Google
The food was amazing and the atmosphere was real nice. The fish and chips was a very large portion, the brasa bowl was absolutely packed with flavor, the BLAT sandwich with fries was a surprisingly very large portion and was delicious! The rice was taking longer to cook and they were very kind and took 10% off our bill. Our server Samual was very attentive and pleasant as well.

This is a great place to visit any time of the day. This trip I came here for a late brunch. Their menu is really good. Drinks are also delicious. Service is very attentive. Inside is very comfy, but I’d go with an outdoor seating if it’s available. You will have great views of ocean drive, people walking by and cars driving by.

Google
Outdoor seating. On the strip. Plenty of food options nice music. All food came out hot! Which is always good. Apps Crispy calamari with vegetables fried and mixed in as well. The sauce that comes with it is good as well. Like a tarter aioli? Good size portion. Spice brined chicken wings (6) couldve been a bit crisper. Flavor is great though. Mild heat. Not the worst wings I’ve had. But not the best. Entrees Salmon. A bland little to no seasoning on the salmon. Theres sauce underneath the vegetables and salmon. It’s definitely better with the sauce. Should probably top the salmon. And shrimp scampi. This comes with olive oil bread. Smaller portion for the price. Shrimp are a good size so I think that helps the smaller portion. Scampi has a nice small kick and creamy sauce which I guess is leaning against traditional. But it was good either way. If you’re not from the area or unaware, there is a 20% added gratuity not including any tips. For me, i guess things were okay. Nothing special.

Google
My husband and I started our honeymoon in Miami and were searching for a place for dinner. We decided on Cafe Americano and were so pleased with the food and service, that we went back the next morning for breakfast. Their food and their staff were incredible. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone. Thank you for your hospitality and your service!

Google
Food and drinks were amazing. The service could have been better. We waited a good 20 mins before someone recognize we hadn’t even been waited on! But Alejandro was very nice and attentive. Highly recommend for brunch.

My wife and I recently visited Cafe Americano on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, and it was an absolute delight! We shared the Tres Leches French Toast, which was incredibly decadent—soft, soaked in that creamy tres leches custard with sweet rum dulce de leche and topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. It felt like a luxurious treat with a perfect Latin twist on a classic. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was spot-on: juicy, perfectly fried chicken with great crunch, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of sauce—super satisfying and flavorful. We also loved the Blueberry Granola Bowl—fresh blueberries blended with yogurt, topped with more berries, bananas, pomegranate, strawberries, and granola. It was refreshing, healthy, and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere is vibrant and quintessentially Miami Beach, with great people-watching on Ocean Drive and friendly service. Highly recommend for brunch.

Google
After stopping to look at the menu on the sidewalk- we were greeted by very friendly staff. We did end up sitting down and enjoying our meal. The Chicken sandwich was well seasoned. It was crispy and juicy on the inside. The bun was soft and fluffy. The sauce they put in the sandwich added a blast of flavor. The Cuban Club was alright. It tasted like an ordinary Cuban sandwich- I would definitely choose the chicken sandwich instead. The Bloody Mary drink was great. A very good mix between alcohol and juice. The Bellini was sweet and smelled great.

Google
Great view of the south beach park. Food and coffee were delicious. Great atmosphere & location. The only drawback was how hot it is outside. They do have plenty of shade & fans. Waitress was friendly but would disappear. Luckily the manager and other servers made sure our waters and drinks were filled. One of the better breakfast places (served all day) to stop and eat in South Beach!

Yelp
Breakfast and service were very good. I was grateful that I could make an online reservation the night before. I was able to get side orders of scrambled eggs, small fruit side (fresh blueberries and strawberries) and smoked salmon. I appreciated our server letting me know their tap water isn't filtered. Everything was wonderful.

Yelp
Tourist trap. Don't do it. Lots of great restaurants inland a street or two.. never eat off ocean drive. They price gouge you and the food is mediocre at best. They also already have gratuity included on the bill so most servers don't feel it's necessary to do their job correctly since they will be tipped anyway.. I ordered a Moscow mule that said $17 which is already insane.. well the server, Heber, charged me $27. The chilaquiles were dry and had absolutely no cotija on them. My man's burrito was just shredded unmelted cheese and a few tiny pieces of chopped bacon.. one chunk of chorizo Hahah. Our server, Heber, never once checked on us to see how the food came out or how the drinks were. Total rip off leaving me feeling very slighted.

