Really good tiny cafe....the hot honey chicken n waffles was amazing, they poured the hot honey on the waffle too, so next time, I know to ask for the sauce on the side. The rasberry cheesecake muffin was also good and the variety of coffee is awesome.

Went here for the 1st time. Busy place! The food was good. Fairly loud inside so at times it's hard to hear at your own table. Overall a good experience.

Cinnamon roll pancakes? Breakfast burrito? Biscuits & gravy? Yes, please! We tried and loved them all!

If only the service can be as good as the food! I came here twice just to see if my first impression was right. The first time, the food (omelette and pancakes) was solid — about a 4/5 stars. Big portions, tasty, no complaints there. But the service wasn’t great. I figured maybe it was just an off day, so I came back. Round two: the food (sandwich) was even better (easy 5/5 stars) But the service? Somehow even worse. Honestly, the kitchen is killing it, but the service and management really need to step it up

Stopped by before visiting Fort Harrison SP. The vegetable egg benedict was perfectly portioned and seasoned, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also very pleasant.

Cafe Audrey is my wife’s favorite breakfast place when we come to Greenfield to visit our son and his family. The place has great food..very friendly for gluten sensitive diners…my wife is celiac… the selections are excellent, large portions and good prices.

Came here for breakfast. Wanted a place that was not a chain. They do have a nice atmosphere. Biscuits and gravy was recommended between two of my choices, scramble was another choice. I looked forward to the local biscuits and homemade gravy. The biscuits were ok, not much flavor and the gravy was thin and lacked flavor. Disappointed. The quiche of the day was good but nothing to write about anymore than that. The glass of water was not complimenting any flavor with the overly chlorinated taste. With the multitude of breakfast options I will not be back.

We haven’t visited this diner in quite a while, but it was a pleasure to return. Tucked away on Otis Ave, this quaint little spot welcomes you with a cozy bar area at the entrance and comfortable seating throughout. The dining room is bright and airy, filled with natural light, and offers a variety of seating options, including booths, tables, and split booths. For today’s breakfast, we enjoyed a mix of classic comfort foods. My wife chose cinnamon pancakes, wheat toast, turkey sausage, and scrambled eggs. I decided to create my own omelette, which came with fried potatoes and sourdough toast. The pancakes were a hit, and I thoroughly enjoyed the omelette and potatoes. While I personally would have preferred the fried potatoes with onions, they were still quite good. The sourdough toast, served with cinnamon butter, was a delightful touch. Overall, this diner offers good service and tasty food. We left satisfied and ready for a nap! The pictures below showcase today’s meal, along with a few dishes from our previous visits. If you’re in the area, come hungry—you won’t leave disappointed.

What a great find! We arrived @9:30 on a Sunday morning to find open seating and hot coffee. For coffee--choose your own mug and coffee service has many options. Full breakfast menu, and a few cocktails as well. Food was expertly prepared (the hollandaise was perfect) and they didn't skimp on portions! A picturesque location and friendly staff!

Coffee is self serve, but it's almost $5! I don't want to be one of those people who are like, "Back in my day ..." But back in my day, a cup of black coffee was a couple of bucks. Grumble, grumble, get off my lawn. Cafe Audrey does have hazelnut flavored coffee, though, so that's nice. And you can get your own refills, which is also nice. So, I guess if you're going to be there for a while and drink a lot of coffee, you will definitely get your money's worth. I just got the coffee and found a little table in the bar area to work for a while. I didn't get anything to eat this time. I found Cafe Audrey a nice place to work remotely, but I've heard it can get busy, so your mileage may vary. They had a wifi hotspot, but I didn't ask for the password. This seems like a place that sees a lot of regulars. An old timer came in at one point, and the servers greeted him by name and got him his coffee to his specifications without him even asking. That's some nice service, right there.

Great breakfast spot on Fort Ben. They have a great menu and the staff is very helpful if you don't know what you want. Ingredients were fresh. Everything was prepared perfectly. My wife had an omelette that was loaded with stuff that I would never eat in eggs, but she loved it so all was good. I went with the biscuits and gravy, had great flavor. The biscuit was good, gravy was a little thin but had good flavor. I added two overheard eggs and crispy hashbrowns and they were delicious. Will definitely be returning. Prices weren't too bad.

