The traditional egg coffee as intended. Almost every cafe has their own version, some making it more of a dessert, some more a drink, some optimizing for appearance, others put more milk, less, there are myriad variations. Could do with less cigarette smoke, but many of the other patrons smoked. Even with a large fan blowing the smoke out, some of it came in. Not sure if anything can be done about that. Nevertheless, had a good time here.

Good fine coffee and quick service. Prices are reasonable, too. Thr portion is quite small for coffee. We tried their hot egg coffee, and we enjoyed it. The ambiance and surroundings could be challenging for some as it's not always clean.

The coffee is really delicious and cheap so we got 2 each and having the son of the founder tell us the history of the cafe is really cool. Hope more tourist can dine and experience sir’s hospitality To add to this, just remembering this small shop filled with stories on how cafe Giang started, I hope many people can visit and hear their story while enjoying the freshly made drinks. What makes them special is they use all 3 types of coffee beans (arabica, robusta and liberica) which they sell at 40VND, best value for money indeed. 💯

Had my first Egg coffee for breakfast here. The place is a typical street cafe with low seating chairs. The taste was good (a bit sweet though), the service is speedy and the price affordable (30k). Nothing really negative, definitely good value for price.

My favorite cafe in Hanoi. Indoors but still feels airy and open thanks to the layout, plants, and natural light. Tried egg beer which at first I thought was a tourist gimmick - ended up being hella yummy. Try it!! Really cute decor with wood, cream, and plant vibes. For actual dishes, only for the coffee and egg coffee which these guys are pros at. Imo great spot to catch up with a friend or go on a first date. Energetic, lively, and warm environment.
