As someone who works in the F&B industry, I naturally pay attention to things like service, atmosphere, and how a café feels the moment I walk in. During my stay at the Fontainebleau, Cuto Café ended up being one of those places that genuinely left a good impression on me. The hotel does have a 24-hour café, but if you want a warm, enjoyable experience, I really recommend stopping by Cuto, which opens at 6:00 AM. Yes, it’s about 20% pricier compared to a typical Starbucks in Orange County, but honestly, the quality of the coffee, the vibe of the space, and the kindness of the staff more than make up for it. I visited right at opening time, and the café is located on the second floor. It has this small, French café charm that just makes you want to slow down for a moment. The staff were neat, friendly, and welcoming. Emerson Lee, in particular, stood out — not just because he was polite, but because his service felt genuinely thoughtful. He recommended the Banana Nut Bread Latte, and it was so good that I’d go back just for that. And one thing I really want to mention: Las Vegas attracts people from all over the world, nonstop, every single day. So it’s completely normal for hotel cafés to get extremely busy, and long lines aren’t the staff’s fault. From working in F&B myself, I know baristas and kitchen staff often don’t get paid as much as people would expect, yet they work incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly. So if you want to avoid long waits, I really suggest doing what I did — visit early in the morning. And if a staff member makes a small mistake, I hope we can all be a little more understanding. Travel is stressful enough; sometimes giving someone that extra bit of grace can make the experience better for everyone. If you’re looking for a peaceful start to your day, grab a seat outside with your coffee and let the morning settle in. It’s truly a lovely way to begin the day.

Google
Really beautiful coffee shop. Loved the coffee and the food was great. The sandwiches are a bit pricey for what you get, but it’s Las Vegas, so it’s expected. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Google
This was our favorite breakfast spot at the Fountainebleu Hotel! The beautiful, warm, and peaceful decor made us stop by here. The aromatic coffee smell was hypnotic! The food was excellently prepared, and the coffee was outstanding. We ordered the Bocon & Fried eggs breakfast every day for 3 days because it was so delicious and hit the spot. Our room service breakfast was $60 each for plain eggs and bacon, and our breakfast here was half that price! We also had a white Mocha latte and a Mocha latte. Both were yummy! My daughter also got an almond croissant one day and loved it. The service was friendly and fast. Seating is limited, and so we took our breakfast back up to our room to enjoy it. It was a great experience to start the day.

Google
This cafe was on the 2nd floor of the Fontainebleau. Lines were crazy starting around 9am every day. The pastries were delicious. There’s also a cafe on the 1st floor which was also super crowded. I wish they had “order online, pick up.” I hated the lines!

Google
This cafe is in the Fontainebleau hotel, second floor. It was hard to find if you were coming from another hotel/outside. The cafe was very beautiful, cute, and chic. Ordered a cappincino, Lavendar Bianca latte, a plain croissant, and two sandwiches. Those sandwiches were so good. It was fun to try those very expensive for once!

Google
I’ve been here a number of times and they are insanely slow. My goodness it takes so long to get simple stuff. It’s not unusual to stand in line for 30 minutes then still wait for ten or more minutes for your order.

Benjamín O.

Google
A small little cafe with a small but ok selection of sandwiches and pastries. I have to say the pastries were great! Yet the sandwiches were small and not impressive for the price you pay. I say for the convenience is fine but you can find better breakfast elsewhere in Vegas! But I would encourage you try the pastries! Service was on point!

Google
Oh, I fell in love with this place the minute I found them on Google. We had a late breakfast and I was bummed because I really wanted eggs and bacon and they had already stopped serving that sandwich. Well Fida (amazing employee) helped us out by having them fix us the bacon and egg sandwich! It was so good and I’m grateful! We also tried the ham and brie so the fig jam on a thyme biscuit. Oh my stars!!! One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The coffee was nice and strong (I can see why it gets good reviews) and their iced masala chai latte was just what I needed. Not too sweet, not too spicy. I would love to come back here again!

Yelp
Coffee shop on the second floor of the Fontainebleau - I stopped by this morning for a matcha latte ($10). Ambience and service was top notch, as was my matcha latte, which was well worth the exorbitant price (the Fontainebleau is a one key Michelin hotel, after all!). Happy to return.

Yelp
Nothing hits better than cappuccino in a ceramic cup. You're in the Fontainebleau. Drop the paper cup, slow down, and taste the difference. Seriously. Take 10 minutes and chill, even on the standing table inside. Chill, because you can. The tables and slots can wait. That hottie you saw at the pool entrance? They'll notice you more now with that newly acquired ceramic coffee look of "I took 10..... because I choose to. The world waits for ME." Great selection of pastries, with equally horrible selection of prices. I get it. Luxury. But this is just stupid. That's my only complaint. But the beverages are fairly priced for luxury, and the coffee quality is worth the 10 minute chill. Trust me. People will notice you chilling casually. They'll notice that you're in control, and secretly envy you.