Nestled in the cozy community of Fort Harrison, Cafe Audrey serves very good food. Today I had the pleasure of dining into one of their daily specials -- the Blue Crab Benedict -- and it was nothing short of amazing. The plate was beautifully composed: two perfectly poached eggs resting on a bed of delicate, sweet blue crab meat, all nestled atop lightly toasted English muffins that offered just the right crunch. The hollandaise sauce was the real hero -- silky, buttery with creamy, citrusy notes that brightened the richness of the dish without overpowering the crab. The eggs were poached to perfection and the crab meat had just enough briny seafood flavor that took this from breakfast to brunch. Paired with a side of crispy fried potatoes and onions made this a wonderful dining experience. Looking forward to my next visit.

I'll start be saying, I've never had an issue with Cafe Audrey's before, however the food today really lacked flavor. The omelette was packed full with fresh veggies, but was tasteless. The cinnamon French toast was not really French toast, it was dry toast with cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top. From previous visits, I expected more.

I love a quant little restaurant that gives off small town diner vibes. I like a simple breakfast and a nice cup of black coffee. Nothing fancy needed and this place doesn't disappoint. I got Audrey's special with eggs over easy, has browns (crispy), sausage (which appeared hand made patties), homemade biscuit (so soft and warm) - and love that the butter wasn't cold and hard it was pre whipped and SOFT! The coffee was a solid 7/10 which is all I ask for from a diner and like that you can grab a mug and choose from their selection at the "coffee bar/cart" area Food was a solid 8.2/10 And service was great

We stopped in here when we were driving through after the Indy Mini and it absolutely hit the spot! I wouldn't say the menu is too unique compared to other diner-style restaurants, but the food itself was yummy and the service was quick. I especially loved my tomato basil soup and could've just gotten that by itself. The decor inside is really cute as well! Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

Tried cafe Audrey on a Saturday morning. What a delightful place to stumble upon! We sat in the breakfast bar area. Service was a tiny bit slow but they were pretty packed. We started with a mimosa flight - the cinnamon apple mimosa tasted EXACTLY like fall!! I highly recommend. I had the Audrey hash and my boyfriend had the biscuits and gravy. Both were fantastic!

I love that this place has more of an antique feel . it is very small and a tight squeeze with a small waiting area . we were quickly greeted when we came in , and we had a about a 10 minute wait . our server came over to us soon after and asked for our drink order . our food and drinks both came out fairly quickly . the pancakes were bland however , but they did they come with cinnamon butter that helped . everything else was decent . i did find it odd they charged for extra syrup , which they didn't tell me about i just happened to see it on my bill . overall , not too bad , i see myself coming back in the future.

Is this a Cracker Barrel copy? Well the food was good. The bathroom looked like a bomb exploded! However, the service is still not completely terrible. I would recommend you checking out this restaurant. But don't blow up the toilet?!!

I was excited to try Cafe Audrey after a friend had recommended it several times. It was pretty busy on the day we arrived, so my little sister and I took a small table in the back corner of the bar area. The self-serve coffee bar was a nice touch and I loved all the unique mug options. I ordered a breakfast burrito and the apple slaw and my sis ordered a chicken quesadilla with fries. The food was good, but unfortunately it took forever for it to arrive. The server came by a few times after we'd been waiting probably around 40 minutes to say it was "almost ready," "there's 4 minutes left," etc. and even then we waited probably another 15 minutes at least. By the time it arrived, we only had time for a few bites and had to ask for a box almost immediately because we were going to be late for our afternoon plans. Additionally, I had a free coffee coupon from my Yelp check-in. I was planning to mention it when the check arrived, but when I did get my check, there was no coffee listed. I figured our server must have seen the offer I had pulled up while ordering so I didn't mention it. However once they ran my card and gave me the final receipt, the coffee was added back on. It didn't cost much and since we were in a hurry, I didn't worry about it, but it was just another little thing to add to the experience. I'll give them a shot again but I wasn't wowed this time.

It gets super busy for weekend brunch, so be prepared. And you cannot get seated until every last person of your party is present. Oh well. It is a quaint little place that feels immediately homey. Once you're in the dining room, the service is great. I am of course a huge fan of the mimosa flight. So many options to choose from. A delicious start to my weekend. The menu has all your classic choices as well as some interesting things. The quiches of the day can be adventurous sometimes and come in nice big pieces. The waffles are thick and fluffy. The pancakes were deemed delicious by my group, as was the French Toast. Really no cmplaints at all which speaks volumes since I generally have a bunch of picky eaters in my group. Highly recommend this place.

