Not a great experience.. the place seems ok nothing to brag about!!! I have been to better places but wanted to see what’s the hype about .. and a total disappointment !! Not only did they charge me up front but they took the gratuity at an 18.0 % smh 🤦‍♀️.: I got a ham n cheese pennine with a cranberry mimosas and my mom had a avocado pennine and a strawberry ice matcha .. deff not worth my money !!! She gave us lays potato chips lol 😂 come on !!! Would I come back here ??? Heck no.. for what I spend I gladly would spend it at a place with better quality

This is a lovely little Cafe. I took my family here and we all liked it a lot. Every drink we got was delicious and fancy as could be. Great for a lunch date or a daddy daughter date. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the prices are good too! Thanks Cafe de Flores! We will be coming back!

Such an amazing café! We were welcomed with warm, friendly vibes and seated right away. The décor is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly kind. I ordered the cheesecake crêpes with the cotton candy magic strawberry milk — everything was delicious!

The cafe looks absolutely gorgeous on Instagram, making you want to go there immediately. When we arrived, it didn't look very nice from the outside, and when we went inside, we weren't really impressed either! A bit of a mixed bag!It's too much from everything,the pink flowers and teddy bears are very cute, but Beauty and the Beast doesn't fit the concept at all! And all the other unnecessary stuff on the Table and in the Cafe either,too much from everything! We didn't like it. The drinks were nice, the designer coffee was cold, the iced bear caramel latte was delicious, and the ice cube bear was super cute,the crepe was tasty.

Went with a group of 8 women & everyone was very pleased with their drinks & food. It offers very unique menu from the pink teddy bear strawberry latte, the various crepes, salads & paninis.

We came to Café de Flores with a group of 8 at 11 AM and didn’t leave until 1 PM. We paid over $350 upfront for a so-called VIP experience we were forced to choose and it was a joke. We were sat at a dirty, sticky table we had to clean ourselves, then ignored for an hour and a half. When the food finally showed up, it all came at once. No drinks, no salads first, and two plates missing. The salad was stale, the chicken crepe came with Lays chips, and the pizza crepe had cold, unmelted cheese. The only edible thing was the Nutella crepe. Service was awful, the food was gross, and the “VIP” was a scam. Was it cute? Yes. Is it worth your time and money? NO! Save your money go to the Bellagio or make crepes at home.

One of my new favorite breakfast places in Vegas. Our waitress was very friendly and served our food hot and correct. The restaurant is clean. We will definitely go back.

Perfect place for some Instagram photos!! Ordered an iced coffee and Nutella crepes. The people working there were very nice and let us know we can take pictures anywhere!

Came here for the first time with my niece and noticed immediately the hospitality was lacking as the guy up front was rude.. So my immediate impression was that I did not feel welcome, maybe because I wasn't dressed nicely? Either way, I feel like you should treat everyone the same who comes into your establishment. I was going to get it to go, but my niece wanted to sit down, so we went up to order, and for two crêpes and a small cappuccino it was $42, because they add a 18% gratuity ($6 just to eat there) which I don't believe is right because they don't even come to the table to take your order, you order at the counter and they just drop off your food that's it. A 10-15% grat would be more understandable, but even that, with the crêpes around $15-$16, and the fact that they just drop the food off at the table and are not your servers, it feels as though the 18% grat is just a money grab at that point. I don't thinks that's good for business or getting locals, but then again, maybe that's why there was only one other table with 2 people on a holiday weekend. Crepes were dry, but looked pretty. My cup that they served my cappuccino in was dirty, with a big black smudge right at the rim. Considering all of this I would not go here again; you can't have bad service, not great crepes and serve people in dirty dishes but charge 18% grat on top of already overpriced items.

We came here for my daughter's birthday and she said that it was her best day ever. Great pink and flower experience. The food was excellent too. Highly recommended

My friend and I went as soon as the opened on a week day. This is a small cafe. Decorations were cute. When we first arrived a gentleman was cleaning behind the counter. He didn't hear when I walked in so I waited for a bit. He was a bit harsh when speaking. There were 2 ladies that arrived & were the ones taking orders & cooking. They were very nice. The food was good. Like I said we went early on a week day so it was not busy but I'm sure it gets super busy on the weekends. Be aware that there is an automatic 13% gratuity added on the bill & you order at the counter & then it's brought to you.

