I received a tour of the hotel recently and had the opportunity to experience Caesars Republic and the services that they offer. The rooms are impeccably designed and are very stylish - both the standard guest rooms and the suites. In addition, the overall style and design of the hotel is very attractive and appealing. There are also two pools at the property and my favorite is the outdoor pool on one of the top floors. There is also an outdoor reception area, as well as abundant meeting space for groups of various sizes. This hotel is relatively new and it shows! Finally, the staff are very attentive and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful visit and look forward to returning soon.

We wanted to watch the sunset from the rooftop but it was being maintained that day. But on our way out, we noticed live music in the lobby. It was a Friday. We stopped a manager who gave us more information and offered us a seat on the comfortable couches and we ended up eating there. The service from every single member of staff we came into contact with, was simply, superb! Of course the food was good. The music was enjoyable and the highlight of our evening. Kailee/Kaylee took great care of us and her attention to detail was immaculate. Highly recommend this hotel even for us locals, we will be back!

The staff at check-in needs customer service training. I have stayed in hotels just about every week for the last 20 years and I have never had such a cold reception when checking in. Making matters worse, this was not just one employee, but both that were at the desks the afternoon/early evening of November 8. Happy to speak to a manager about this rather than waste any more space in my review, if there is any concern. We really enjoyed Luna as well as the bar there in the lobby - the bartenders took great care of us and had a fun sense of humor! The rooftop bar on floor 8 is changing concepts, so the offerings were minimal. Caesars Republic is right in the middle of luxury shopping and dining, so definitely carve out a shopping day or two during your stay. The hotel itself is new, and nice. Plenty of space in the room and lots of outlets, a Keurig, robes, and mini fridge. I checked-in via the app to use digital key and was actually downgraded to a lower floor than I selected, even after waiting until after 4pm for our room, and the view was of the top of a low-rise building. (Room 441 - 2 queen). I would seriously think twice before I stayed here again when there are multiple hotels near Old Town Scottsdale.

Had a quick stay here for two nights while in town for a concert. The hotels in a great location and easily walkable to a ton of shops and restaurants. Prior to my arrival Hayden from the concierge’s team reached out and was fantastic at making sure everything we needed was set up for our short visit. She went over the top to make sure things were just right for our arrival. I also had a great interaction with Ryan the GM. When we checked in the front desk, team was super nice and accommodating. The staff reached out multiple times during our stay to make sure things were going well. The valet team was always prompt and friendly. We had room service for breakfast one morning, which was delicious, but didn’t have a chance to eat at the other restaurants but they look amazing. Very much looking forward to coming back and spending more time at this hotel!

Visited Caesar's Republic for the weekend... this place is top tier, first class and a true value for the rack rate. Location adjacent to Fashion Square in Scottsdale is unbeatable and the staff was top notch.||Had dinner at the lobby restaurant - Luna by Giada. Casual but eclectic. Pizza and drinks were great, the space has indoor and outdoor space in the very spacious lobby. the veranda pool provides great vistas, poolside bars and cabanas. Also, had a quick breakfast at Prontos. Anxious to return when Wolf by Vandercamp opens.||All-in-all from the location to the fitness center, pool and well-appointed rooms, this is a great addition to the line-up of luxury lodging options in Scottsdale. The hotel provides guests golf cart rides to dining or shopping venues in the area.||This is also a benefit for Hilton Honors members as Caesar's is a part of the program.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the front desk team made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything from cozy bedding to high-quality toiletries. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was—I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. The hotel amenities were also top-notch. The fitness center was clean and modern, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, but tucked away enough to feel like a retreat. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay special. I felt truly cared for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Stayed here for our first visit to Scottsdale & it was phenomenal! The location was perfect - close to the mall, old town & quick drive to hiking! Enjoyed the food and amazing mountain views. Found Wild Bunch Desert Guides to take me on a guided hike while in Scottsdale (& they will even pick you at Caesars). All around incredible atmosphere at this hotel - luxury rooms & food in a crazy good location. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for our first trip to Scottsdale because it was convenient to everything we wanted to do!

Yelp
We just finished an AMAZING weekend staycation at this new resort to celebrate mine and my husband's birthday!! From check in to check out every single employee on property was kind, helpful, friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable. We requested an early check in which didn't go exactly as planned because we also requested the Boynton Canyon Suite with the floor to ceiling window bathroom. While they expedited the cleaning of our room we enjoyed complementary glasses of champagne in the gorgeous lobby. Once in our room we were amazed by the beautiful layout, the floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and the huge shower with full windows looking directly at Camelback Mountain. The most amazing part of our room was that the staff had decorated it with a happy birthday banner and balloons plus champagne on ice with a selection of treats and snacks. So incredibly thoughtful! The location of this resort is perfection. A short walk to Oceans 44 and Fashion Square or a quick ride to shopping and dining on Scottsdale Rd. On our final day we lounged poolside at the Seven pool. We relaxed on the incredibly comfortable padded lounge chairs under large umbrellas and ordered beverages from the sweetest server. Then for dinner we ordered in from Luna and it was delivered to our suite door. Checking out the front desk remembered we were there to celebrate our birthdays and wished us both a happy birthday again. I can't wait to book my next staycation here!