Yelp
This place was a popular early morning spot. It's across from where the gym is on the second level of the hotel the Fontaine Bleu. They have a teeeny tiny salmon bagel for $16 and it's a slider. That was off putting but they had a delicious quiche Lorraine, that was a great size and my kids loved it. The coffee was good, but not memorable. The staff was professional but not super friendly. It's a super tiny spot and very easy to miss. There are just a few tables inside and outside to enjoy.

Yelp
TLDR: Super cute cafe in the Fontainebleau serving light sandwiches / salads / other items as well as drinks and pastries / desserts. Very small space and only a handful of high-top bar seats so treat them more of a grab and go spot. Breakfast sandwiches are tiny (slider size) but pastries and coffees are not! ------ 1. [MUST TRY] BLUEBERRY MUFFIN (5/5): I understand the hype. Imagine a blueberry muffin and super crunchy coffee cake had a child. This muffin is also sold at Chez Bon Bon and I had to get one more before my flight home because it was that good. 2. FLAT WHITE (5/5): Really tasty with almond milk. Around 6oz size so not as substantial as your typical cup of coffee. 3. QUICHE (4.5/5): Great quiche, and the most substantial breakfast food item by far. All the breakfast sandwiches look small and not-filling in comparison. Loved the sturdy, buttery crust on this as well as how tall the quiche slice was. 4. ALMOND CROISSANT (3.5/5): Crispy edges and has a nice almond flavor, albeit a little chemical-y tasting. Wish it was a tiny bit more airy too (was pretty flat and dense). Couldn't have more than a couple bites. ------ AMBIANCE / SERVICE: * Like everything in the Fontainebleau, it's so beautiful and well decorated. * Definitely a small space, and it's exacerbated by it being mostly enclosed rather than open. As a result, can get busy in there and so not the best place to eat a relaxed, peaceful breakfast. Try Vida or Chez Bon Bon for that. * However, this place is super convenient -- it's right by the guest elevators on the 2nd floor making it the perfect grab-and-go spot * Service is what you'd expect from a little quick cafe

Yelp
This is one cute coffee shop that is located in the Fontainebleau Hotel. It is very small but it has a great vibe to it. I have only had their coffee here and it was pretty tasty. I was surprised. If you are ever in this hotel and want a good place to go this is the spot. It does get crowded as the morning gets later and later. So go early.

Yelp
Super cute cafe but both our cappuccino and latte were lukewarm - such a let down! For the remainder of our stay in Fountainebleau, we got our caffeine fix at Chez Bon Bon on the first floor. They offered piping hot drinks and had a better pastry selection.
google avatar

Yelp
Love the jazz bar/lounge ambiance, pastries was adequate, good latte but hand drip coffee just ok, it offers similar items with Chez bon bon. Almond croissant was good, flaky & buttery, still a tat below B pattiserie, signature bowtie rasberry pastry just ok imo. I had to dig deep to find the small amount of rasberry filling. Almond tart was weird: loaded with apricot on top which was very sour, i barely tasted any almond inside Latte was adequate, my friend got hand drip coffee & found it subpar.

Yelp
French pastries and latte based drinks. This is located on the second floor closest to nowhere lounge. The girls here are always so sweet and they make my coffee quickly. I do ask for a pump less of sweetener when getting the lavender latte, it's a bit overboard. The canele here are huge, but the first ones I've seen in town. They are not the best but they do the trick.

Yelp
This place is adorable. Very girly with European vibes/music. My iced latte was very good. Would just say that the place would benefit from having more seating and that I'm still mind blown at how expensive a cup of coffee is these days in Vegas - $9! But the same applied at a Starbucks in the Hilton Resorts World so seems to be a trend in the area.

Yelp
Located in Fontainebleau, this cafe is a cute spot with coffee options and some small bites. I just got a matcha latte here and my friend got their chai latte. Both drinks were fine, but there wasn't anything special about it in particular. I thought that their matcha was just alright and wish it was a bit stronger. Overall, not a bad spot for some coffee, but there are better.
google avatar

Yelp
This review is for the coffee, but there are few pastries you can get as well. Got a cortado and a white mocha. Both were really good. The white mocha wasn't too sweet and the espresso was fresh. There's always quite a few people in line but it goes pretty fast. Like any other coffee shop you order at the counter and wait to the side. There's a few seating right out front but around the corner you can also sit and order there.
google avatar

Maricel J.

