lot of people had small children with them and it could have ended badly.

Yelp
I'm confused about my whole experience... let me preface this by saying this is about the overall experience, NOT the quality of the Ocean Tower, where we ultimately ended up... We came on a Saturday night to stay and got a king room. We didn't know the difference between any sections/ towers of the casino. We ended up in something in the not updated section overlooking reception. The room was tiny, stuffy, dimly lit and stunk of smoke. The shade was not working properly. It looked like a converted closet. For what we paid I was absolutely floored. I called over and they offered to "spray" for the smell which already smelled like it had been covered up. I went down to reception and asked for a room change. The *only* room they had available with a single bed was in an Ocean Suite. I was told we were getting a significant discount- the bit there was still an up-charge of a few hundred dollars. I was confused, but we had a reservation and we're still carrying around our suitcase. I didn't feel pressured per-say (they did offer to spray or move us to another room in the same section), but I was a little fuzzy on the exact "deal" or "discount" we were getting. We were not looking to spend what they proposed, but this had been our first night out in ages and we were looking to get settled quickly, so we signed and moved rooms. The suite in the Ocean Tower is beautiful, no complaints there. It is updated, lovely, clean - everything you might expect in a suite. My main point of confusion is about the price- I was told we were getting a discount, but from looking at it online it seems like pretty much what we would have paid anyway. Either way, we ended up spending way more than we wanted to. Anyway, if you come here, make sure you're booking in one of the new towers. If we knew we were going to spend this much for a night away we would have looked elsewhere unfortunately.

Yelp
After reading most of the terrible reviews we were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the cleanliness, service and overall quality of the Caesar's in Atlantic City. Lots of restaurants for whatever you're hungry for and centrally located on the boardwalk. When we arrived we were able to check in early with no hassle, thank you very much! Easy on and off to go to the beach, our room was spacious and clean. We were in room 3535 Centurian Tower and had a beautiful oceanfront room. The bathroom was huge and equipped with an awesome shower. I can't wait to go back. Check out the Tazza cafe next to the Ramsay restaurant, they have good coffee and delicious cakes, croissants and all kinds of goodies any time of day or night.

Yelp
I stayed here and HATED it. The photos of the hotel are very deceiving! One example is that the only window is frosted glass so you have no view and the rooms are very dark. Also, I stayed on the sixth floor which is a no-smoking level but the floor and the beds smelt like smoke. Then, they use the world's worst air freshener to make a futile attempt to cover up the smell. And on top of that, the service is TERRIBLE. I had to request room service three times for it to come. And finally, the walls are paper thin. You can hear the people above and below you, you can hear cars, trucks, birds, motorcycles, ambulances, and people on the boardwalk who are seriously under the influence. I truly didn't enjoy my stay.

Yelp
The reward desk staffs not very helpful nor accomodating. Customer service should improve to compete with other hotel & casino. Vip check in was quick

Yelp
This has the potential to be a great hotel, but it seems that this corporation and its staff rather not make the patrons happy. Besides the place is so run down, the shower is horrible. The staff will not accommodate a simple late check out without charging you. When we arrived our room wasn't ready. We had a plan to drop our things and use the spa, which we couldn't do because we had no idea when the room would be ready. We had another couple whose room was available and we hung there and got ready for the dinner reservation and the show. Trying to find out if we can have a late check out was nearly impossible! We had massages booked for the morning and just needed an hour after the normal check out. Nope that would be $113 extra for this crappy place. No thanks! It was amazing how they would just hang up on you mid sentence they don't want to hear anything. The element in this hotel is shady. Looks like homeless people walk in from the boardwalk. The casino was empty. The restaurants are empty. Maybe when people like myself want to spend money and do gambling, use the spa and restaurants the hotel can be more accommodating. Never again! Borgata is a much better hotel.