Yelp
TLDR: I tried using a Resort Pass on a bad day and instead got an attitude and threatened to have the cops called on me. After many many attempts to reach someone I finally was told I would be getting a refund (bare minimum and well deserved since I didn't use the pool) and the situation would be investigated (lip service). Monday I arrived at the pool around 1245pm after a Dr's appointment, so I had the thing rom the blood draw, a band aid and a wonderful bruise on my arms, I did NOT look like I needed to be given a hard time, I also was not expecting one. While being checked in I was told I would have to wear a wristband to which I said "ugh they're so tacky" and I was told it was so the staff could tell me from hotel guests...my filter was not on because I was tired, and not very nicely I said, "you think your staff is too stupid to tell otherwise?" the check in person said a couple other things including I could take the wristband off(which proves my point that it isn't necessary) and I finally just asked her name, she covered her name badge, so I then asked for her supervisor, she disappeared in the back, REMOVED HER NAMETAG, and when she came back out said she would give me a refund and that she was exercising her right to refuse service to whoever she wanted and she would call the cops if I didn't leave (no sign was posted about refusing service I also was calm as a cucumber during this whole interaction) I said fine, I'll leave but I'm going to need your supervisors contact information, I had to say this like 4 times, eventually she did magically go find his card. She said she would issue a refund. She did not. I contacted the person who's card she gave me multiple times and multiple ways. I sent an email via the website. I also messaged and posted publicly on Instagram asking for the refund. Eventually I found someone else's email and emailed them today and they said they would issue the refund, so we'll see but after all this I have 0 reason to go back. They've only been open under 6 months and this is how the staff is? It's only going to get worse.

Yelp
My experience at Caesar's Republic fell far short of expectations. Despite the serene emptiness of the pool, the service for drinks and food left much to be desired. It was a considerable wait, averaging 30-45 minutes, for our drink orders to materialize. Despite repeated reminders, our food languished forgotten at the bar, while the staff seemed more preoccupied with casual conversation than attending to patrons. Although the cuisine was passable, the cocktails were a disappointment, lacking in flavor and quality. Even our switch to champagne proved futile as it arrived tepid. The overall upkeep of the pool area and towels left much to be desired, casting a shadow on the anticipated luxury of the resort. Considering the considerable anticipation surrounding this establishment, the reality was a profound disappointment. Despite our grievances, the staff seemed indifferent, neglecting to offer any apology and compounding the frustration with an automatic 20% gratuity added to our bill. In light of these issues, I cannot in good conscience recommend Caesar's Republic. Save your time and seek hospitality elsewhere.

Yelp
The pool rocks but the manager Amber Rocks even more! Ask for her, she helped us out when everybody else was too busy! When the pool is that busy it means a lot.

Yelp
Beautiful property, amazing staff from check in to check out we were greeted with smiles from front desk to the bell and valet boys. Room was set up beautifully I was a little disappointed that they don't have roll away cribs or pack & plays for the children guest staying on the property. Typically most nice hotels are equipped so that was definitely frustrating because I was chasing my 10 month old son around the room hoping he doesn't bump his head on the side tables and hard edges. The only restaurant I tried was Pronto. The turkey bacon avocado was the best panini I've had. The chicken parm panini was just ok. Gelato at Pronto's was delicious the strawberry was super tasty along with the chocolate chip sea salt cookies. Brandon & Elijah tended to us the two days we ate there, they're really great guys they made our experience at Pronto. The pools are nice I prefer the pool on the higher floor the drinks were a little pricey for being a light pour but the pool attendants were always circling around taking orders which was nice I didn't have to chase them down to order. The only annoying part of our visit was the downstairs pool where the pool party is held states it's open dawn to dusk for hotel guest. You would think they would treat the water not during pool hours. But my family and I were using the pool Monday morning as they were filling it up with fresh water and I was asked to get out of the water so they could treat the water for the next hour which was super frustrating due to the fact I was checking out that morning and wanted to get a swim in. So the pool maintenance planner needs to do better about not interfering with the guest pool hours because that was not the way I wanted to end my last hours on the resort. Also Heather from concierge was amazing she helped us plan our anniversary dinner and was able to get us a reservation with Oceans 44 despite being a Sunday night with no reservations so thank you for being so helpful during our stay in Scottsdale.

