To start with, I honestly don’t understand how this bar still has such a high rating and regular customers. The place is dirty, the toilet even worse, the service is slow, the food needs serious improvement, and the cocktails are watered down. Since I wasn’t happy with the service, and as is my right, I refused to pay the 10% service charge. I shouldn’t have been questioned about my decision, should I? But I was, and in a very rude and sarcastic manner by the waiter. Apparently, this isn’t the first time it’s happened (judging by previous reviews). Besides all the obvious improvements needed, the staff urgently need proper training on how to deal with customers!
