Absolutely horrible experience. I went there a couple of weeks ago and the security guard—who introduced himself as Anthony, was friendly at first, but quickly became way too flirty. His behavior made me incredibly uncomfortable. He kept staring at women in an inappropriate way, always glued to his phone, clearly trying to get numbers from anyone who walked by. I’ve never felt less safe in a place that’s supposed to provide security. Instead of doing his job, it felt like he was waiting for women to get overly drunk so he could take advantage of the situation. The whole thing came off as unprofessional, unsettling, and downright desperate. I will never come back. It’s disgusting that someone in a position meant to protect guests behaves like this. This place seriously needs to rethink who they hire.

Not sure how it is legal for them to operate and serve beer and not provide a bathroom. Went in prior to a game for my husband to get a beer and we told the one and only bathroom was closed with no other options. I’m 8 months pregnant so I wasn’t hanging around.

Good happy hour prices on beers and drinks - but service can be better - with Sunday Night NFL game starting and they do last call at 8:45pm? Seemed odd.

Security guard on door was not polite and didn’t seem to know how to deal with foreign ID. Luckily someone else stepped in or would have been rejected access for no reason even with a valid foreign ID.

They never open on time. Went there to place wager on fight. Waiting in line 45min.. Open at 11: am, still waiting at 11:30 /35 Finally gave up. Mis out on the Betting for the Fight. Never going back.

My guy Will is the best 🤌🤌. The atmosphere here is great before games, and nothing beats the $4 happy hour. Will makes it happen with his professional doling out of the fine domestic macrobrews at record pace. Promote that man.

I am a big fan of the Washington Capitals and love spending time at the surrounding restaurants and bars. Will also always acknowledge that the service industry is a tough one. Especially with rowdy hockey fans! With all that said, our simple mixed drinks were not great and the server yelled at my friend when she turned around to collect orders. He said "come back when you have it together" in a very rude tone before walking away. She had the order ready. Just turned around to make sure she had it all. Happy to take my service elsewhere around Capital one and hope to see improvement from a location with such prime real estate!

We wanted a place to hang out before the Cap One arena show. Hands down the closest place to the entrance. Many people present but we snagged some bar seats. It's a very simple place where your drinks are served on plastic cups. For the bourbon drinkers out there, you can imbibe on your Angels Envy in a nice plastic cup. I enjoyed a couple of vodka cocktails that were very generous pours. Service was quick and no chit chatting. We ordered our drinks and they were served quickly.

Security seemed like he didn't want anybody to be there. I tried saying something nice to him, he ignored me. His only words ever were "ID". He didn't even check my age. Bathroom was flooded and toilet wouldn't flush. Only one bathroom. Beer is only in cans. For mixed drinks they had no ice or lemon.

Visited this place before going to the Wizards game and it's convenient that they are connected ti the arena. It's huge and They have a ton of tv's everywhere with many different sports playing. It was packed and we got on the wait list for a table but we found 2 seats at the bar. The Margaritas were good and strong but our food took forever! And we only ordered 2 chicken salads. They also didn't put croutons or parm cheese on my Caesar salad. The bartender poured two beers for another guest and then they didn't need it, so instead of dumping them out he gave them to us for free, which was nice. Despite the food issues pretty decent place especially if you want to watch sports

Also known as the Caesar's Sportsbook with a restaurant has terrible service! Ate their on 11/15 (Monday) at 5:45 PM. The waitress with red hair was rude as hell! Service was slow, attentiveness to her customers was not responsive, and she had a bad attitude in a job that requires customer service. She made excuses for missing food items and when we told her the food was cooked poorly she responded by saying that she wasn't the cook. Additionally, she hung out with her friends lounging around for 10 mins instead of making her rounds her section. The food was poor, with the chicken tasting very rubbery. I had high hopes for this place but the trifecta of bad food, poor service, and missing food is not worth trying this place out.

This place has horrible service but charges 22% service fee . Keep in mind they make you pay electronically and ask for tip ON TOP so don't forget!! Even if you just order a drink at the bar. If you're coming here for a pre game/ event , show up 4 hours early so you can get your food and leave on time. It is so slow and you will not make it on time to your event. It's hard to flag down waitstaff, order, and get your check. The only good thing is it has a direct separate access to the capital one area where you can come and go.

Very nice spot, but didnt show boxing matches any of the times I went. My waiter Korey did the best he could to accommodate all our request and exhibited excellent customer service. It was very busy but he continually checked on is and verified we were good.

Awesome place to eat, drink and watch a game! They have literally everything on all of the TV's and a large beer selection. Amazing upscale sports bar ambience and you can't get much better than being at Capital One Arena! The burgers, chicken sandwiches and fries were all good and about what you'd expect at a sports bar. The service could have been a little bit faster (why I'm not giving it 5 stars), but I'm okay with that when we're all having fun watching all of the games happening!

The food service for the Mystics draft party is slow or nonexistent the servers think help is a 4 letter obscene word.

The location was great and the ambience was spot on. The service was horrible and they automatically include a 22% gratuity no matter the size of your party. The food left much to be desired as well. We will not be going back.

I understand that we came on the day after a holiday and there was a lack of staff but we waited about 15 minutes for a waitress to come get our drink order - at which time we placed both our drink and food order. We only got half our drink order and the second half nearly another 20 minutes later. The waitress checked on us three times to say "your food hasn't come out yet?" But didn't offer additional drinks or do anything to escalate. Our food came out about 45 minutes after we placed the order - one of the sandwiches was incorrectly prepared by the kitchen (the waitress showed me she entered it correctly on the tablet), the chicken sandwiches were dry, the nachos and wings were lukewarm. The drinks from the bar were fine? After the concert we attended we came back - since we were short on time and didn't even have time to finish our food - and even tried to give things a second shot for dessert due to the closeness of the venue and all but one dessert was sold out and the one that was in stock was a dry cheesecake that was wholly unsatisfying. If this is flavortown ... this ain't it.