Yelp
I had the opportunity to tour the Caesars Republic Scottsdale pre-opening and briefly meet the owner. I can't wait to see what it looks like when it is finished at the start of 2024. It will definitely will outshine the other upscale, but now aging W Hotel. The views of the sunset Ave Camelback Mountain from the future pool deck and bar area are the best I have seen. There were two completed model rooms to tour. They will be pricy on- season weekends, but you can tell they they are striving for upscale, classy Vegas style. This will be the Caesars Rewards program's first non-gambling hotel where you can earn and redeem points. As Phoenix metro grows and continues to host national sports championships and events, this place will become the party place to be see and be seen.

Yelp
We reserved a cabana at Cleopatra pool. The problem is the design of the pool itself. at around 4:00, the pool is in complete shade because their own building blocks out the sun. The W pool is entering peak enjoyment at 4:00, but at Cleopatra it got shady and cold and basically emptied out. The whole thing also needs a redesign. The cabana was nice and drinks and food were fine, the service was good, and it was good while the sun was out. but don't count on sun for long. it was way overpriced to be in the shade so early.

Yelp
Beautiful boutique hotel, brand new in Scottsdale . Being a local and booking this property for my 19th wedding anniversary it was a big disappointment! Upon checking in with Cindy , was the only saving grace throughout the whole stay . Reservations at Luna , Giadas new restaurant being greeted for dinner was great . From the time we sat down and waited 15-30 mins for bread and water . The came the food . I was a chef for many years and ran restaurants this was one of the worst meals I ever had from beginning to end . The GM compt the whole meal because of our dissatisfaction. We had the valets bring us to go club hopping . The valets are running around frantically to help everyone . This property seems to be understaffed . Upon returning to our room I had a question and called the front desk . Phone didn't work . Had to go down to the lobby with my wife , who is terrified of elevators but it was only a couple of floors , doors opened and closed and wouldn't move . Was told they are having trouble with the elevators . Going up and down the stair wells accompanied by other couples with children . I wanted to Suprise my wife for our anniversary but everything went wrong . The concierge set up my room the way I wanted , room was beautiful and the entire staff was wonderful . The reason new hospitality's have soft openings is too avoid theses issues . I won't be returning to this property . One night for just the stay was 574$ . I'm from NYC these prices are justified there not here especially this property.

Yelp
Caesars Republic Hotel is brand new and just opened. We stayed there last night. Beautiful rooms, beautiful hotel. The staff including Tristen, who took our luggage to our room, the valet whose name I have forgotten and the front desk people were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is next to Fashion Mall, walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, and right across the street from a wonderful restaurant called Ocean 44. We will definitely be staying at the Republic during our stays in Scottsdale.

Daniel C.

Yelp
Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Design is basic and service is mediocre at best. Computer systems were down on check in and a lot of kinks to work out. With service and such. Rooms are 3 star and nothing special at all. It feels like a more basic W hotel. No room service whatsoever as well. To call this a 5 star is a joke and I wouldn't say it is even a 4 star. Only thing this hotel has going for it is the location and great views from their lounge Seven.

Yelp
Hi, my name is Tammy Caesar's Republic was far from a great experience. this is the worst place to stay, I got in Saturday night, my daughter-in-law, my granddaughters, and I came here for Mother's Day weekend, got into our room it was nice. We stayed in for about an hour just talking and hanging out. My granddaughter got in bed and in between her sheets was a used condom. We inform the front desk they came in and. put us in a different room and was promised to be upgraded in the morning and also promised to have a complementary brunch, never got upgraded, which is fine and they are charging me over $1500 for brunch alone, which is absurd. Obviously these people don't know how to deal with customers and I feel they are prejudice. I've spoken from manager to manager The main manager Joe will not return a call or come to my room and they are treating me as if I'm insignificant like I'm paying them $1200 for my room, but all these things that they promise me they're making me feel that I want them for free never was told that they were going to charge us Over $1500 for a brunch, but now I am stuck with this bill no more complementary and the manager Will Lee I believe his name is has a problem with the situation Anna from made service and insinuated that I'm lying about the condom basically because she said there's no proof they picked it up. They took pictures of it. I didn't. I am mortified that my granddaughter had that on her so-called prestigious resort I would've been better off going to a Motel 6 and I would've got treated with respect I give this place zero stars if I can, and I will not. $1500 surprise brunch that they promised that was going to be complementary. This is a horrible place. It's a scam stay away. Spend your time somewhere else. Anywhere would be better than this place. I've spent my whole weekend chasing down manager after manager and I am so glad that I am leaving to go home tomorrow ugliest place ever because of the people no compassion for my 15-year-old that jumped in bed and had a dirty condom on her. They're all looking at us whether it be the Bell the front desk the restaurant the pool people. they are all looking at us and making us feel uncomfortable. I actually had to go to Getty Ranch that actually have a moment of peace and just feel like that nobody's judging me again save your money and go somewhere else. Anything is better than this place every single person that works here is a scam other than Devon was wonderful. I just feel bad that he's connected to all these ugly minded people.!!