Came here while they still have there christmas holiday decor first week of January. The decor was very festive in PINK! Soo adorable. We got seated fast and ordered in the cashier area then they deliver your food after you pay. We got our drinks and look at that cute teddy bear. They don't melt fast. Ordered the avocado toast. Wish they have more toppings in it. It was a bit salty but finished it anyway. The crepe on the other hand is 9/10. It's just sooo good and not too sweet. Will come back to try other food and drinks on their menu.

Pretty in PINK!!! Cafe de Flores is adorable!!! At Christmas time, this place transfroms itself! Upon entering after being greeted by the larger than life Santa outside in a light pink suit, you are transported to a PINK Christmas wonderland!! The Christmas music was playing and the vibe was festive and charming! You order at the counter and your food is brought to you! An automatic 18% gratuity is added and the menu is extensive for both drinks and food! The presentation of everything is so adorable that they even have a category of "instagrammable" drinks! Not only do the food and drinks look cute, but they taste good too! Be sure to come ready to take lots of pics and eat the cutest looking food and drinks!! I will definitely have to come again and try more of their food and drinks...and take more pretty in pink pics!! :)

Took my niece who was visiting here from CA! It was perfect so darling & whimsical! We had such fun looking at the cuteness everywhere we turned, it made us feel so light hearted with huge smiles the whole time there! The crepe & drinks we ordered were immensely delightful like dusted with happiness & love! It's now my to go place to take family & friends! Gratefulness for the hard work put into this absolutely cute corner in our beautiful city

Came by on our way to heading home. We only got drinks and the same one at that. The indoor decor is beautiful and fun. The drinks were refreshing and cute! There was a table that ordered food which looked delicious for a brunch setting meal. We really just wanted to do a quick visit and try the ice bear lemonade drink. The person working might have been the owner but she didn't introduce her self as such but she was sweet and served us great for the short visit me and my girls did that day. Great place to bring friends and family

The ambience and food is amazing. The crepes are so delicious that we wanted to order some to go. Our daughter loved the food presentation and drinks. Definitely recommend

Beautiful cafe with plenty of places to take your Instagram worthy pics. The food was pretty basic but pricey. I paid $20 for a smoked salmon crepe. I did enjoy my strawberry milk and cotton candy espresso drink. It was very fun and interactive . The one thing that was a deterrent from me coming back was, the automatic 18% gratuity charge to dine in, no matter the size of your party. It was just My sister and I.

the decor is cute. Very instagramable. the designer latte: , there was too much cinnamon used so the words did not come out clear and cute. I got designer latte with white chocolate but honestly all I tasted was just milk and cinnamon. The iced chai was just milk and a splash of chai The white chocolate latte was basically milk...where is the coffee and white chocolate taste??!! On top of that, they charged 18% for dining in which I think is very unreasonable given 1) the person taking my order wasn't very personable 2) the only service we had was here making the drinks and bringing it to the table. I would absolutely understand 18% standard service fee if it was a restaurant. The only thing saving today's visit was the sweet dreams crepes. The quality of the drinks and price did not match. The aesthetics was NOT worth the price. Now i get why it was empty on a sat morning.

I really wanted to LOVE THIS PLACE! :( it's so cute and very instagramable... very appealing to the eye.... But i was so disappointed. We arrive and we were seated almost immediately. You look at the menu and when you're ready to order, you order at the counter. Not a big deal. But it took 15 mins for us to place an order. I totally understand being short staffed but two people running a place... was a lot. We finally ordered. We didn't get our drinks for another 20 mins. Our food for another 20. Again, two people running an establishment is a lot.... Our drinks were not it... i got a taro milk tea.. tasted like nothing but milk. The latte was definitely only picture worthy. We also ordered a pesto panini and a tropical crepe--both also were underwhelming. I'm so sad it wasn't all that. Plus an 18% is charged automatically for dinning in... which... i felt was not reasonable as the service didn't meet great expectations. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say perhaps their staff called off and they're short staffed hence the service and quality... i hope they make changes cause it truly has so much potential

Overpriced Instagram Spot This claustrophobic overpriced gimmick needs to focus on food and not hanging flowers all over this dumpy spot. They throw an automatic 18% gratuity onto a counter service place! Their tap water tastes like it came out of the tepid dishwasher sink and half the spring mix salad they threw on my toast was rotten. Keep your ice bears--focus on keeping the quality up on your food & make gratuity something *I* get to choose. You're in a Wal Mart shopping center--not the Strip.