Yelp
The men's restroom directly next to the front desk, was DISGUSTING. The gelato shop across from the front desk is noteworthy though

Yelp
Loved it. Bright, airy casino. Dealers very professional. Drinks were complimentary and good! Just wish they were served in glass than plastic. Really like the design of the casino with columns, marble, mosaics and statues! Can't wait to return! Oh, and I won on the slots and tables!

Yelp
Recently stayed at Caesar's on a recent trip to Atlantic City as part of a group. Staff were accommodating and kind to us despite the large group. The lobby was being torn up and under construction so noisy. Room was clean, directions to dining and boardwalk were clear, and gaming area was easy enough to find. It's not as nice as the Caesar's in Vegas, but still nice to wander around and look at. The dining options here are awesome, cannot go wrong with choices. If I'm ever back in Atlantic City would definitely return to this hotel, thanks for the nice stay.

Yelp
Terrible. Gave me room 586 with no windows. I'm claustrophobic and asthmatic so I requested prior to my arrival a room with less carpet. When I got there, Caesar representative Janel refuse to accommodate me and wanted me to pay more for another room. I accepted the room and went upstairs to find a room with no windows. When I booked the room on the Caesars rewards site I did not book a room with no windows. How do you put a person who did not book a room with no windows in one. This is suppose to be an hotel not an inside room on a cruise ship. Went back downstairs to try again to get another room. I'm being told now that I would have to pay an additional $250 for another room. I've enjoyed Caesars in the past but I will not be back. Rather pay or use my comps elsewhere.

Yelp
So we get free rooms and never use it. But traveling, we decide to save money. And take advantage of a few comp nights. Now the room wasn't small. It was two full size beds, refrigerator, coffee maker, desk and tv. Now you have to pay to watch anything good on tv. There's no smart tv, Apple TV, or roku. We have a window which is cover by a cement wall. The bathroom. Was like omg. Mold everywhere. And the toilet was super short and small. I'm 4"11 and if you look at the pic. The toilet is beneath my knees. It's like a training pot for a baby. Lol. So it's late when we check in. And the kids are ready to sleep. But we already book another night somewhere else. Because I'm not trying to expose my kids to mold. So at the end of the day. Is it worth staying here free? No, its no way they are cleaning theses bathrooms. So I doubt if they are fully cleaning the rms

Yelp
Stayed here only once and it'll probably stay that way. Me and my wife stayed here is was a closer option to where the crew was going for the night and it wasn't a great experience. When we got there it took forever to check in, it took at least 30-40 mins it finish the check in process . Heading to the room all the hallways walls and floors were dirty and antiquated which almost leaves you stunned that a resort wouldn't spend more time on their building, we didn't have much hope for the room. Entering the room it had a musty smell, very dark and dreary . Our view from our room was in-fact the inside of the front lobby, not even an outside view. Needless to say this was just a terrible situation, we stayed and will more than likely not bother staying here anymore. Just the cleanliness of the place is enough to put me off .

Yelp
Arrived at 2 pm tried to check in told $17.00 to check in early. Check in 3 pm. First. the hotel, the casino, the boardwalk empty. I have travelled to 10 countries and about 30 states. I forgot I checked my and my wifes bag where I was told no fee but we accept tips. How low. Have checked my bags in other countries when arriving early and have checked my bags in Aruba on a few occasions but understood because the hotel is always full was never offered to check in early for a fee. Atlantic city was a nice place pre pandemic now a ghost town. went to outlets, ghost town. Stay away.

