Las Vegas Unions and Caesars Reach Tentative Deal But Strike on Las Vegas Strip Still Looms | Eater Vegas

"Workers at this property are included in a tentative five‑year contract negotiated with Caesars Entertainment that would boost wages, health care, and pensions; the deal also includes protections around AI and robotics (six months' notice to the union, mandatory training, and pay/benefits for displaced employees) and guarantees daily room cleanings, pending member ratification." - Janna Karel

Caesars Forum Convention Center To Connect to Linq | Eater Vegas

"Planned as a 550,000-square-foot expansion, I learned the Caesars Forum will be conveniently connected to The Linq, Harrah’s, and Flamingo resorts and is pitched as hosting the “two largest pillarless ballrooms” in North America; it will be built in the parking lot behind The Linq and the High Roller, stretching toward Koval Lane. A walkway over Linq Lane will link guests to the retail and restaurants at The Linq Promenade, and a covered sky bridge will let conventioneers quickly travel directly to Harrah’s, The Linq Hotel, and the Monorail. Featuring a glass design, the space will place special emphasis on “natural light” and a “neutral pallet” to enable temporary branding opportunities. The venue is comprised of two 108,000-square-foot grand ballrooms and two 40,000-square-foot junior ballrooms and also offers a permanent 100,000-square-foot outdoor Forum Plaza for cocktail receptions, sessions, and meetings; it is already being promoted as a novel location for breakfast, lunch, and to “dazzle your attendees with an extravagant dinner under the stars.” The project expected to break ground in the second quarter of 2018 with hopes to debut in 2020." - Bradley Martin

I recently attended an event at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, and I have to say — it’s one of the most impressive and well-designed conference venues I’ve experienced. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is built for scale, comfort, and high-impact experiences. The layout is modern, spacious, and refreshingly easy to navigate (even with 5,000+ people moving around). The massive ballrooms, meeting spaces, and high ceilings give it an open feel — no stuffy hotel vibes here. The location is unbeatable. Nestled right behind the LINQ Promenade and within walking distance of multiple hotels and attractions, it’s a perfect hub for both business and post-event fun. Whether you’re heading to an evening reception, dinner with coworkers, or sneaking in a quick ride on the High Roller — it’s all right there. Now, a quick word of advice from experience: wear good walking shoes. Trust me. This venue is huge. I made the rookie mistake of showing up in formal dress shoes thinking I’d be seated most of the day — spoiler: I wasn’t. Caesars Forum will have you getting your steps in whether you like it or not. If your shoes aren’t ready for a mini marathon, your feet will file a complaint by lunch. Technology-wise, the AV setup was rock solid, and the Wi-Fi held up well despite thousands of people online. The breakout rooms were well-equipped, and the staff was professional, friendly, and quick to help with any issues. Also, bonus points for clean restrooms and great signage — little things that make a big difference during a long event day. Whether you’re here for a tech conference, leadership summit, or massive company meetup, Caesars Forum delivers a high-quality experience in a location that keeps the Vegas energy alive — without sacrificing professionalism. All in all, a fantastic venue — just do yourself a favor and leave the fancy shoes in the suitcase.

What a Great Space!!! With a seamless staff standing with it, hardly ever knew they were there yet everything, (food & beverage) was always on time, in good portion, with great flavors to match. Hats off Ceasar Forum - #VRMA2025, thier 40th Anniversary was just amazing in good part to the quality of the convention space that fostered the enegry of the group.

Review of Caesars Forum – Medicarians Vegas 2025 I had an amazing time attending Medicarians Vegas 2025 at the Caesars Forum in Las Vegas from March 31st to April 2nd! With over 4,000 attendees — including 1,500+ agents, 250+ speakers, 150+ IMOs/FMOs, and 100+ carriers — this event was truly packed with energy, insight, and inspiration. It was a gathering of some of the most passionate professionals in the industry: agents, brokers, agency owners, IMOs, FMOs, carriers, health plans, investors, startups, compliance executives, and regulators — all working toward one mission: helping people live longer, better lives physically, financially, and mentally. Our team from Medicare Resource Center | Nancy Care 4U had a blast! We learned so much, enjoyed great food and drinks, picked up some fun free gifts, and reconnected with so many friends and industry partners. Caesars Forum is also a great place for event spaces — plenty of rooms, excellent service, beautiful views, and a lovely outdoor area perfect for after-event relaxation. Plus, the stunning backdrop of the world’s largest observation wheel makes it a gorgeous spot for photos! Can’t wait for next year! #Medicarians2025 #CaesarsForum #MedicareResourceCenter #NancyCare4U #MedicareAgents #HealthcareInnovation #VegasEvents #nancygiaupham #HighRoller #LasVegasStrip #VegasAttractions #ObservationWheel #LargestInTheWorld #LasVegasViews #SkylineViews #ExploreVegas #nancyvegasrealtor #lasvegas #TravelNevada #ThingstoDoInVegas

Google
This conference center is made very beautifully and it is located in the heart of Las Vegas near the Harrah's. This place is designed with modern concept and has very big space. This is very good venue for any event, exhibition or industrial show. Overall this facility is very modern and spacious. This place is also connected with Monorail, Harrah's and LinQ hotel.