Yelp
The place is vibrant and has a great atmosphere. Service was friendly and welcoming. The calamari was ok. The breading is slightly excessive, feels like a breading made for fried chicken. Bell pepper taste is very present and the calamari come mixed with bell peppers. I felt I ate more peppers than I ate calamari. Cacio e Pepe was really good, I really recommend. It was creamy and flavorful with a perfectly balanced taste. Quesabirria tacos were also pretty good. Don't expect an authentic taco or traditional consome to dip the taco but it is original and very tasty. The meat is really tender and flavorful, the dipping soup is slightly dense but works as a salsa and goes really well with the taco. Overall very pleased with the taco. The side of corn has a nice sauce but the raw onion makes it feel like pico de gallo. Very fresh but not my cup of tea.

Yelp
Great location near the hotel I stayed at to have a sit down meal to tide me over until I was on my cruise. No wait for a table for one outside. I was taken care of throughout my dining experience even with adjuatment to my bill because the eggs with my entree were not to my liking. I even tried dressing them up with hot sauce. It just wasn't tasty. I didn't ask for the adjustment; my waiter on my behalf asked for it. I basically did not get charged the automatic service charge with the adjustment, which I was appreciative of! The rest of the meal was satisfying: the coffee was fresh, the bacon crispy and meaty, the hash browns also crispy with pillowy soft insides, and the multigrain toast- not overly toated. The black currant jam is a must try! This was a throwback to see since my Grandma use to make homemade jam! It was nostalgic to enjoy and partake of. In fact, I finished off the whole little jar before I knew it. Oops! I think CA knows that will happen, which is why 3 of the jars on the table were Black Currant. All in all, convenient and filling meal. It has high reviews on Yelp for a reason, so give ir a try and stop by.

Yelp
Café Americano in Miami Beach is the kind of place where the food punches your taste buds in the best way possible -- bold, flavorful, and totally satisfying. Whether you're craving a hearty brunch or a tasty dinner, everything feels like a mini celebration on your plate. I'm pretty sure my dish was doing a happy dance before it even hit the table. But the real MVP was Gisselle, our waitress, who served up kindness with every smile. She was so warm and attentive that I almost asked if she gave lessons on how to make customers feel like royalty. If the food is the star, Gisselle is definitely the dazzling spotlight making the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommend--come for the food, stay for the charm!

Yelp
Came here for a nice girl's brunch and overall it was solid! The outdoor patio is super cute with beautiful views, and the indoor space is spacious and has a fun vibe with the bar and bright colors. The breakfast potatoes were probably the high light. The breakfast burrito was alright, a little mushy but not bad. The tres leches French toast was a very sweet treat, it tasted more cinnamon and sugar than tres leches but was yummy nonetheless. The coffee was also pretty good, and I had a simple Americano and they gave me a refill in a to go cup which was a nice bonus. Would give this place another try if I was in the area but not sure I'd go out of my way to run back.

Hesam K.

Yelp
Too pricey with OK food. Great location and atmosphere. Service was good but you may not want to go back soon.

Yelp
Came here with a group of 4 ladies on a Thursday night. They have inside and outside seating right along Ocean Drive. We opted for outside so we could partake in some people watching while dining. We were brought to a table right out on the sidewalk and were promptly given some menus. 3 of us ordered beer and 1 person ordered the passion fruit martini. (Waiter's recommendation) it looked fabulous and she said it tasted really good. I ordered the Turkey Cobb Chop and it was really tasty and fresh with lots of turkey chunks and just the right amount of dressing. Two ladies had the Classic Steak Burgers with fries; and they both enjoyed every part: bun, steak patty, and the fries. The final member of our group had the Salmon Poke Bowl. It's a big portion with fresh salmon, radishes, cucumbers, sesame seeds, seaweed salad, avocado and rice. She loved it and took half of it to go. Our service was good too; and they added a 20% service charge which I personally like because it eliminates the guesswork. There are literally 100's of great restaurants in South Beach and dozens along Ocean Drive. I would still recommend Cafe Americano for at least one meal if you're visiting the area. They have a wide menu of food options and you won't be disappointed with the food, service, or location.

Yelp
Was so disappointed! Saw a few photos from previous customers that there were iguanas but didn't see any! Other than that, food, service and location were great. There was some type of festival going on so there was plenty of people watching to go around. The shrimp bowl was like warm. Wasn't cold nor hot so not sure which would have been better. But still good and the portion was good size. Server was very friendly and always smiling.