What a cute spot. I dance hula in the area and follow them on IG, and I finally had a chance to visit. What a surprise to visit on their 3rd anniversary. They also changed their name. Service was ok, but the young lady stood out more. I ordered an Instagrammables- Rose Bear Champagne. The rim had a lot of sugar, and it was extremely sweet. My friend had a mimosa. We ordered the Prosciutto Toast. It came with 2 slices, so we shared the dish since we were going elsewhere for more brunch dining. The toast was delicious. Overall, I'd return again. It's such a beautiful restaurant.

The inside of this restaurant is so pretty ! The food was good it is a little pricey . The customer service was a 6/10 the cashier seemed kind of annoyed when she was taking the order . It did take my food over 15 minutes to come out and my drink was warm . But I did enjoy how beautiful it was inside

It's was a nice time with friends and the service was good. I would recommend being there early because it does get busy. But everywhere you look they have put their touch.

Will not go back. Food was overpriced and not the quality that was expected. They also charged me an 18% service fee without mentioning and I tipped on top of that, making the overall tip $23.32. Not acceptable and I anticipate them losing more business from this.

Really cute and pink spot. The food was great, however, the drinks were sub par. There is no reason a latte should be $8 with one shot of espresso or an americano that's hot should be cheaper than an iced one when it's the same. I'd recommend the place for food but not the drink and even for a to go order as they add do automatically charge 18% for dine in with a seating time limit and you have to go to the counter to place your order.

Food is okay, cute place to take pics. The texture of the crepe is thicker than I prefer. There is an automatic 18% gratuity added. Save some 3% when paying cash. Glad we tried but prolly not going back. We have lots of really great brunch places in town with quality food and drinks.

The customer service was HORRIBLE! Sonia Lopez, our server, did her best to make Cafe de Flores a terrible experience for us. Perhaps the doctor told her she has only 3 weeks left to live, or perhaps the manager told her she has 3 only hours left to clean the restroom. But she definitely needs Customer Service training. My wife entered the restaraunt about 10 feet ahead of me and asked for the restroom, Sonia Lopez responded (insultingly) that it is for customers only. I was surprised because we are an older, comfortably retired couple who matched the vibe of the cafe, and my wife is a Latina. And we were the only customers. When I ordered our food , the total seemed high. She seemed irrational when I asked her for an itemized bill. Sonia Lopez had attached an 18% SERVICE FEE to our order. AN 18% SERVICE FÈE ! ! ! I should have canceled it, but my wife wanted crepes. Sonia Lopez brought the coffee with one single serving milk packet that was half the typical restaraunt size. When I asked her to please bring 6 more, she stared at me with a contorted face like I was crazy. Then I went way out on a limb and asked her to bring two packets of sweetener, as well. She tossed the milk packets on the table and walked away. My wife and I eat out often, and we always treat the restaurant staff with respect and courtesy. We expect the same in return - especially after an 18% SERVICE FEE ! ! !

What a gem! This unassuming little spot turned out to be one of my favorite places in Las Vegas. The owner was incredibly sweet! The croffle, which is hard to find, was exceptional. The strawberry latte was one of the best I've ever had, especially with the added cotton candy--simply perfect! The Kinder Bueno crepe was also delicious. Try this place as soon as you can!