Yelp
Very boring visit here, has a lot of nice luxury ambiance, but the service doesn't match the luxury design. To grab some food is a real expensive thing, plus not too many options, even a small sandwich will set you back a minimum of $10 at the Tazza Caffé Delizioso. Ordered an egg sandwich for $9.50 and bagel was not fresh at all. Meatball hero was $15.99, which gave us both heartburn and the runs. Then they add fees for anything extra you might request with your order like an extra cup for gelato is 50¢. The coffee and crème brûlée were my favorite flavors, yes, drove the girl nuts with sampling, but had to get my money's worth with the prices they're charging. They're very stingy with gelato samples and offered no sampling whatsoever on the candied nuts. I heard there once had this wonderful, affordable all-you-can-eat (AYCE) buffet with great food at this casino, but they are permanently closed. Please bring it back soon, very much needed! This casino also needs a Tommy Bahama clothing store, or outlet! Boardwalk vibe is full of seedy, cheap surf and pawn shops, massage/tattoo parlors, abandoned rusting mall-like buildings, fake Italian and unappetizing dried-out pizzas with flies. There's a Rainforest Cafe outside next to Caesar's Casino on the corner, seems dirty, smelly and very dark inside. Highlights: Take a ride on the boardwalk shuttle to enjoy the dilapidated views. Found a decent fudge shop named Fralinger's Original Salt Water Taffy. Only thing worth coming here for is the beaches during the day and the tax-free shopping at the new Tanger Outlets, unfortunately didn't have time to visit.

Yelp
Nothing raises my adrenaline like pulling off the Expressway and getting dumped off right at Caesars. No muss, no fuss. The parking garage is easy peasy and I always get my spot right on level 3 near the people mover. There was a Caesars associate with me on the people mover and we started to chit chat a bit. "I love the new decor on the ramp to the front desk," I said. "Oh yeah, the renovation came out so nice," she said. "But I miss the antler chandelier on the Wild Wild West escalator." "I don't mind not seeing it, it didn't match the new Caesar's decor in here." I said goodbye and she wished me good luck. I appreciated that. The lobby of Caesar's is something special. It looks how Ancient Rome should have looked. The Gordon Ramsey pub was busy and the flavors and smells filled the forum. I loved the Chinese New Year lantern, it made me, Foo Ling, feel special. I had pre checked in on my Rewards app in the AM so I went to the kiosk and it was so simple to register. As I was rolling my Zero Halliburton spinner through the lobby I tossed a gold coin into the fountains. Just then my casino host spotted me. "Hey Foo, how are you?" "Hey Ivy, doing great, how about you?" "Living the dream Foo and I'm here to make your stay pleasant." "Any comps or free play for your long time and A #1 player? "You're Silver Stars, right?" "Yup." "Alright, what do you feel like doing" "I want to see the Hook and eat at Superfrico, need some free play, how about AC Jokes too? Plus a massage in the spa and comped pool passes and some of the Waygu hot rocks and some sushi at Nobu. Oh, and plus, can I have the keys to that Forum Tower suite with the sauna? I'm meeting a honey here tomorrow." Ivy said, "Foo, you are the man, super advantage player and a real high roller. Check in and meet me in my office and I'll get some perks lined up for you." I then checked into the room and it was stunning. The chair wasn't that comfy but the recessed lighting behind the TV and headboard gave such a warm glow I didn't need any other lights. The shower had a bench and that make's Foo's day. Foo just loves sitting on the bench and scrubbing up and shaving. After I settled in and unpacked I hit the casino. The tables were busy but I got in no sweat. Then I hit the high limit slots and cleaned up on All Aboard. As I left the high limit room I ran into Ivy and she said I had a swag bag over at her office. She said it was everything I wanted plus gift certs at the Tazza coffee shop. I gave her daps and a big hug. I then went over to my favorite slots which are 3x4x5x and Triple Stars. They are right next to the cocktail waitress' door to the service bar so you can grab her when she's coming and going. I racked up quite the stack of cups.Tipped huge stacks of grat. "So I ate, drank and played my comped free play at roulette and cleaned up. Love Caesars. If I could live at Caesars I would.

