Cafe Express

I love this breakfast and they have great ice tea selections, coffee too! It's clean and you can seat inside or outside under a arbor. Staff are friendly and food fresh also freshly made to order too!! Delicious! 😋👍

Good place for a quick bite. Service at this location was great. Friendly staff . Prices are decent. Food has a good quality. Perfect spot for eating with kids or grabbing a quick lunch during the week. The menu hasn't change that much for a while. Some improvements have been made and the old staples from the menu are still around.

Well, haven't been here in a while so I decided to try it out again. I was very hungry so I went for a medium blue cheese and bacon burger and a side of fries. The total bill including a drink came to $15 but that was to be expected. The condiment bar is one of my favorite features of the place as it includes fresh, sliced jalapenos, garlic in oil and sun dried tomatoes that you can add to any dish. HOWEVER, the burger I got had a sort of off flavor to it and NO, it wasn't the blue cheese. To add to that, my burger came out done and not medium as I had requested. No thin pink line and dry as heck. I started to regret my decision when not but a few blocks away was Smash burger. My mouth waters just thinking about it! This was a totally lackluster experience and reinforces my opinion that Cafe Express isn't that much better for the price. The service was good, however, they never followed up with me as they came by cleaning and bussing. Very disappointed! Go somewhere else if you want a burger!

I really enjoyed the fresh menu items they had to offer, especially their harvest salad and sweet potato fries (since I struggle with an autoimmune disease, these foods are not only perfect and safe for me to eat, but also delicious). I'm honestly surprised this place currently only has a 3.5 overall rating... service was friendly, place was very open and clean, food was great (nice proportions too) and the ambiance was very fresh. I had a great time there with my friends and would definitely go again!

THE FOOD HERE IS FANTASTIC! The people are great!!! The manager I had the pleasure of talking to, Martha M, was friendly and informative when I had questions about the food they served and she even made a recommendation for me. The Salmon with Mashed potatoes and veggies was delicious! WILL COME BACK! If you go there ask for this wonderful person! ALL RESTAURANTS should have a manager like Martha!

BEST CATERING IN DALLAS! If you ever need catering for ANY size meeting, event, party, etc. contact Michael, the catering manager at this Cafe Express. He makes catering so simple, and enjoyable! The options are great, and my coworkers are always satisfied. The food is always fresh, on time (normally early - EVEN BETTER), and delicious. I never have to worry when I order from Cafe Express. PS: don't miss out on their pesto pasta salad, you will love it!

Not very happy with my experience here today. I (along with about 5-8) others waited over 40 minutes for our food. Unfortunately, the wait was not worth it. Fruit was warm, sandwich bread was soggy, and there was little bacon in my turkey club. I felt bad for the cashiers - they were taking the fall for the food line. Short staffed, maybe? Sadly, the combination of slow service and bland food earns this a one star from me.

Great cafe with a wide selection of breakfasts and lunches. Both make I are here were tasty and of good proportions. Large enough to accommodate big groups but somehow able to keep the volume down. Has a wonderful little outdoor area that is shaded for those sunny days.