I love it here! The name change always throws me for a whirl, but other than that, it's amazing. I've seen them grow over the last couple of years, and it's been great to watch. They've stepped out of their comfort zone and added multiple items to the menu, including all-day mimosas at an affordable price. Their crepes are still the best in the Las Vegas area, and it's definitely worth calling ahead, making reservations, or even waiting to be seated to enjoy the ambiance and picture perfect backdrops. Personally, I've loved getting to know the owner and their family. It always strikes me when a business owner takes the time to know their clients and build a sense of community and camaraderie with them. My family and I will be lifelong customers. Give it a try--you will not be disappointed.

First - DO NOT believe everything you see on social media with this place. Sure, the overload of pink and kitschy decor is fun and esthetically pleasing at first but wait until you step inside. An auto-gratuity of 18% is included whether you pay cash or card which is insane because it's counter service and there's no real "serving" that deserves a tip. It's the same thing you'd get at any other coffee shop except it would be optional. This was my 3rd time there and the employees are also not very friendly or accommodating. It's been dead the previous 2 times but they still told me I had to sit at specific tables, even after I mentioned a friend being pregnant and a larger table would be more comfortable, they didn't care. I also observed the owner telling a mother that her child couldn't bring in her juice cup because of the "no outside food or drink" policy. It was a child, c'mon. Also - please see the photo of their water pitcher with this review that had a layer of dust/dirt floating around in it. So, it's unrealistic to expect people to not have their water bottles if they can't get clean water here. My biggest gripe is - it's just dirty. The seats are stained and crusty. The walls being covered in plastic flowers are covered in dust. There was Nutella on the back wall where they stored it. Again, the public water, gross. The crepes are ok but took 30 minutes to receive once ordered. The drinks were honestly terrible each time. My friends got hot chocolate and it was basically lightly flavored milk. We also witnessed another table with a mimosa tower and they complained because it didn't have any champagne...for $100 I'd be complaining too. The color was straight orange but they swore 3 bottles of champagne were in it. Once they re-made it, the color was more aligned with that of a mimosa but again, for that price point, they shouldn't have had to complain. I'm all about supporting local businesses and do so regularly but Cafe De Flores wont be getting any more of my hard earned money. STOP charging customers an auto-gratuity and clean the place up. Super sad seeing as I wanted to bring my niece for Christmas but I'll be going to Cafe Lola down the street instead!

The place is so cute. The crepes are good as well especially when it's warm. My friends ordered the chicken pesto panini, one did not have enough chicken in it and one has all the chicken. They said it tasted like the canned chicken. It also took a while to get our order when it wasn't busy. The drinks were so cute. I ordered the white chocolate latte. The bear on top of the drink was ice. Beware that they charge 3.xx% for card transactions. I would come back for the fresh crepes and ambience.

Upon my surprise I found Cafe De Flores and was greeted by the owners while presented with a magical holiday wonderland treat my cappuccino in a Santa mug. Surrounded by pink delights bring your sweet tooth CDF is a hidden gem that needs to be in the limelight of Las Vegas locals. Once the word gets out about this place I'm sure many will follow. The owners vision is something to cherish. Thank you for a happy experience with just one cup of joe.

Don't bother coming to this place! It is absolutely a disappointment in every way. The food is NOT good. I came here thinking the crepes would be good to try since they've got such a variety BUT it was a total disappointment from the first greeting of the staff to the food to the service. My friends and I were so disgusted by the drinks that tasted like they added bleach to the soggy food that came out like it's been stale for days. I usually don't write bad reviews but this place was certainly not worth trying.

The cafe is very nicely decorated but unfortunately the service was not satisfactory. My boyfriend and I came here for the first time today. There is an automatic 18% service fee on top of already expensive food. I spent $65 on two crepes, a sandwich, and a latte. They gave us another table's food and did not give us the food we originally asked for as we had already taken a bite out of the other table's food not realizing it was different from what we ordered. The latte was mediocre but the Reese's crepe and ham panini were very good. The pizza crepe did not have much flavor and tasted a little burnt. When I went to go ask for some boxes, the workers had a confrontational attitude towards me. Overall, I think the restaurant has some potential but customer service needs to be improved and the 18% service fee needs to be lowered or gotten rid of entirely. I did not have a pleasant experience and do not expect to return. For those who plan to go, make sure to check that what you receive is what you ordered and order the ham sandwich. It is delicious

Stopped in to check this place out. I wanted a cute coffee and some breakfast before I start my day. It did not disappoint. I ordered the designer latte and pink hummus avocado to go. Both were very well presented and tasted fresh.

