Cafe Bizou

What a gem, that will be missed! Thanks for wonderful food and experience for so many years! I loved my macadamia nut crusted halibut on top of mashed potatoes. Onion soup was very cheesy and oniony, indeed. I dipped my bread in the soup, and I just couldn't stop eating. I loved the pastas of all sorts. I loved 3 meat sampler plate. I loved the desserts, especially the apple torte and the basket. You will be missed, until we go to Agoura Hills! Adiu Bizou!

Celebrated a family members 18th birthday with 14 at the table. Atmosphere abounded, food presentation was superb, each dish perfect, waitstaff prompt and professional while being personable. An overall complete celebratory success.

We sat at the bar while we waited to be seated, it didn't take too long. We had an amazing server, Matthew who was super friendly and attentive. He brought us water and bread right away. I got the Berry Fig Salad and it was amazing (I love goat cheese)! My entree was the salmon and veggies which was really good but on the smaller side so I wouldn't suggest if you're starving but definitely good for a lighter meal. My friend got the filet mignon burger. We both split half and half with our entrees for variety and it was delicious! Overall we had a great experience.

Unfortunately, this Sherman Oaks location is closing tomorrow, 3/30/19. The food is delicious at a very fair price. The ambiance is exceptional, French country house inspired. I can't imagine it is the same at the Agoura location. Guess we'll have to see. The lobster bisque is exquisite with plenty of lobster throughout. Shrimp and lobster risotto is to die for. Trio meat dinner with three sides is tender and tasty. And then there's the flourless chocolate cake! Fairwell Cafe Bizou.

'm a big fan of Cafe Bizou. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and invited. The restaurant is really spacious and they have a few rooms with different lighting and vibes. If you're looking for sunshine, their patio right by the entrance is really lovely. If you're wanting something more moody and intimate, their main dining room is perfect for that too. We sat in the main dining room and opted for their DineLA lunch menu. For $20, its unbelievable that you can get three courses. I also love that they give you the option to swap out one of your DineLA courses for a glass of wine. For someone who doesn't like dessert, its the perfect way to still enjoy the "three courses". When it comes to value and delicious food, I really think there is zero competition to Cafe Bizou for a stellar DineLA menu! I got the Caesar Salad which came out in a light portion as an appetizer. It was refreshing, creamy, and the perfect way to start off the experience. For entree, I went with the Atlantic Salmon with a spice rub and veggies. I was so delighted to see that it came out on the coolest presentation and was so photogenic! I asked for the Salmon to be cooked medium and they cooked it perfectly. Very tender, nicely seasons, and the cut of salmon they delivered seriously melted in your mouth. The veggies were the perfect pairing for a delicious, yet healthy zero processed carbs lunch. The staff was very attentive and sweet, and the owner made sure to personally greet everyone and check mid-way to make sure they were enjoying their experience. I really love when restaurants care this much about your experience, always a good sign of place that takes pride in their food and ambiance. I will certainly be back, and highly recommend Cafe Bizou!

I'm not familiar with French food but everything on the menu looked American to me so it was easy to choose a meal. Nice environment and everyone was really nice. The risotto was delicious.

Been coming here for years. Good ambience and usually very good food. Coming during major holidays though like Valentines day is a bit chaotic and quality of food and service drops a bit which is why I give it only 4 stars.