Yelp
Came with a girlfriend of mine to stay specifically for the Gordon Ramsey Pub. When we parked in the lot, it took a while to find parking but once we got into the casino the smell was amazing. I'm still wondering what shampoo they must use to wash their rugs! The location is large and clean and we were easily able to check in with the kiosk machines. All you need is the ID, the reservation code you can get on the phone and it's that simple to follow the instructions on the screen. They have different towers fo stay in The casino has upstairs for slots and downstairs for live gambling. Unfortunately, my room was dirty and it was very disappointing that they couldn't look on the bottom of the bed to clean up other peoples bottles and CHEESE! They so lucky we were in a comp room for the night. Not that it justifies it. Especially when there is always someone cleaning and the halls ways are so spotless.

Yelp
I was staying at the Harrah's property but decided to check out the empire. Dined at Nobu and throughly enjoyed it. It is a very nice property.

Yelp
This is the first casino that rises from the urban blight as you exit the AC Expressway and if I really wanted to be mean, I could call it a gilded dump but AC is a casino town and octogenarian toga parties are where it's at so let's just say that the place has a certain... gilded charm. Caesar's is way over the top on gold inlays, cubic zirconia chandeliers and well endowed statuary but truth be told you don't come to a gambling town for understated elegance. The casino floor is hopping and the restaurants are much better than I expected. Oh, I'll pump a few coins into the slots but a gambler I'm not. If there's a halfway decent show I'll come but honestly, the caliber of talent they currently bring in doesn't warrant a road trip -- now more mid-level comedians than major musical acts that now seem to gravitate to the Hard Rock. Caesar's is now one of the older properties on the AC strip and it looks it but to be fair, most people come for the action, and with the sportsbook, the median age seems to have dropped a generation. In Vegas it would be on par with The Excalibur or the Luxor... in AC it's still punching way above it's weight. Four stars.

Yelp
don't waste your time acting upon the lame replies you get expressing regret and suggesting that call a number where someone will help you. Like this one I got: Business owner information Photo of Ryan B. Ryan B. Business Manager Aug 12, 2024 We apologize for the issues you experienced during your visit. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please feel free to reach out to us at (609) 348-4411 to discuss your concerns further. the phone number I got was the main line to the hotel/casino and then you go thru telephone tag. And what are they going to tell me anyway?? They DID increase the house edge by over 320% on the game I play. They did tighten up their other slots. And they did raise the price of a simple bowl of wonton soup to $25. Their sports book is a ghost house with no waiter service. Oh....and here's one I left out....their vs,et parking is as high as. $30 - ridiculous.

Yelp
Hope you don't like clean towels and toilet paper. Because you certainly won't get them here. Checked in three days ago, have yet to have housekeeping services. Had to go to the Front Desk twice (waiting over 30 minutes) just so I could have towels and take a shower. Front Desk person said "they were busy". Kind of curious how that's my problem? Maybe hire more housekeeping staff or don't oversell your hotel. Paying for a full service hotel and not even getting basic service tends to upset me (call me CRAZY)! And they have the nerve to charge a BS resort fee on top of everything. Do yourself a favor and stay at Borgata or anywhere but this dump. This place is a poorly run, overpriced embarrassment.

Yelp
Nice hotel. Close to shopping. Chose this hotel because it was close to the beach. Room was nice and clean. Pillows were feather, so constantly poked and they were very uncomfortable. We had to change rooms due to the AC. The change did not help. Our room was 72-75+ degrees the whole time. It was sooooo hot. We kept all the lights off and pulled the curtain and never opened it. We even put a towel in front of the door to keep the really hot air from the hallway out....

Yelp
This hotel appears to me like it's on its way out the men room stink. The restaurants are not as good as what they used to be.

Yelp
We recently spent two nights here in the Ocean Tower. We have Diamond Status so they give us nice rooms. The renovations are good. We ate dinner at Nobu and it was amazing. We were disappointed that you could not order lunch at Gordon Ramsay pub until 12, we had shown up at 11. Why give us a menu that has two pages of things you can't order? Kwi Noodle Bar was excellent as always. We are happy there is a Starbucks on the ground floor now. My issue is that the smoking area is so small and they got rid of the machines in the Wild Wild West smoking area. The downstairs in the front of the casino is filled with empty machines and you can barely get on a machine in the smoking area. I like to play the Buffalo slots games and there are 8 total in this area and you can't get on one. We will probably go to Harrahs or Trop from now on.

