"The food at Cafe 21’s University Heights location blurs lines, in a good way. So between crepes and crumpets, one can also dine on avocado toast, sauerkraut, and ajika, a spicy Georgian dip. While the food doesn’t really overlap with that of Eastern Europe, there’s something about the vibe here that does.