Yelp
We visited the restaurant for breakfast twice during our stay. The first visit was okay, nothing particularly memorable, but good enough to return and try something new. On our second visit, I ordered the Birria Benedict, which sounded incredible on the menu: slow-cooked brisket birria, melted Mexican cheese, served on an artisanal English muffin, topped with soft poached eggs and chipotle hollandaise, with breakfast potatoes on the side. Unfortunately, the dish didn't deliver. While the meat was present and flavorful, the cheese -- which was clearly advertised as melted, was nowhere to be found. When I asked about it, I was told it was "mixed into the meat," but it didn't come through in texture or flavor the way you'd expect, especially compared to a traditional birria taco. The eggs were also disappointing. Instead of a soft poached egg with a runny yolk, mine was closer to medium-boiled. The English muffin was extremely thick, which threw off the balance of the dish -- maybe that's the "artisanal" part, but it didn't work well here. Service during this visit wasn't the best, it felt a bit slow and they didn't care. I will say the breakfast potatoes were excellent and probably the highlight of the meal. Overall, the Birria Benedict was a great idea on paper, but the execution fell short. I'd recommend sticking to simpler menu items if you visit.

Yelp
Decided to hit up Ocean Drive in South Beach for breakfast. Stopped in at Café Americano. Like many of the restaurants on Ocean Drive, it was very touristy, very lively, very crowded even for a Sunday. Great breakfast menu, great selection of even breakfast cocktails and coffees and the best part was sitting outside. People everywhere, and from everywhere. Amazing cars riding up and down Ocean Drive with their music blasting. Beautiful weather, beautiful music beautiful and attentive staff. Overall great spot.
google avatar

Yolanda G.

Yelp
Good brunch spot on the beach! Ask for outside seating to enjoy the beautiful weather. Saw people working with laptops too - so work friendly if that matters to you. Got the birria benedict and was pleasantly surprised! Beef is tender, sauce is not too strong. Love the mexican flavors incorporated into american style brunch.
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped by for a bloody Maria and we are glad that we did. The drink was very good and came with two great tasting shrimps. Perfect beach feel with a great breeze blowing as we listened to easy listening music but beware it is pricey. 5 drinks came out to $140 (that's US currency). Service was outstanding and fast. You're not able to see the ocean from this view but still worth stopping by.
google avatar

Paul S.

Yelp
Ok enough place. Ever been to a place that's just Meh- food was mid. Little overpriced for what is was. Waitress was very nice. I wouldn't go back because there are enough places to go to to just be average in Miami- I wouldn't recommend but in no means saying don't go. This one is more on my style than maybe the restaurant

Andrea G.

Yelp
Had breakfast here this morning. Our server Pablo was absolutely amazing! Great personality, highly efficient, and attentive. Food was good as well. Hot and fresh, and served within a reasonable time considering the cafe was filled with diners. Definitely returning to this restaurant again.
google avatar

Ivan L.

Yelp
The lobster tail and steak getting more oily after a while, but because we are sitting outside(on the walk side), so the food getting cold more easily. My mom loves the French Toast with Cream and Honey, but I think it's good oily. Overall, the food is okay, but I don't think it's valuable for 20% fixed tips.
google avatar

H S.

Yelp
I had a good experience here twice. It's a little pricey for what you get, but you're basically paying for a location and view of the beach . One star deducted for not being upfront tip that was included. I don't mind as much anymore that it's included, but I am not happy when an option for tipping is presented when there is already a tip included without any comment from the server. My colleague ended up tipping 40%+ I had a breakfast burrito and a standard American breakfast burrito is a smallish but reasonably tasty. The American breakfast was perfectly fine. Outdoor seating was nice, inside was quite loud and echo-ey. If that's an issue for you recommend seating outdoors.
google avatar

Wil J.

Yelp
I went here twice for brunch since it was next door to my hotel The Victor( you get a discount if staying there ‍). The service was great and accommodating. Great view, shade umbrellas with fans. The food was delicious and just the right amount. I definitely recommend
google avatar

Yelp
Their breakfast was delicious and a lot of food. Nice patio. Very nice place for a calm morning by ocean drive. Service was great.

Yelp
This place is very cute and instagram worthy. We sat outside on a nice evening and the scenery was so pretty. We got a round of cocktails. I got the espresso martini and it was so delicious and creamy. The other fruity cocktails my friend got were tasty as well! I got the poke bowl with tuna for my entree and was pleasantly surprised how big the portion was. It was so fresh too. The sides provided a crunchy taste to the rice and tuna. I gave it a 4/5 due to the service. Our waiter was nice but she wasn't around very much and we couldn't get anyone to help us for long periods of time. Overall, I would come back!
google avatar

Naj W.