Yelp
Arrived to Caesars early and in order to check in early, we had to pay extra. I selected an ocean view room and to my disappointment, the room I got was only partial ocean view. It was my birthday weekend and I didn't want to argue so I just kept the room but I was very disappointed. Overall, our stay was acceptable. We enjoyed the casino but found that other hotels had more entertainment.

Yelp
I had to come to AC for work in the off season (healthcare industry) and the Caesar's is super close to the clinic I'll be working in. Prices were right for my budget so I got a king room in the new tower with an ocean view. For the record, I don't gamble so this is just a review of the hotel. The room was fine. Very basic and lacked the in-room amenities you might find in a Hilton. For example, there were no drinking glasses, the toiletries were super basic, no extra pillows and blankets in the closet, no iron, no robe, no mini fridge (which means no bringing leftovers back to the room). The WiFi is free (slow) but coverage is good. I found the bed pretty uncomfortable and never slept well in the week I was here. Very basic sheets, lumpy and hard mattress, flat pillows. I realize this is the newest tower, but construction seems to be pretty shoddy. There was a 2" gap under the door to our room, the floor is already sloping, and the finishes are pretty cheap. The sound proofing is terrible. We heard everything going on in the hallway and much of what was going on in the room next door. Even though we had a non-smoking room, cigarette smoke was coming into our room through the vent. I don't know if this was from an adjoining room or what but it was close as you could tell the second they lit a fresh cigarette. The shower is fantastic though the water was shockingly hot! Beware! Pressure was great, size, stone bench, and two shower heads were delightful. As with all casinos, they want to keep you a captive audience. The restaurants are incredibly expensive but it's so hard to leave the building that you finally just give in and stay here. But don't bring any snacks or leftovers to your room since there's no amenities to support that. It's very hard to find your way around this building. The ventilation appears to be an issue all over as the cigarette smoke is everywhere. The only interaction I had with any staff was checkin in which was just fine. The surrounding neighborhood can be pretty rough. I don't recommend walking around the neighborhood. Even my colleagues at the clinic two blocks away gave me a ride back to the hotel rather than let me walk alone. Overall, this was the lower tier of the hotels I stay in for work travel but was touted as a luxury resort. It is not. I would not stay here again. In the off season the room price was ok, but it's very hard to work from here. Next time I'll stay at a well known chain just outside of AC and not risk going home smelling of smoke.

Yelp
I really like what they did with the renovation here. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in all the rooms runs at 71 degrees. Which turns into 90 in the summer, so you get a free sauna, basically. I had this experience in the past and most recently as well after I just stopped coming here years ago, and on this recent trip, it all came back to me why i stopped coming here in the summertime. Wilbert at the front desk was very helpful in getting me my room, Sonia at the front desk did try her best to remedy the problem as best as she could, I have to say the customer service here has improved since the remodel. The play on the floor was dismal, I guess no better or worse than any of the other casinos.in Atlantic City. The pool " which was practically empty every day because they want to charge you $75 for a chair at the bar and $150 per lounge chair. They really should have an F&B minimum instead, and maybe more people would go to the pool and spend money there. At the end of the day, I did hit a small jackpot here, which made up for the shortcomings. The other patrons here acted like I just won powerball or something, I guess they don't see many Jackpots here. so I guess i was really lucky to get one. In conclusion, it was a mixed bag of nuts. I will play with this company again in the future, but I think I will try another one of their properties instead of Caesars in hopes of better air conditioning, and maybe i can sit by the pool where maybe they don't beat you up for the cost of a lounge chair. I gave Caesars 3 stars because of the staff . Staff members were helpful and very nice, the room was nice ( minus the AC) it was also clean and had a great view, things could have been a lot worse, so I'm really greatfull. Thanks for the JP, Mr Caesar.