Yelp
Cute little cafe inside the fountainbleau, good coffee and delicious pastries. We got a croissant and a salmon pastry along with some drinks. Limited seatings.
google avatar

Yelp
I highly recommend this place for a light breakfast. Great coffee and overall service. Café is small and seating is limited. I recommend checking with staff on what exactly you're ordering for food. I've noticed the labels can sometimes be in the wrong place.

Yelp
The cutest lil coffee shop! I tried their Dubai Chocolate latte, sooo delicious. Also tried their cafe con leche, it was not sweet at all but still good.

Yelp
Long lines, in the mornings, both times I went, but they are so quick and efficient in getting orders out. I was impressed. Tried the quiche Loraine and the bacon, egg and cheese brioche sandwich. Pricey for how tiny the brioche was, but tasted great. Quiche pie was huge and delicious! Worth it! Have them heat it "well done". The middle of my quiche was still cold, but loved it anyway. Coffee prices are reasonable and well made. Wish they had coconut milk as a milk alternative, but that was my only complaint. Almond milk and oat milk substitutes tasted fine. Enjoyed my stay. I'll be back!

Yelp
I do love a good espresso served in a proper espresso cup and saucer with a competent croissant. The prices are high, but not as crazy as the rest of this luxurious hotel. The service is, well there isn't a simple answer to this. The individual women who took my order, made my coffee, served and charged me (I visited at least once and sometimes twice a day my whole stay) were excellent. But there were always a bunch more workers than the one who helped me, and they weren't doing anything that I could see. It was surprising that when the whole rest of the city is short on service staff this little café schedules a platoon of workers but I only ever saw one working at a time. The net result was that I did get good service, but it didn't feel like it since there were more idle workers not working. Anyway, try the espresso.

Yelp
Super cute place I had to stop in for a quick pick me up. Excited upon first sight. It was so pink and foo foo. Right up a fantasy dream. They do serve breakfast and lunch. Don't remember if there is a dinner option. Some cute desserts in the display case as well. Has the Lavanda Bianca which is lavender with white chocolate espresso. Perfect for an afternoon to walk around with. Wasn't too sweet. The Tomato Mozzarella Chiabata was sooo good. Would definitely get again. The bread was nice and soft. This isn't really a spot for sitting and resting. There are only four seats there probably meant to just wait for your order. Definitely worth a check out.

Yelp
Fancy little coffee shop with great coffee, pastries and small sandwiches. The tiramisu and the gianduja hazelnut cake were excellent.
google avatar

Idan D.

Yelp
Closest thing to authentic Italian coffee you will find in Vegas! This place is beautifully modeled, and the coffee is extremely strong! Using real machines that will make you the perfect cup, I cannot complain about anything! The staff was extremely nice and even brought out the dessert for us as well. If you're in the area, or visiting the new fountainbleau hotel, this is a must. The best part too, is that it's open pretty late (finally because Vegas has been lacking late night coffee spots). Both the coffee are excellent and I had the hazelnut dessert which was extremely rich and delicious!
google avatar

Yoli L.

Yelp
such a cute lowkey spot. a bit on the pricier side, as expected as it's technically on the strip, but their pastries are yummy!
google avatar

Yelp
Nice café inside Fontaine Blue hotel. Good selection of pastries and coffees. I got the mocha latte which was made just right and delicious. The barista was really nice and made my latte pretty fast. Prices were good.

Yelp
Cafe Cuto has a beautiful space, adorned with interesting art, jazz music, and a comfortable feel with couches all over. The cappuccino with oat milk I ordered was delicious and the almond croissant was to die for!

Yelp
I really want to give this cafe more stars but hopefully on my next visit I can upgrade the number. We Stopped at Cafe Cuto inside the Fountainebleau hotel for a little treat and coffee. This cafe is a European bakery with a nostalgic taste of Italian cafe culture at their counter. They have a thoughtful collection of pastries and sandwiches and make a mean cup of coffee. I enjoyed a large pistachio macaroon with fresh raspberries and a cafe mocha and they were both outstanding. The decor is beautiful, bright chandeliers and marble detailing throughout, a soft peach hue adorning the walls and excellent lighting makes for a dreamy set to enjoy a little treat. My only feedback is the service, I did not feel that the staff had much interest in us, they were preoccupied chitchatting, I did not get a napkin with my order nor was I guide to where they were. I also asked for a cup of water and was told no. they only sell bottle water (which I don't drink out of plastic bottle water) so I opted out, and was a bit disappointed honestly. I think perhaps it's "just recently opened" growing pains. I was there the second week they opened. I hope they worked out the kinks because I want to give them another try as the coffee was absolutely outstanding.

Justin H.