Went recently for a work conference and it was such a pleasant experience. Super clean, well-lit and I loved all the greenery - some of it may have just been for this conference but either way it was beautiful! All the rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for all of us attendees. Bathrooms were impeccably clean as well. I can see why the reviews are so high of this center!

Good location for a conference. Roomy. Plenty of facilities. The food that was offered was tasty and delicious. Service was top notch. All the rooms were well marked and the staff was extremely helpful. The monorail drops off right at the entrance. There is also easy access to the food court between Flamingo and the Linq. Extremely satisfied with this location for a convention!

Yelp
I recently worked the Oracle SuiteWorld conference at Caesars Forum, and I was impressed! The venue is spacious and modern, and with everything on one level, it's easy to navigate--making it perfect for large events. It's conveniently connected to Harrah's and the Linq by an indoor skybridge, which kept me out of the Vegas heat. Seriously, those indoor connections are clutch! Overall, it was a solid experience at Caesars Forum, and I'd recommend it for any large-scale event.

Yelp
Once you get past the fact that this is not a part of the Forum Shops or Caesars Palace, you'll realize that this is quite a marvelous conference center. It's huge, airy, and cool, the latter of which is very crucial in the heat waves of the summer. It does take a minute to orient yourself, but you'll figure it out soon enough. Very convenient to obviously access Harrah's and LINQ. Plenty of food and drinks served during the convention.

Yelp
Wonderful experience!!!! I was a speaker at a conference and this location was FANTASTIC! It was beautifully designed and decorated. Plenty of space and lots of comfortable seating areas, both inside and outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Absolutely LOVED the entire experience. Very much looking forward to speaking here again soon.

Yelp
Caesars Forum is a massive conference/event venue that's attached to the Linq via an indoor bridge, and it's across the street from Caesars Palace, super close to Las Vegas Blvd. It was a little tricky finding the conference rooms where my sessions were being held during the event I was in town for, but once I learned the layout it was fine. I definitely got more than my share of steps in during the four days I was in Vegas.

Yelp
Today I was invited to a "Honoring Heroes" event for First Responders, hosted and sponsored by American Restauranteur, author & Emmy Award winning television presenter, Guy Fieri #Guysfoundation. The event was presented at Caesar's Forum Convention Center. The space is beautiful and elegantly decorated. Service was good for the event attended. Forgot to take photos of meals as it was buffet style and didn't want to inconvenience others, but check some of the photos below. Anyways, thank you Caesar's Entertainment and Guy's Foundation for your kindness to Veterans and First Responders. You were awesome!!!

Yelp
We went to Caesars Forum to pick up our F1 credentials. It is located between Linq and Harrahs past the entrance to the Monorail. First thought is that it is a lot larger than I expected. A person was staffing the little desk at the entrance and asked us where we needed. Appreciated her directions because we didn't note the location and she provided the name of the ballroom and how to find it (all the way to the back.) she directed us to the lift be we could have easily used the escalator. Everything looked shiny and new, staff was friendly and helpful and security at almost every door. The WCs were huge, clean and modern. In summary: new, spacious, fresh, clean, well appointed, secure and friendly staff.

Yelp
Attended a work event at this new convention hall last night! First, I will say how incredibly confusing it is that it's called "Caesars Forum", which is so similar to "Caesars Forum Shops". A rename should be considered in the future. If our production manager had not given me the physical address, I would have ended up at Caesar's Palace & Forum Shops instead lol. It's also not near Caesars Palace at all, but behind Harrah's, The Linq, and the High Roller. I know it's named Caesars because it's owned by Caesars Entertainment Group, but still a whole confusing thing due to the naming of this convention center. Aside from the name confusion, I thought this was a great location. As a local, it was great to arrive via side streets and not have to deal with The Strip traffic at all. Parking is also a breeze with a huge lot right next to the convention center itself. The Linq and Harrah's parking garages are also convenient to the Forum. The convention center itself is absolutely beautiful, one of the nicest in all of Vegas. The light fixtures were gorgeous, the bathrooms are like a spa with living plant walls, and everything felt so light, fresh, clean and modern. There are no restaurants or food stalls directly in the convention center itself, but The Linq promenade is a very short walk away with tons of eateries easily accessible. I'm glad I was able to attend an event here and I look forward to returning for future work-related events.