Well, of course, we know the place has a cute quaintness about it expose brick, and all but downhill it goes like everything else. So we started with coffee and I love that they have a variety but it's weak watered down coffee. My friend enjoyed her omelette she mentioned everything was fresh. Mine of course was a cold pancake and hard chewy cold flat severely shriveled up overcooked pebbles imitating eggs. SMH potatoes were just OK you know they could be cooked a little longer. I picked around the plate needless to say I'm not impressed especially because it wasn't worth, the 60.00 I spent out of my pocket my friends left the tip.

Great brunch! The best that I've had in a while. It's a small restaurant and it was crowded for a Wednesday lunch. When I arrived, there were three parties waiting to be seated. Another party arrived shortly after I did and immediately left because the waiting area was too crowded. The crowd during the weekend must be insane. I ordered Audrey's Special (Two Eggs, Hash Browns, Toast and Bacon) for $14.50, but paid $2.50 more for a cinnamon roll pancake instead of the toast. Everything was amazing! The cinnamon roll pancake was the highlight, but the eggs and hash browns were terrific as well. I also ordered a cheesecake brownie for dessert; it was pretty good, but not as good as the other stuff. The server did an outstanding job. She took care of me quickly and was friendly and patient despite being very busy.

Cafe Audrey is truly exceptional in quality and flavor! We visit every so often and have never had a bad dish, whether it's breakfast or lunch! The food is always hot and tastes scratch made - you can tell with the sweet potato fries specifically, they don't seem to be pre-frozen! It is a small place so come early weekend mornings or expect a wait. When busy, service can be a little slow but is still high quality. Can't go wrong here!

Such a sweet local spot with delicious hearty breakfast options, hot coffee, and super clean bathrooms. The cinnamon roll pancakes were a hit with my kids, and I've loved every omelette I've tried there in my 3 visits. The service is excellent and the ambiance is casual and cozy.

I ordered the breakfast that says $12.99 included was any style eggs. But when I got my bill I was charged $1.99 extra. Food was bland. Servers were not attentive. Hardly said one word. No welcome in or thanks for coming. Nothing Sadly I wanted to love this place The quest sitting next to me said she got the very bottom of the soup. And was not enjoyable at all. Maybe they could have said they were out. They spent $38.00 prior to tip And neither ate all their food I asked about the extra fee on egg whites She said there is always a up charge. Audrey's is Awesome! We recently moved to the Fort Ben area, so we looked for a brunch spot we hadn't been to before. The restaurant is small and super cute, built into an old Fort Ben building. It only seats 60 people in the main dining room and 12 at the breakfast bar, so you may have a wait. But the service was excellent. Shoutout to Beth who took great care of us. The food is also DELICIOUS. Made from scratch biscuits, Indiana raised meats. They have lighter options and vegetarian options as well. We will absolutely be back!

My husband and I stopped for lunch last month and decided to try the Patty Melt! It was the best Patty Melt we have had in the last year! Highly recommend it! We were seated very quickly which was an added plus. Audrey's is popular and there is a wait at times. Our server was very friendly and made sure we had everything we ordered and needed when she brought our food. This is a great place to eat and the ambiance is happy and friendly!

Im a chef... Been here twice. Hair in my dates potato's the first time. Hair on my plate the 2nd time. Food is decent at best, hot meal. Came out pretty fast. Server was nice, Did not discount for us either time. Seen cooks walk into bathroom with gloves & apron on; phone up to ear. Also seen cooks out back with apron on & gloves still. Clearly not practicing cleanliness & high standards here in the foh or boh. Unfortunately, will not be back here a third time nor will i recommend to anyone.

We were in Lawrence near Ft Ben. We had never been to Cafe Audrey so decided to give it a try. It was a Sunday around 2pm. They are known for their breakfast but, given the time of day, we opted for lunch. The place is small but we had no problem getting a table, we were seated immediately. However, I can easily see how there could be a wait earlier in the day. If going for breakfast, go early. I got the Breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwich for $14.99. It was on a brioche bun with Mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onion. It came with a dill pickle spear and a side. I got the Harvest Slaw. The tenderloin was good. Don't get me wrong, I would order it again ... but next time (and we will return) I'm getting the chicken tenders. After we ordered, I read a review highly recommending them. The slaw was very good, it had apples. My wife got the Reuben for $13.99. It was corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, thousand island dressing and was served on marble rye. It also came with a pickle spear and side. She got onion rings. The Reuben was very good as well. We would order it again ... with one of us getting those chicken tenders. The main complaint is the mens room. It needed cleaning ... big time. Trash can was overflowing, toilet was dirty, and floor and mirror needed cleaning. I told my wife not to even attempt the ladies room. It may have been better... but we didn't want to risk it. I give it a 4 star for the food. As mentioned, we will return. I'll post an update on the rest rooms then.

