Beautiful, quiet, old-school restaurant. Simple, delicious food. Fantastic wines. Perfect table service. We had such a relaxed, enjoyable evening here and will definitely be back.

I had a great dining experience here. I have come a few times and it never disappoints! Its menu is simple, but good. The steaks are amazing, amongst the best in town, and the croquettes are out of this world. The service is very attentive and friendly and the atmosphere and decoration is great. So, if you are a meat lover (or not), you should definitely give this place a try!

Very intimate restaurant with great interiors and AMAZING service! Menu is limited but everything we tried was prepared and served with so much attention! Great food, wine and overall experience.

I had the best experience here!! You have to eat here - authentic Portuguese dishes, really unique ambience and lovely waitstaff. Marcia was my waiter, he made my dining experience here so special. He gave me perfect recommendations and offered assistance in understanding the menu when he noticed I had to google dishes and definitions! He was just so lovely and helpful and professional. I had the bacalhau àu brás and it was wonderful! For dessert I had the encharcada and was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed it! I highly recommend these dishes and starting off with one or two meat croquettes is a must. I was lucky to get a walk in seat which isn’t very common so take that into consideration when planning on dining here. The ambience was so cool, all red velvet seating, mirrored walls, crisp white tablecloths, beautiful and clean bathrooms and cute little bar. Very cozy place and feels extra special since you have to ring a doorbell to get in. 10/10 recommend.

Every bite was totally delicious. Super old school vibe with the interior, service, and menu. Steaks were 10/10. Definitely will be back

Café do Paço, hidden on one of Lisbon’s central 7 hills, is a small, very classic and cosy restaurant with good old fashioned decoration and friendly service. They have several red wines ready at cold temperature and keep the kitchen open to late, so you can dine after the theatre. We were a group of 8 for a long dinner with croquetes, deliciously spicy balchão de camarão, tender bitoques, carne de porco e camarão, 5 bottles of white duas quintas/red casa de santar, mouse and ice creams, waters, whiskeys and coffees for €45/person, which is well worth it.

Best steak in Lisbon. Tender meat and perfect sauce, great service. Fancy interior. I’ll recommend to everyone. My new favorite restaurant.

We had amazing steaks, wine and dessert as well. So very satisfied with service and atmosphere. I will definitely come back when I’m in town(and I don’t re-visit place often!)

Let me start off by saying I highly recommend this place. We first arrived a little before 7 (their opening time) to which they graciously let us in. Even though we didn't have a reservation they managed to squeeze us in. From there the service was just fantastic. They spoke excellent English and gave us amazing recommendations. I recommend the sirloin steak,the "original" cocktail, the fresh goat cheese, and chocolate mousse with port wine. The setting was also gorgeous. Please visit this place and enjoy yourself a wonderful meal.

Stumbled upon this place while in Sintra. It was simple, but a good little find. Plus they gave me a HUGE pour of wine so bonus points for that. I sat by the window and people watched while enjoying my wine and a cheese and proschutto sandwich. There are so many touristy places in Sintra I'd recommend this place.
