I stayed and got a smoking room. I enjoyed it because it was smoking and I didn't have to go outside to do it. The check out was nice. I saw the entire strip from the view of my window bathroom was like a senior center. Fall prevention

This review is for March 2023. They got rid of their previously awesome 4-star sportsbook and replaced it with a dinky lil' booth in the pass-way between Horseshoe and Paris. One extra star because the 'dealers' are genuinely nice and know their stuff.

Not as crowded as other Caesars books. In play betting. Cant use casino chips for wagers. You will see the homeless camping out and sleeping at the tables. Good place if you like in play betting.

Love going here for March Madness. Convenient to cheap eats if you want. Friendly staff. The other people who watch here always are great. Also, this is a great place to bet ponies or learn how to.

Staying here now, booked months in advance and found out when we arrived the pool was closed, with zero notice. Been here 3 days and yet to receive room service even though we selected we wanted this service. Just asked a maid in the hallway if we could get towels and she told us no. Do not stay here stay somewhere cheaper with better service, I’m so bummed we picked this hotel!

My Fiancé and I were checked into a dirty room at about 12:30pm and we called and called to get new sheets , even offered to make the bed ourselves. Talked to Jack on the phone said he would send people up nothing happened. No room service came by or anything. It is now 6:37 at the time (room still not cleaned now) I am writing this review and I just wanna say shoutout to Michelle at the front desk for accommodating instantly after explaining our inconvenience. It was just her and another girl working at the time people were getting angry with her and she stayed professional. As I’m writing this there is only Michele and another girl working up there shout out to the both of them for their class and professionalism, GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!

Unfortunately, I believe the top-shelf whiskey had been replaced with something cheaper. It didn't taste like McCallan at all... unfortunately... Horseshoe... please don't replace your liquors with cheaper fakes thinking those that know won't...
