The food is delicious and beautifully presented. Just make sure you triple check prices up-front before ordering, as they are often unlisted or listed incorrectly, which may lead to a nasty surprise when you eventually go to pay.

The waiter allowed me to sit with a laptop for an hour or so, but in 20 min lady administrator approached to me and was very rude, just basically kicked me out, because it's busy time and I have no right to sit there with a laptop. So why the waiter allowed me to sit and gave wi fi password, and administrator kicked me after all? That's very inappropriate behavior of people giving service 😡

My puppy and I visited cafe Frank for a quick brekkie, and we were greeted by friendly staff, and even doggie biscuits for my puppy! Food was fresh, yummy, and arrived fast. We can’t wait to try out their lunch menu next.

I am a regular customer - had an online meeting there to have lunch afterwards - meeting carried on for longer than expected - moved from one table outside to corner table outside on my own accord to make space for potential customers - was asked to leave the second table as I am costing the manager money and qoute " You only had one cuppachino".....qoute " I will be happy to lose you as a customers because you are costing me money" - there were avaliable empty tables outside as well as inside for any customers to be seated and have lunch - terrible customers service and left a very bad taste in my mouth - this was also done infront of all the other customers..... terrible experience 😪 never to return