Yelp
Hello fellow foodies! -Coffee hit the spot. - Grilled ham and cheese was really good - Chill vibe, comfy seats - Staff was nice, just took a bit to get our order - Kinda pricey, but that's just how it is here - Would I come back? Probably not, but it was a good one-time stop!
google avatar

Yelp
Super cute pink themed cafe located on the second level! I loved the aesthetic. The coffee was good. The highlight here is the princess cake! Fluffy and a great flavor. I'm definitely gonna come back just for the cake!
google avatar

Yelp
Cute little coffee and French pastry shop located on the 2nd floor, near the guest elevators of the Fontainbleau. Coffee drinks and breakfast items were delicious. Supersized Macaron was also a nice treat! Definitely recommend
google avatar

Yelp
Nice place to stop by and grab a fresh coffee. Coffee was okay I've had better but the highlight of this place is there cinnamon crumble blueberry muffin it is out of this world. Try it do not bypass this item.

Yelp
Cafe Cuto is a boutique cafe in the new FontaineBleu Hotel, Las Vegas. You can expect to be in a very busy environment at this cafe as lines are usually long and it is well-staffed. Unfortunately this amount of workers doesn't necessarily translate to great service. The person at the register charged me for an extra drink. Then, the barista skipped my order. Despite the poor service, the coffee here is good. It exceeded my expectations, but nothing crazy. On the other hand the food seems like a scam ($14 for a ciabatta roll sandwich sized like a slider) when there's La Fontaine nearby which will serve you breakfast/lunch at a similar price.

Anthony M.

Yelp
The cashier gentleman with a nose ring was extremely rude. After asking for an almond croissant heated up, he gave me a cold croissant after microwaving it for 10 seconds. After returning and saying my croissant was cold, he said he couldn't reheat it up. I insisted that I asked for a toasted croissant so he took my bag and chucked it in the trash violently. Proceeded to warm a new croissant for the same 10 seconds and gave me a new one without saying anything. It's a simple request when paying for a croissant to ask for it heated up. And the attitude given was extremely unprofessional. Frankly this gentleman should not be working at FB.

Yelp
Best cinnamon roll I may have ever had, well made cappuccino, friendly and attentive staff, and great ambiance with relaxing but upbeat music (listening to Frank) at the perfect morning volume, so many chairs and spots of hangout, decor is lovely and chill. Great morning chill spot.
google avatar

Yelp
10/10 aesthetics, what all my pink dreams are made of! dropped by for an afternoon pick me up after the gym and the coffee were superb. seating is limited inside with bar stools and outside with a few tables. it was never too busy so seating was easy to find. we were only there for drinks but i did notice a couple's meal was served on actual serve ware so that was nice to see, as opposed to to-go containers. love cafe cuto, the coffee was actually way better than we had at la fontaine across the way.
google avatar

Michael N.

Yelp
Affordable and delicious bakery! The Macaroon isn't too sweet and has a great balance of tartyness and sweetness!

Yelp
FOOD + COFFEE: I ordered the matcha latte and the breakfast sandwich here. The breakfast sandwich (served on a brioche bun) was a little too cheesy for my taste and the egg was slightly underdone - but it was honestly still pretty tasty. I'm a big fan of brioche buns - so that probably helped! AMBIANCE: Small coffee shop located on the second floor of the new Fontainebleau. Very cute but small with not much seating - it's more of a grab and go kind of place. Line gets long sometimes but it moves quickly.
google avatar

Karen C.

Yelp
We were 3rd in line and it took 30 minutes. Seriously! Coffee is medium roast. Very good if you like that. I hope they speed up because really painstakingly slow.

Derick F.

Yelp
Great food and service. Wonderful atmosphere. Definitely recommend. AAAAAAAAAAAA AAAA

Yelp
Pretty cafe with a variety of pastries/baked gooods for a affordable price especially inside a casino hotel!!Unfortuately their coffee ( we order 3 times since we got a hotel credit ) is not as hot ‍
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful establishment. Croissants were excellent. They need to update there pictures because they changed the ham and cheese sandwich to one not as appetizing. Still good but, i asked for extra toasted/hot and they did not comply. Sandwich was cold inside. Still a nice place. I would go back.

Rayshon L.

Yelp
When an establishment has outstanding food and beverages complemented by 5 Star service, it creates the perfect environment and dining experience. I recommend any and all to stop by and give Cafe Cuto a try...you're welcome in advance.

Jay J.

Yelp
Cafe Cuto is quite a beautiful surprise. Quant, colorful what a special experience. Our Barista was well informed enjoyed how she explained the blue jasmine tea, there was a artistic performance while preparing the tra.

Yelp
Great coffee and customer service! The decor of the restaurant is really nice too, and the food looks amazing
