Café del Jardín

Mostly positives but a couple of negatives. Positives: the environment is beautiful. It's a garden cafe, with lots of nice spots to sit and enjoy a relaxing time. The cake was delicious, and the savoury food looked good too. Especially if you visit the museum, you should stop here afterwards. Negatives: I waited a long time to be served, which was frustrating, and their best coffee (single origin filter) was only available for groups (1 litre chemex). It's frustrating when cafés don't cater for individuals. You can provide Aeropress or V60 as well as Chemex, so that individuals can enjoy the best coffee. The espresso coffee was quite bland.

This is a cafe that is attached to the Romanticism Museum. Loved their lemon cake and the garden view is quite relaxing on a summer day.

Beautiful location but slow service , overall great experience! Would recommend just order from the bar rather than waiting to be served. Nice cakes as well

Absolutely must see in Madrid, the place is great. Sadly the garden was closed due to renovation works on roof despite this the place is very nice and worth visit.

Restaurante / Cafetería situada en pleno centro. Muy cerca del metro Tribunal. Para acceder, debes entrar en el Museo Romántico del que no puedo opinar porque no he entrado. Es un sitio muy mono (y romántico) estilo Downton Abbey ;-) Como veréis en las fotos hay gran variedad de tartas aunque nosotros desayunamos tostadas con pan con tomate; con pan artesanal y estaban muy buenas!! El servicio correcto; me avisaron que había dos mesas por delante a las que atender y se agradece la sinceridad. También se puede comer; creo que el menú cuesta 12€ aprox. Precio medio (5 desayunos:18€)

Un paraíso en el centro de Madrid, con fuente ⛲️ y todo! Desayunar en su terraza-jardín ha sido el regalo de cumple de dos detallistas amigos. Disfruté de un sábado súper especial. El café ESPECTACULAR, servido por Luis (el del moño). Su trato exquisito. Trasmite lo mucho que le gusta su trabajo. Me atrevo a asegurar que me ha preparado los mejores cortados de mi vida (pedí uno detrás de otro). ¿El secreto? ¿El café de Colombia cultivado a 1.600 m de altitud o la experiencia del barista? Pasad por Café del Jardín y me contáis ☕️

La cafetería del Museo del Romanticismo es uno de los mejores sitios para disfrutar de un buen café y unas tartas espectaculares. Es muy tranquilo y si está abierto el jardín, ya no se puede pedir más. El acceso es libre desde la calle por la misma entrada del museo. Visita obligada para los que como a mí, me vuelven loco las tartas.

This cafe is a great sanctuary in the city. Attached to the museum da romanticismo and is the perfect stop for your morning coffee. It has an indoor and limited seating area in a courtyard garden with a tranquil water fountain. Great for intimate coffee break .
