Café Fiesta

Our waitress Ariana was amazing! It’s sad to say we observed and heard her fellow employees say real unkind things of her! Meanness should never be allowed in a work place! We are local residents and casino workers so we understand coffee shop food! This was definitely that type of food! Not the really the best! My steak however was made perfectly, I was really impressed! The eggs rightly done too! My kids finished their foods, didn’t enjoy hers!

We live in the area and frequent this casino every so often. We have eaten at Café Fiesta and the food is fairly good but the service is terrible. Over the last few months it has deteriorated to the point that there is no service and nobody seems to care. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. We were there on New Year’s Day and it was not busy. Someone took our order but then dropped out of sight. Where is management? We finally left after waiting an extended period of time and decided never, ever to return. All I can say is that when my clients who are moving in from out of town ask me where to go and where to avoid I definitely will tell them not to go to Café Fiesta under any circumstances. There are too many good restaurants in the Henderson area.

Food not bad decent prices. It's not super busy like IHOP so quick on and out.

This review does not have one star because of the slow service like many reviews on here... even though we watched many employees walk past us like we weren't even there, despite being 1 of only 3 tables with people at them. We were having a great Christmas and didn't mind the extra wait. Until our food finally came and we were happily eating our burgers and fries, when I reach next to my plate for my napkin, and THERE WAS A ROACH. A big, aggressive roach.. that didn't even care that I was eating there, or that we had been laughing and joking in a well lit restaurant, it pretty much said "F You, these are MY napkin crumbs now." I immediately jumped out of our booth, horrified, and gagging. It wasn't long before the manager came over, and he offered for us to move to another table. Umm... no thanks. We don't want ANY food out of here. Ever.

Let's start off with it was my first time here. But I had a bad experience here. Whatever you do if you come here DO NOT DO NOT sit with Arianna aka Ari. She's super unprofessional not to mention she's aggressive HORRIBLE server. I might say Ana (server) and the manager so professional and kind. The food is good but the server Arianna HORRIBLE. She seriously has some anger issues never seen an employee act as aggressive as her.

We eat here often when we stay at Fiesta Henderson. We stayed in mid October and were enjoying a breakfast special when the word came down that this restaurant was number 1 in all of the Station Casinos franchise. We were not surprised! The cooks came in number 2 and they were number 1 in our opinion!

Food will get you VERY sick! Absolutely disgusting! Spilt a nachos with my boyfriend, next day too sick to even move! It has been 3 days and we are still sick! This place seems gross and of course a nice case of food poisoning came from there! Go anywhere but here!!!

Waited 45 mins for a to go order. A family went in, ordered, ate, and left, and we still waited 10-15 mins after them. Food was less than average. I would have been more understanding if the restaurant was busy or the food was excellent but they weren't.
