Great little shop on the square in Crown Point! The prices are great and the staff was very nice! We love the community events that they take part of.

I really like Cafe Fresco! I'm new to visiting Crown point and this is the very first establishment I stopped in . I immediately got a feel for this cozy friendly town just by stopping in here. They were so friendly and warm, that every time I go to Crown point this is the first place I stop in. Their coffee drinks are awesome! Customer service is superb! Atmosphere is wonderful right in the heart of the square. And to top it off today was mother's Day and they handed me a free coffee that did make my day! Thankful for this charming little mom and pop coffee house!

I moved recently to CP and can’t stop going to Cafe Fresco! Love the coffee flight and service!!!! All of the coffee and tea options are delicious!!

First time coming was fine smoothies were good and service was nice the second time we came the service was normal but they took a really long time making one smoothie and once brought out it was extremely crunchy filled with ice chunks not even close to being blended all the way nor was the smoothie filled all the way, no reason to why it took so long was given to us either. After given to us the employee began to eat the rest of the smoothie that was left in the blender. was rather disappointed my girlfriend and I liked coming to this place.

Been there twice now. Both times enjoyed our bevvies. Brooke was working when we went today and she was very attentive and helpful with explaining offerings. She also recommended a little place for lunch we'd never been to that is also exceptional. Cozy atmosphere. A++ would recommend!

Extremely good coffee. Rachel helped me create the perfect carmel Latte and was extremely nice in the process. This is my new go to spot for coffee in Crown Point. Cheers.

I’ve been frequenting cafe fresco since they opened. Bree is a fantastic person and does so much good for the community! The coffee and teas are fabulous! Atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Plus they include inspirational quotes on their hot beverages. Stop by and pay them a visit!

I absolutely LOVE Cafe Fresco. When I walk in I am always greeted by a kind and caring barista. Great little cafe! And just so you all know they now have 32 oz Bubble Tea! And they even allow pets!

I stumbled apon this quaint little joint stumbling around the beautiful downtown of Crownpoint, Indiana. As I enter I am immediately with laughs and smiles. I ordered the Elvis latte iced extra large and was shocked by how delicious it was at such a bargain. I must recommend this spot to ANYONE planing a day in 219.

This is our second time here and not that our first time was bad by any means; today was just by far an amazing experience. Brooke was the woman working today and she was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. We learned they have a rewards program, which we definitely signed up for and let us know about their coffee flights, which we were not informed about the previous time. Brooke also let us know about some great restaurants around for lunch and was overall friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back to this cozy Cafe and thanks to Brooke, we look forward to it. 10/10 recommend

I have always wanted to stop by this place on my summer walks. Owner Breanne Zolfo doesn't open her shop until 7am and I'm usually on my return walk. Today I made an exception and what a surprise I got. I sat outside with my dog Zeke, not knowing that friendly dogs are allowed inside (and they aren't required to drink coffee!). I ordered my usual cappuccino with hazelnut and stayed outside with Zeke, enjoying the sights and sounds of downtown Crown Point. My coffee was flavored with just the right amount of hazelnut and sweetness. I googled Ms Zolfo and found out she made national news for the goodness she spreads. Inspirational words are written on each coffee sleeve and she encourages people to spread it forward. She had a steady stream of customers while I was there. Most order their coffee to go. I chatted with her during a pause in customers and she revealed that she was hit hard during the covid pandemic and just recently re-opened the dining area, although she still hasn't brought back her food menu. The back wall is now full of cards and letters from customers who have thanked her for helping them. The little coffee shop truly is an uplifting place to start one's day.

Such a cute little spot... The owner is young and so sweet. The atmosphere is pretty hip... Can I say hip? I feel weird saying hip... #shrug The coffee is tasty.

The service is good- coffee was ok. They have food "sometimes." This place could be much cuter than it is- needs a little TLC. The owner needs to spruce up and clean up that bathroom. If the staff wasn't so friendly I would have walked out and went next door.

Such an adorable little place in the square to grab coffee or frozen yogurt. My mom and I came into this location when it first opened, I think in 2014/2015, and I've been going with my friends ever since. I love it! Window seating is such a plus too!

Just ok. The workers are kinda aloof and the drinks not that great. I'm only giving 5 stars because of the message this establishment puts forth.