Yelp
The food was amazing and Carmelo our waiter was great. We weren't sure what to order at this restaurant because we had never been, but the waiter was more than willing to share all of the most popular dishes that he thought we would like.
google avatar

M K.

Yelp
This place is an ok place to eat for brunch. The food was good but was shocked at the price of how much it was. Just for a mocktail it's $13. You can guess the rest after that.. for two people it was $90 without tip. Which is crazy to me. Welcome to Miami Beach I guess. The service was good though & it's a cute place. If you sit inside it's warm too, because they leave the doors open (at least the day we were there)
google avatar

Yelp
The food here is delicious and Emanuel was a great attentive server. The views are gorgeous too, We will definitely come back here!
google avatar

Yelp
The food was delicious! Emanuel made us feel at home during our vacation with excellent service and exceptional ambience. 10/10

Yelp
Nothing amazing. Overpriced, Slow Service, Mediocre/Not super Fresh Food. This restaurant is right on Ocean Drive so naturally everything becomes more expensive. It is located very close to the beach so made for tourists. They have advertised All Day Brunch but it ends at 11am, only select breakfast items are available after that. They also add an automatic 20% tip to your meals, and service wasn't that great. The Calamari tasted dry and previously frozen, definitely not fresh, and mixed with red peppers the same shape as the calamari ... both deep fried. The batter was tasty but not worth the price. The Breakfast Burrito and potatoes were average. Potatoes reminded me of frozen potatoes you toss in the toaster oven. We don't recommend this place for the food. It's edible but overpriced and very mediocre.
google avatar

Parth S.

Yelp
We came here for brunch and the food was so good! We tried the tres leches French toast and the breakfast burrito. The tres leches French toast was so creamy and moist and it was one of the best French toasts I've had. The breakfast burrito was pretty standard, but was still good.

Donna B.

Yelp
Good food don't waste your money on the drinks. Nice atmosphere looking at the park. Pleasant staff. They need more alcho in the drinks for the price they charge
google avatar

Georgina V.

Yelp
Pablo was an amazing waiter. He made sure we were okay and the food was also very delicious!
google avatar

Corinna V.

Yelp
I walked into this restaurant simply to use the restroom while trying to find a descent drink spot and ended up hitting the gold mine! South Beach was quite underwhelming when it comes to cocktails. They call South Beach the "tourist trap" and I can kind of see why. I mean, I am definitely the tourist and enjoy touristy things. However, most places in South Beach load up their drinks with cheap liquor and try to mask it with sugary drink fillers such as syrups. But when I smelled the delicious food aromas and noticed the undeniably beautiful drink of their guests at the bar, I had to try! Nieves was my mixologist and she was so wonderful! She was eager to get my drink to my taste level - not too sweet and extra freshly muddled blueberries. Heck yea! I had 3 of these babies and ate 2 orders of their chicken tacos. Holy macaroni the food is SO good! Whether you are just visiting or a local ... from one foodie/drink snob to another ... I give this place a 10/10 for drinks, food, and service. Enjoy Yelp pals!

Oleksandr A.

Yelp
We were set by the hostess. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us, while this place was "dead" on a Tuesday durning a lunch time. Mind you, there were 5+ staff members standing behind our table and not a single one of them had even tried to come up to us. We got up and left without even getting acknowledged.

Suzanne K.

Yelp
Food was delicious. Ambiance was awesome. service from Samuel was the best of the best! Top notch.
google avatar

Yelp
Cafe Americano - nice setting beach side . Ordered breakfast here on a Monday morning - Açaí bowl plus the burrito and an Americano coffee . Service was friendly - when I mentioned the Americano coffee was poured from a jug of regular coffee sitting on a stand and look warm - our server went off to get one freshly made. Kudos for making that right. Food was good and quality of ingredients good. The only complaint I have with the restaurants here is this 20% slap on tip . It really is no incentive to the server to do anything but to bring the food and that's it - want your water glass filled - you better ask - so why am I paying 20% !!!
google avatar

Apoorv S.

Yelp
Location is amazing, right on the ocean drive, great morning ambience, decor includes flower veins etc. Food is great, many vegan, Veg options and they can customize some of you like other ingredients. Service is great. Portions are good for price and filling, overall an amazing experience.
google avatar

Michelle A.