Per the reviews, we got here early on a Sunday morning and that was definitely a smart move. By the time we were leaving there was a wait so unless you're a patient person, take heed! The breakfast was good and prices are very reasonable. I love the grab your on coffee concept plus they had some flavorings for coffee if you want to mix it up. Nothing on the menu really stood out to me when I was there so I went with a lighter option of avocado toast and slaw. Slaw for breakfast? Random but ok! It was good but nothing really wowed me flavor wise. Service was great so no complaints there and I would most definitely come back but for now the experience (more so the food) was just ok.

I'm a frequent breakfast and brunch gal, loyal to my favorites but always trying new places. This place used to be my favorite for all their gluten free options and coffee bar, even though I always thought some upgrades were pricey. It had been a couple months or so since we frequented due to personal things (saving money, health stuff). They have made some menu changes (fried potatoes, GF pancake was different). The waitress couldn't verify GF. Every preference or chance costed $3. I'm used to that for GF but not cheese or meat selection. Portion size was also small for the upgrades. A breakfast burrito smaller than your local Mexican place, with chorizo (a cheap meat), one pancake, an omelette that was missing cheese that I upgraded (but told it was mixed in), one slice of GF toast, and really bland potatoes was $50. Disappointing. I really hope they go back to their precious distributor and menu. Waitress was nice and pleasant. Coffee bar and atmosphere was the same (though the place was dead at 830).

Stopped by for breakfast while visiting the area. We walked in and waited to be seated for a few minutes but no one greeted us. The restaurant is very small and it was half empty. There were two servers walking around - one appeared to be refilling condiments or some other busy work - and they looked at us a few times but didn't wave or greet us in any way. Confused, I finally walked over and asked if we seat ourself and one of the waitstaff rudely told me she will seat us but she was busy. We left. The restaurant was not busy - it was almost 11 on a Thursday. Just saying "Hi, I'll be with you as soon as I can" would have been great. Leaving us wondering what's going on and then responding rudely when we finally asked was terrible customer service.

Cafe Audrey is a breakfast favorite of ours! The restaurant is small and stays busy so there may be a wait, but it's worth it. The service is always great and the food is delicious!

Cute little place at Fort Ben! Such a charming atmosphere. So relaxed and welcoming. Decided to meet a friend here for breakfast this morning. They were only a few people in the place at about eight. We had a great breakfast, the food was excellent. I had the pancake combo, which included eggs, sausage, and the pancakes. All of them were great. My friend had cinnamon roll pancakes, and he loved them. I am looking forward to coming back and having the eggnog French toast. The server mentioned that was her favorite and I like French toast. Prices were great and the service was excellent. She was very friendly and very helpful but let us have our space so that we could talk as well. Highly recommend

This is an appealing spot for Sunday brunch in Fort Harrison. It's a smaller place so you need to have your entire party before they seat you. They had great food and drink options for breakfast or lunch. I thought their most interesting food item was a soup flight. Our server was attentive. Thanks Courtney!!

Went for brunch. Usually there is a wait but we got right in We order mimosa's. My husband had the normal orange and I had pomegranate. Both were good. (They have a flite of 6-7 flavors in case you are interested) I ordered vegetable hash with eggs and my husband ordered French toast. We both enjoyed our meals Coffee is help yourself and they even have go cups so you take it with you Being at Ft Harrison is a big plus for Cafe Audrey. It is in an old fort building and has a unique atmosphere. I do notice that the seat I had was worn through so I kind of sat in a hole I also noticed the door beside the kitchen was filthy. I mentioned it to the hostess. She immediately cleaned it saying it is cleaned daily. I appreciated that she acted upon my comment. They seem to have limited space as the are stacking outside sign boards in front of the restrooms. These observations do not affect food or service they are just unsightly. We will go back as it is a great place for brunch.

