Café do Paço, hidden on one of Lisbon’s central 7 hills, is a small, very classic and cosy restaurant with good old fashioned decoration and friendly service.
They have several red wines ready at cold temperature and keep the kitchen open to late, so you can dine after the theatre.
We were a group of 8 for a long dinner with croquetes, deliciously spicy balchão de camarão, tender bitoques, carne de porco e camarão, 5 bottles of white duas quintas/red casa de santar, mouse and ice creams, waters, whiskeys and coffees for €45/person, which is well worth it.
