What a disappointment. This casino/hotel is going downhill. The rooms are dated. There is no longer Room service since Covid. Yet there are teeny tiny fridges in the room and no microwaves. I had a suite which was very large, but when I got there, I went to adjust the air conditioning and the floor was soaking wet- seriously like an 8 x 8 area of the carpet was soaking wet. I called to have the ac serviced and they brought up a fan, which ran all night. It was difficult to sleep. Their valet service $25 per day - although fairly quick to get your car, their system is very outdated - every time you pick up your car you have to get a new paper ticket, go inside and have your ticket revalidated. Nothing Is automated. Maid service is supposedly every three nights. I was there four nights and never had towels or sheets or anything refreshed. Of course I could’ve called but it was 11 o’clock when I got back into my room,, expecting it to be refreshed, only to find it not refreshed.. this was a highly paid service, what they call level seven, but yet terrible service. Friday night I came back at about 11 o’clock pm , and found the valet to be closed, apparently, due to the fact that a show was exiting the casino theater. No pre-warning, nothing. They told me to come back in an hour and they could park my car l!!! I had no choice but to go to self service parking, which was well over two blocks away and had to walk and walk and walk to get to my room. I recently had foot surgery and this was totally unacceptable for me. I will say the casino was clean, but the amenities are less than desirable. Such a shame, this is a Caesar’s property?
Now in the morning when I check out, I’m going to have to drag my suitcase literally two blocks to get to my car. When I complained at the front desk, they kind of shrugged and said they were sorry again. This was a level seven room expected so much more.