Great little spot in Fort Ben. The small town vibes are present at this breakfast spot, it really is an inconspicuous place. The self serve coffee station is a big plus - great coffee but also plenty of options to add to the coffee, including syrups. My hash browns were perfect and my breakfast burrito was delicious. If you're looking for a quieter breakfast away from the noise, this is an excellent option.

We were told a pitcher of mimosas was 34$ and were charged 40.99 for it!! It was a cheap 10.99 bottle of fake champagne and a carafe of juice! Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered the half and half of would and half sandwich, got less than a scoop of chicken salad that didn't cover half the bread and the tinkiest cup of watery flavorless broccoli cheddar soup. I had to add so much salt and pepper just for some flavor. I've never had a bad meal there but this was awful! I'm not sure what changed!

Very solid 4 - happy to recommend and will definitely return. We happened to get there on the beautifulest :-) Saturday, mid-morning had a short pleasant wait outside for our table. Service was great and very friendly. Nice, small cafe ambiance - looks like they can accommodate at least 20 small parties. The food was good - a wee bit pricey but large portions and thoughtfully prepared. 3.5/5 - Special Pineapple Upside Down pancakes, tasty but not a light and fluffy texture 4/5 - Corned Beef Hash, huge portion, nice texture and flavor, biscuit was outstanding 4.5/5 - Smoking Joe Omelette with French Toast, omelette was super tasty and seasoned really well; french toast was a bit too sweet. Only disappointment was the self serve coffee bar - lots of choices but no full service option.

No sausage no coffee very disappointed. There was fighting in the kitchen . Everyone seemed like they were very unhappy working there. In response to the reply: You absolutely did run out of coffee. It was 2:40 and an employee came to my table and said " if you want coffee get it. I am taking the pot away." I tried to fill my cup and it was empty. I asked for more coffee and they said too bad. I also asked to speak the manager too but according to the server she was outside and she never came to my table.

Food came out timely and hot , quality was very good. I very much liked the coffee, it was freshly brewed and hot. Service was friendly yet professional. Ambiance was ok and could use some help!

Looking for a gilmore girls worthy cozy breakfast spot? Lawrence locals know and love Cafe Audrey and their menu is full of goodies. From savory to sweet, you're sure to find something you'll enjoy. The staff are attentive and good at making recommendations as well. You won't find better cinnamon pancakes than these in indy! They're topped with a sweet icing drizzle and cinnamon butter. The short stack (2 pancakes) was more than enough for one person and I would recommend splitting them with your brunch date so that you can try something savory too!

This restaurant is a cute little spot that is located right by Fort Ben Park. It has a decent sized parking lot that it shares with the restaurant behind it. Patrons can eat in the moderate dining area, outside in their small patio or at the bar. The place is very quaint and cozy. I was seated right away, which was nice. They serve breakfast and lunch there, operating on limited hours. They have a lunch and breakfast menu with all your diner favs. They also have a daily special. I ordered a BlT with fries. It did not take long for me to get my food compared to others. I would say it was about 10 minutes or so. The staff there was friendly. The service there was a little slower than normal, but I was there during a busy time and they only had a hostess and 2 other people working the floor. My sandwich was delicious. It was one of the best BLTs that I have had. The bacon was falling out of the sandwich, it was so much of it. I highly recommend the sandwich. The fries were nice and hot. They tasted fresh. This is a nice down home restaurant with some very delicious home cooking. I recommend giving this dinner a shot.

I arrived at 8:30 am and 2 cars were in the parking lot, by 9:15 am the restaurant was crowded and I understand why. There is convenient parking and the restaurant is small and family friendly. They also serve Mimosa's. I chose to eat healthy for once and they did not disappoint. My meal was very simple and good. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. I would recommend that you go early to get some of this good breakfast food.

In town for a quick family visit and tried this place for breakfast. Delicious and well priced. The service was good as well. I highly recommend if you're in the area.

Ate here on Friday morning with family, it's smallish but really great atmosphere! The waitress could not have been nicer and was very helpful with suggestions and explanations on the menu items. We had eggs, fried and scrambled, pancakes, hashbrowns, and toast, everything very tasty! It is a "little" pricey for breakfast, but we will definitely return!

I couldn't finish my plate but I wanted to keep going since it was so good. The servers were friendly as well. We're already planning to return.