Yelp
Excellent service! It was raining and we really wanted to sit outside and watch the storm (we're from California so we never get warm rain) and they were kind enough to let us. The food was solid - tasty, filling but buttery and heavy - you might leave very stuffed Ambiance was casual ocean vibes and is located attached to a very nice hotel that you need to go through to get to the bathroom (it has a PIN code- ask ahead of time)

Yelp
This a very cute establishment. Party of 4 on a Sunday morning got seated right way inside. We ordered: Huevos Rancheros : it was on the smaller size portion compare to the other items that we ordered. Loved the crunchy tortilla and the flavors of this dish. Breakfast Burrito: hubs got this and said 8/10 it was lacking a bit of salt and flavors. But it has good amount of chorizo, avocado and wasn't filled with potato. He likes that potatoes we're on the side. Southwestern Avocado Toast :The toast was very flavorful but the side salad was on the biter side. Not sure if they used watercress or what it was that made this simple green salad bitter Denver Omelet: This was very flavorful, all the ingredients tied together nicely. They also had really good coffee.

Yelp
Fast good food for brunch fresh and average for brunch Will try backyard cafe next time across street buy fresh food!

Yelp
Wonderful service from Marianela who made sure we had the best time at Cafe Americano !! The food was incredible and came quite quick. Beware the price of the medium size drinks not pictured on the menu though (10$ difference with the regular size). Other than that, amazing experience with a beautiful decorated terrace and great music !
google avatar

Yelp
This is my second time visiting & I gotta say the experience was not much to brag about . Sometimes people treat you less just because you are by yourself & you aren't ordering a lot of food . And as a Solo traveler it's not fun ! Last year I was here I was totally treated differently, because we were a 7/8 people together. They were like on top of everything! And that's why I decided that if I were to visit that area again I will come back to have lunch here . What a disappointment! The food was ok, my virgin drink was ok too. Nothing to go crazy about .
google avatar

Bren K.

Yelp
It's 3pm on a Thursday after Mem Day wknd, and it's understandably quiet everywhere. Right away, great service from Juicy. Margarita, perfect. Strawberry Mojito, even better. NOT premade tourist ingredients. Carne Asada Nachos...3 of us shared the generous chunky meat & guac topped app, cheese tasted like a béchamel mix. Clean, Pretty place. Street and patio seating as well as spacious a/c bar inside. Def ask for Juicy. She's Professional, kind and attentive. You can tell she loves her job. Prices typical for location.
google avatar

Joshua A.

Yelp
Amazing service, Maria did a wonderful job and the food was amazing! Thank you again Maria!

tiffany w.

Yelp
Came here to order an iced americano and feel extremely scammed. 6$ for a coffee? Fine. 20% surcharge? That's fine as well. But 2$ for ice is insane. Don't come here unless you like being ripped off. I really should've just not paid and walked out. The cost of ice being 30% the cost of my coffee is diabolical...

sebastian d.

Yelp
The food was mid, the service was basically nonexistent, and our food sat on the counter for a long time before anyone brought it over. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Gratuity is already included, so the servers move at their own pace with no urgency at all. Honestly, save your money and time there are way better places out there.
google avatar

Annie B.

Yelp
We had an amazing breakfast here!! The food was filling and very flavorful and service was great. We sat outside on the patio and it was very well shaded and quiet despite being on a busy street. The breakfast burrito was great and the jalapeño crema was soooo good. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

Federico S.

Yelp
Hi this morning we went to cafe Americano for breakfast! Dani was our server he was super servicial and profesional . Food was delicious but attention was even better . Recommend this place .

Daniel C.

Yelp
Greater experience ever!!! Excelente comida y bebidas además de una vista increíble de la playa

James H.

Yelp
In truth's it's hard to wrap my head around how awful the totality of the experience is here. From the rude put out by your presence server to the mocha that was tasteless and nothing other than hot water and Hersey syrup to the literally inedible eggs Benedict....this was arguably one of my worst dinning experiences ever... tantamount to that which you will find on the last night of a 7 day cruise when they are at the bottom of the barrel on all accounts

Tyler W.

Yelp
Emanuel was so kind and attentive! I had the best eggs Benedict I've had this year. I love the soft beach covers of music and the outdoor patio.

Jason F.

Yelp
Indira was amazing! Food was fantastic. Definitely a great spot with an amazing vibe. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Original menu served in a lovely outdoor dining room cooled by fans. The burrata and watermelon dish, served with little cherry tomatoes and slightly pickled cucumber slices was outstanding. My H really enjoyed his smashburger and I enjoyed his fries...lol. Sergio, The bartender, clearly enjoys his job and he made a mean old-fashioned.