Yelp
I had just visited the Caesars Forum a few weeks ago for my first trade show out here at this new-ish meeting space. I think they opened around the pandemic but it was cool to finally be able to see the inside of the building. It's amazing to know that this building is just for a meeting space and it's very big. We were walking distance to the Linq and the businesses around in that area as if you're looking for food or drinks or anything for that matter wasn't too far away. The restrooms are kind of spaced out kind of far. I guess maybe I had issues finding one that was close to where I was but they were all spaced out a bit. Just a heads up if you're taking a taxi or ride share out here sure you're selecting the correct place and not the forum shops. This isn't super close to Caesars proper. I'm sure I'll be back here for future conferences.

Yelp
I've been to several conferences and this expo space is the most modern and luxurious of them all! I came for CUAV (Drone Show 2023) and the space was epic! There's even a walking path to the LINQ, all the way to Las Vegas Boulevard (main strip) so you don't have to walk outside in the heat.

Yelp
First time attending a conference here. As others have mentioned the name is a tad confusing as the conference center is not adjacent to the Caesar's hotel, casino, or their shops. In fact if you stay at Harrahs there is a 2nd floor walk way that leads you to the "Forum". Pro tip: Be sure to stop by the sports bar just before the conference center as they have excellent craft beer selections on draft. This conference center is deceptively large with a good sized main hall, plenty of breakout rooms, and an adequate vendor showcase area. We were well fed and coffee was available throughout the day. They are very proud of there AC here as it is set down to freezing. Long pants and even a sweater shirt is recommended. Folks that stayed at Harrahs were not impressed with their rooms we opted to stay at the Westin just down the street. The Westin does not have a casino so you are not greeted by cigarette smoke when you arrive. I would recommend staying there.

Yelp
This is the update documentation. It's about the yelp post about my experience with Caesars forum . The Managers said , I was saying bad things about the company. I spoke on what happen to me as a employee! I did resign from this company. This is America your voice can be heard!

Yelp
It's beautiful inside. The bathrooms smell nice. Everything is spacious. I went for the Cosplay Expo! Despite gloomy and somewhat wet weather, we enjoy the weekend there. Many events could happen here. The only downside is parking. If you go to the Linq or Harrahs and your not staying there parking is like $20. And yes The Venetian has free parking but it's a maze to get out of.I know this facility has parking but for some reason it was not open.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting Ceasars Forum for a conference. Please note, the Forum is not at Ceasars hotel, but across the street from Ceasars next to the Linq hotel amd casino. This is a spacious facility capable of hosting 10s of thousands of people. Its location is right off of the strip so that makes it easier to access. The rooms are spacious amd appear fairly new. It is pretty nice facility to visit.

Yelp
I came here for a Solution Tree conference (for educators). I had a tough morning, walked around Caesars for 45 minutes until I found out that I was in the wrong space. Thought I would save time by taking a taxi. Several taxis were present, none taking passengers. So I ordered an Uber. Uber wouldn't come pick me up at the taxi stand and cancelled my ride. A nice valet attendant told me that I could walk it and gave me great directions. Once I made it to the conference I was late and the coffee was gone. A man named Mike went out of his way to personally bring me a coffee. I tried to pay/tip and he refused. He said "you're a teacher". Thank you.

Yelp
This is NOT Caesar's It's Actually the Harrahs forum it's mislabeled. This is the Harrahs Forum

Yelp
I help my mother deliver for Uber eats and we did a delivery at this location earlier on today to your security guard "Keyiuana Wilson". Mr Wilson was extremely rude and unprofessional when we gave him his order just because we couldn't meet him in the employee parking garage "it was blocked off and for employees only" when we finally got to him he snatched the food out of my hands and called my mother a "b**ch* and got hostile to us when we apologized. PLEASE GET THIS MAN FIRED!!! I will be speaking with ceasers entertainment HR department.

Shani B.

Yelp
There is no reason to reuse the names Caesars and Forum. The food court at Caesar's palace is the forum, the mall is the forum shops... just pick a different name. I've never been so lost.

Hope C.

Yelp
Beautiful facility....but no food, drink available for purchase inside....and parking is awful.
