The 27 Best Restaurants in Huatulco, Oaxaca | Eater

"The family behind Casa Mayor are third-generation coffee producers and their plantation, Finca el Pacífico, was the first one in Oaxaca to be certified organic. The coffee here is as fresh as it gets — have a cup alongside house specialties like the Casa Mayor eggs: fried tortillas stuffed with Mexican-style eggs topped with beans, roasted chiles, and chorizo on top. At night the mood shifts with live music, cocktails, and a beautiful view of La Crucecita’s main square. [$-$$]" - Tirza Bonifazi

We had the Molletes con chorizo and Huevos rancheros. Both were good, but not outstanding as some of the other reviews suggest. There is unfortunately no dairy-free milk alternative available. Being on the second floor, the restaurant gets amazing breeze!

My favorite place in Huatulco for a quiet breakfast with a very good café latté. The place on patio gives you a nice view on the park and the market, to observe life going on. The staff people are nice and efficient. The place also has a nice nightlife with live musicians to a perfect evening. You must go!

Very friendly and atmospheric balcony restaurant overlooking the plaza. We had a delicious jug of fruit juice (very refreshing - not too sweet) and a plate of Chilaquiles (nachos?) with eggs and Mole Oaxaqueño (a spicy chocolatey onioney sauce) A little English spoken, and a helpful attitude made it go a long way.

Nice breakfast place with a variation of different Mexican breakfast dishes on the first floor right at the central square. Good coffee. Live music and different menu in the evenings. Prices are okay, staff is friendly.

Very cool spot to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Restaurants on the second floor and has a tree growing through it. Such a cool feature. Great views overlooking the zocalo. Good size portions with tasty Mexican flavours. Excellent burgers and burritos.

We stopped by this restaurant for a cup of local coffee and a bottle of beer. Conveniently located in the heart of town, the second-floor seating offered a great view of the area and the park. Alex was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu, as we’re not familiar with Spanish. He was kind and friendly, making the experience even better. We’ll definitely return next year!
