Café Comunidad

Attractive, pleasant restaurant. We chose two high stools by the window, and couldn’t have been happier. We started with a latte and a decaf cappuccino, both generously sized. We split a superb, huge omelet rojo and didn’t eat for another 7 hours.

I wanted to love it. Great location, ideal vibe. Lots of co-workers here on their laptops, healthy options, kombucha!! But the service killed it for me. I had to get my own menu after ten minutes of waiting. (Poor baby, I know!!) I ordered a sandwich (baguette w veggies) which took almost 40 minutes and when it arrived it was so full with grilled veggies that the crispy baguette was soggy and I had to take off 75% of the veggies just to eat the thing. I’m not sure why it was presented like this - ruined a perfectly good baguette. It’s too bad, lots of potential at this cafe and if you don’t care about service in any kind of timely fashion then maybe this place is for you. But there’s literally dozens of other cafes within twenty steps that have probably figured out the whole service industry thing and how not to ruin a perfectly delicious baguette. Onwards!

The only frustrating thing about Cafe Communidad is…. It’s so hard making a decision! All of heir vegan options have been stellar and I’m always conflicted about trying someone new or something comforting. Not pictured but also delicious: the pozole, pizza, green salad, and hummus plate. Great cafe for digital nomads and the team is very nice, especially Leslie! Don’t forget to check out their back patio as well.

Delish for vegans and not. Fresh foods. We enjoyed the French toast and Mediterranean & green omelette. Coffee were yummy so was green juice. We had 7 in our party and there was a large table.

Nice restaurant that shines at night for dinner with the restaurant’s lighting and decor. We enjoyed our dinner including a tortilla soup, salad and pizza. Prices are reasonable and service was pretty good, but the attention to detail in the space made it a truly enjoyable experience stopping by. It seems to be American tourist friendly as well, plus it has vegan and vegetarian options

First and foremost, the food was terrific! Every dish we tried was prepared healthy and with great care and attention to detail. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was top-notch. The chefs are genuinely talented. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service we received throughout our meal was fantastic. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also worth mentioning. The ambiance is modern and stylish, creating a modish atmosphere that adds to the overall enjoyment of the meal. As mentioned earlier, we are staying on-site, and our experience has been flawless. The staff members have been accommodating in every way possible. In conclusion, we can confidently say that our experience has been exceptional thus far. We will be updating our review as our stay continues over the next couple of weeks. Thank you for providing such outstanding food, service, accommodations, and atmosphere!

Yes. A delight for the remote worker but also for anyone who loves a cute coffee shop with nice food and some dogs around. Music was chill, and the whole environment with the plants and trees around is just the best for focusing. Bathroom is decent and spacious. Would definitely come back.