While at Fort Benjamin Harrison if you're looking for great food come here. It's in a cute brick building like many of the other military buildings that are surrounding it. It has a 1950's diner vibe to it. I can see this being very popular during the mornings and weekends. It was so hot inside when we came last Wednesday though. I don't know why it was but oh my hot! Other than that the egg nog brioche french toast with the little warm maple syrup on the side and the Bloody Mary were very good! The bread for the french toast was so light and not dense. It also came with your choice of eggs and either turkey sausage, bacon or pork sausage. All of the food was delicious and if I lived closer I would frequent here. But, I will definitely be returning to the Indianapolis Salt Cave located on Fort Ben's property again. So, now we know where to eat after and it's close!

This is an excellent restaurant to enjoy great food and attentive service. I had the Banana foster French toast (YUM) and my hubby had an omelette (he really enjoyed it)! I highly recommend coming here. it's definitely worth checking out!

I should be ashamed of myself! I literally live nearby and am always here and have never stopped by! Today, I met a co worker for brunch and was amazed! Super cute spot right in the heart of Lawrence. I totally love the self serve coffee! You can have as much coffee as you want, whenever you want it! The cups are super cute. My meal was amazing and priced well! I will definitely be back!!!!!

In June I moved my office to Fort Ben, and quickly found this cozy cafe. Since then, I find myself eating here at least once a week, enjoying both breakfast and lunch. The cafe is small, with a seating area separated by bar with seating as well. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. It can get crowded during lunch but the service stays amazing. When you arrive you can get your own coffee. I love this. They have a different flavor each day but keep the standard dark roast. They also have rotating flavored syrups if you want to sweeten it up. My favorites for breakfast is the chicken fried steak and Audrey's hash. For lunch I highly recommend the tenderloin sandwich, the BLT, chicken salad, and potato soup. The Harvest Hash is in a class by itself, and I have ordered it as both an entree and as a side dish.

I was looking forward to trying this place, I have heard good things. Someone at the bar told us to have a seat anywhere We sat, we waited, eventually we were brought menus and coffee cups. Nice self serve coffee bar, were we supposed to know that find mugs there when we arrived? Not sure. It was not busy and there were two other servers. Once we ordered food came in a timely manner, fresh and well prepared. Both bathrooms were dirty, the one I went to had definitely not been cleaned for a while. Dirty seat and base of toilet, floor needed to be mopped. Will try again based on reputation and food quality. Will update then.

I've been temporarily working in the Fort Ben area, otherwise I would've had no reason to have heard of this cafe. I liked it and would like to go back. Before I even start, a heads up - like it or not, the place does not appear to have printed menus. You have to use your phone to pull it up from a QRS code on the table. I personally HATE that, and this visit showed why. I'm a reasonably intelligent person, and I opened the menu to a browser but was able to see only the breakfast menu. I never even saw a link for the lunch menu. I certainly missed it somehow, but my question would be, how? As I was leaving, he server started telling me about other stuff I should try on my return trip, and she was mentioning food I never saw on the menu. She commented that yeah, that's a problem a lot of customers encounter, navigating the menus online. WHAT???? Anyway, now on to the food. I had the Ranchero's Omelet, a tidy morsel that has chorizo, black beans, Monterey jack cheese, salsa and sour cream. I added a healthy amount of Buffalo Bob's hot sauce on there as well. I had it with home fried potatoes and an English muffin. They do not have grape jelly, which is very unsatisfactory for a cafe, but I digress - I lived with strawberry jam. Unsweeted iced tea to drink. I tip pretty heavy, so all told I think the check was around $22-23. Too much for lunch, but it was all filling enough I wasn't very hungry for dinner anyway. So the food was good, and the atmosphere was alright. It's not a very big restaurant, and it fills up pretty quickly at lunch, so it's crowded, it can get loud, and for me at least, the service dragged. I was there over 10 minutes before the server came to take a food order. Not good when you're on your lunch hour. I'd like to go back to see if things are a little better on a return visit. And the food really was tasty, so it was a good experience. I don't know first hand but the restaurant has the feel a real mom and pop kind of joint. Worth a second look, and maybe a third.

I don't know why it's taken me this long to have brunch at Audrey's. We arrived at 10 on Saturday and to my surprise we were seated within 5 minutes. I love the historic building they are in! I had the quiche with hashbrowns and a side salad. The quiche was good with a buttery crust and the hashbrowns were crispy. I loved the self service coffee station with options for flavoring and dairy.