Our trip into the Cafe was to purchase a gift certificate for a friend. We were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The aroma of coffee filled the air with delight! The day that we stopped in there was a pop up sale going on. The venders were polite and selling interesting wares. I definitely plan on going back to sample some of the coffee. I am confident that our gift recipient will be happy with his gift. In all I am comfortable in giving a this establishment a 5 star rating. Something I don't often do.

Love!!!! Lil and I went in for the first time a month and a half ago... I had happened to be stopped at the red light days before and saw the front window advertising crepes on the weekend. Lil loves crepes- seemed the perfect time to try. Twice a week, without fail- I have been back for the Nutella Latte. Sometimes iced, sometimes hot (both are delicious!) and taken a pastry a time or two. The service is exceptional! Tips are donated to a local charity and they are a very giving company! So- run down: 1: Local= good 2: good coffee= awake human= good 3: great customer service= you should try!

Best coffee around Crown Point. They take it seriously, and it shows. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Great place to spend time with family/friends, or to get some work done.

I have stopped in a few times and have enjoyed everything for the bubble tea to their coffee and lattes. I am a huge fan of Intelligentsia. Every time I have stopped in it is relatively quiet, but the people are very nice. What would make this review 5 stars would be a few more options on the menu and a few healthy breakfast/snack options.

Pour over coffee with Intelligentsia beans always a great choice and usually indicative of a nice cafe - that was certainly the case today. And my wife loved her iced mocha with almond milk. Cute place with beautiful view of Lake County Courthouse. We didn't hang around for breakfast that isn't served until 8:30 am. The owner is very friendly and enjoyed watching her rapport with her customers.

I just wanted to say that it reeled of overly strong coffee(a scent I cannot stand) and it it has more hipster quality than Starbucks.

Love the people, really love the new colors and lay-out (much cozier), love the drinks, and think I'll love the food that's coming soon :) My favorite drink is the Froyoccino! (espresso with frozen yogurt--similar to a frap, but better!) If you're looking for a new spot, this is probably it!

Nutella latte is what dreams are made of in coffee. They treat everybody so nice and gave my daughter a free sprinkle donut which is the key to her heart. What a great place to have in Crown Point.

Will no longer be giving this business money after a couple of times having bad customer service. I can't think of any other place that charges 50 cents to have no ice in your drink. Sign on the door says happy hour ends at 3, order drinks and about to pay when rude employee tells me they have just changed it "today". Well aren't you supposed to put a sign outside or something? The employee disrespected my mom about for the third time now and he is very rude. I never forced him to apply for a position working here. Just really upset on the way my mother and I were treated.

Friendly staff! Some of the best chai tea I have ever had. The food is awesome also. Just moved here from Denver and needed to find a good coffee shop. Found it!

Worst place to come with intentions of studying. Employees, although kind, should not even be paid to work because they barely did that. Had multiple friends in the shop and were talking so loud that I could not study at all. Very mad that I wasted my time driving there just to pack up and leave. Some kind of management needs to be present in order to have the employees do something other than hang with their friends.

I am a fan of local business, but I hate compromising quality to buy local. I tried several different coffee shops before finding Cafe Fresco. I was pleasantly surprised that they serve Intelligentsia, and the drinks are consistently good. Starbucks is no longer my daily stop, and I may lose my gold card status soon... Matt, Breanne, and the other girls are great, and I am happy this is a daily stop now!

They have the best Bubble Tea! My combo is Earl Grey with pomegranate boba's. It is heaven!

Nice cafe. Has a good selection of cold and warm drinks. Only complaint is the consistency, the quality varies depending on what person is making your drink. Quality control standards need to be set for all employees.

Kacie was so nice and and made some cute designs for our lattes. Staff was friendly and definitely my favorite coffee spot in the Square! Best service!!!

I saw the "Intelligenstia Coffee" sign on the window today and decided to stop in to give this place a try. The girl working there was so friendly. We had some nice conversation as I watched her make my cup of Ethiopian Intelligenstia coffee using a ceramic Hario coffee dripper. Of course the beans were ground immediately before too. The coffee was fantastic. Got my wife a bubble tea while there too, which she loved. Cute/cozy place to grab a nice coffee or tea and have a pastry on the Crown Point square. I'm a fan and will be back. They sell Intelligenstia beans too (about $15 for a 12 oz bag) which are sort of difficult to find here in NW Indiana.
