Café Click Review - Center City - Philadelphia - The Infatuation
"So those 10 three-day weekends this year destroyed your PTO and you can’t take that trip to Paris. Okay—JFK Boulevard isn’t exactly the Champs-Élysées but a meal at Cafe Click does its best to make up for it. Located in front of the Comcast Center, sit at any of their wicker bistro seats and split oysters, a smoked salmon tartine, and a warm crêpe topped with comté with the two friends that stayed in town. After a few sips of sparkling wine on their large patio, you’ll still wish you were in France, but at least you’ll be full." - Candis R. McLean

A great place in summer. Big outdoor terrace, quiet, good food and beer. Something you don't expect in essen city...

Little cafe with tables under old trees. Cozy place for a Sunday breakfast or a beer on a sunny afternoon. Friendly service, good food, even better coffee. With luck you can get a table without reservation, but on a sunny Sunday it may be better to call beforehand and make sure you get a table. Recommend the fresh mint tea, it's delicious.

Both guys are very friendly (althought they are busy), but the lady on the bar is not friendly AT ALL.
I think they have an opportunity to improve customer centricity there.
Training possibly needed to make her think "client goes 1st"
When i came alone, there were two options: an "ugly" table in the corner of the world vs 2 tables put together in a nice spot with enough space around.
So i preferred to separate 2 small tables, so 2 different clients could use it. Apart from that more options were available for bigger groups.
No way it was possible in the lady's mind and she did not even try to hide her aggressive dissatisfaction moving the tables twice while the client (me) were sitting there)
Good music and good food though.
I would call the ambiance as great for a breakfast if this lady changes her manner to treat customers
2)they do NOT accept Visa cards, it was a bit disappointing

Bad experience here! Well food, good bartender services but the have a trouble with their reader card, after 4 different credit and debit cards which weren’t enough, they didn’t accept PayPal or paytransfer and did me to go to the bank paying taxes for cash… one and no more times here!

It is a very nice cafe with many beverages to choose from. Very friendly staff. It is right in the city but it gives you a feeling like you are in a secluded place. Love that!