Hot Mess Instagram worthy places have evolved in Las Vegas (and Henderson). In addition to aesthetically pleasing decor quality food and beverages should be the standard. The food, drinks and overall experience was subpar. The sporadic foul sewer like smell that appeared, disappeared and re-appeared throughout my visit was uninviting. The temperature was poorly regulated. My guest and I went from comfortable to hot without notice. As a result my table and another table were fanning ourselves off and on to keep cool. My friends and I tried a bunch of sugary drinks with no razzle dazzle whatsoever. Terrible super sweet "potion" beverage with shimmer was 0/10. The pink high heel beverage with cotton candy 0/10. "Instagram-able" Affogato espresso was not enjoyable. My crepe was decent and wallet friendly but not worth a re-visit.

I was so excited to try this place after seeing a video a friend of mine posted. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with "orders are only for takeout right now". No hello, no welcome, not even a smile. It was a half an hour before closing and we had no intention of staying. Just ordering drinks to-go and get a feel of the place for another visit when we had more time. After that rude encounter, we decided on one drink only, the Butterfly Taro that seemed to be so popular in the reviews. We were told they didn't have it but they had taro, so taro it was. Save your $7.99 plus tax. It tasted like iced milk with a splash of taro, the tiniest splash of taro. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but his one had to be left.

Overall this was a terrible experience. I paid $70 for two homemade sandwiches either lays on the side and a mimosa that tasted just like cranberry juice with a average mocha white chocolate coffee. This place is just meant for ig pictures and the food is just not it. This place screams scam.

This would have been our 2nd visit. On Saturday, we chose to pop-in with friends for a late lunch. We were very disappointed with the customer service we received. The young clerk wanted to sit us by the door. The place is tiny and we didn't want to be seated practically on top of the door (awkward spot). There were only 2 other tables taken with customers. I asked about the VIP section. They preferred reservation's to have the package deal ready (understandable). We didn't care about the package. We only wanted to sit there to order and eat. (This place has an 18% standard fee.) The manager (dark hair, older woman) pointed to another spot for us and there was no hospitality in her tone, no smile in her service. The way she tossed the menus didn't feel friendly. If leaving the your VIP section empty was that important she could have smiled, came around the counter, walked to the table, place the menus, silverware and made us feel welcomed. The issue would have been over. You had a party of 4 ready to spend money, no one sitting in your VIP seating, and your place wasn't busy. What good is an empty VIP area to make money without customers or reservations at that time? She preferred to lose money and future customers. You might want to reassess your priorities when it comes to customer service, flexibility, policy and growing your business. We won't be back.

We seen this place on TikTok my wife and daughter wanted to try it . We got 3 drinks and 2 paninis total came out to $62. I thought it was pretty expensive for what it is. So I asked for a receipt they automatically put at 18% service fee. I feel like that's not right especially because they don't come to your table and serve you. Drinks were ok too much ice. Food was good. I feel we as customers tip based on service.

Are we here for the food or the instagram worthy photoshoot?!! The place is super cute and instagram worthy for pictures but the food and coffee is horrible. I would honestly come back for a photoshoot and order like a bottle of water than eat the food here. The food here is like elementary school cafeteria. It's inedible. Their chicken panini is horrible. The turkey crepe only had like one slice of cold cut turkey. Luckily we didn't get good poisoning from this place since it has 3 violations already with the health district. Come for a photoshoot but do not come to eat. You'll thank me later.

Is it pretty? Yes. Did we wait over an hour for two sandwiches? Also yes. Expensive as heck too. If you're going to go, go for the drinks, not the food or you'll be waiting FOREVER!!!!!! It still took almost 40 minutes to get two lemonades and a hot cocoa. For almost $80 for 2 sandwiches, 2 lemonades and one hot cocoa, I expected a whole lot more. Disappointed.

Love this place !!! Good food , little bit slow service !! But supper friendly stuff!!! Definitely be coming back !!!
