"The original branch of this Korean-Italian fusion spot is in Buena Park, a miniature Ktown where, as of the 2020 Census, 21.7% of the population is Korean. Kimchi pasta - like their kimchi carbonara ddukbokki pasta - and Korean-style pasta in general, have been a huge thing in Korea for a long time, where no one is afraid to do unspeakable things to traditional bolognese and puttanesca. There’s no reverence here, where a Korean thin-crust pizza comes bearing gifts of spicy pork, caramelized kimchi, and jalapeños. Plus, you’re given free chips and salsa as soon as you walk in, which might make you think you’ve arrived at the wrong restaurant, but I’m still a fan. If you’re especially hungry, order the deep-fried stuffed squid, which I like to think of as the turducken of the sea, since it’s packed with vermicelli, veggies, and tofu." - dakota kim

The food is PHENOMENAL. I was slightly afraid to try it for the first time because it's "fusion." But make no mistake, this food is 🔥. There's nothing like that, Ramen. I'm not kidding. And those little sandwiches were great.

Literally everything is amazing, but my personal favorites include the *Kimchi Bacon Fries* and *Spicy Pork Kimchi Nachos*. The portions are extremely generous. The slaw absolutely makes the experience. Lots of beautiful art by the owner, Mimi and the music selection is modern but tasteful.

The portion size here is huge and great for sharing. There is a great selection of food varieties. The pricing is fair considering how much food you get. We enjoyed the huge selection alcohol choices and they even had icing soju which is amazing.

Nice small Korean restaurant. Unique fusion dishes available. Had Korean kimichi pasta which was very good. Tate's better than most fusion restaurants. Price is on the higher side but relatively fair

Cafe Gunul 2 offers a diverse approach to Korean food. There are a lot of intense flavors that go into their food that compliment each other well. Furthermore the waiters are very friendly and helpful, and the store is highly decorated with amazing artwork.

I had their fried chicken here and it is very very good. I would come back for the chicken as it is really good as they say. The dressing though on the cabbage it comes with is not good. Actually the dressing is pretty bad if you ask me. Next time no dressing or some other dressing on side. Prices here are reasonable

was craving mentaiko pasta, Its not bad, but not creamy. More like a dry spicy style. I remembered their kimchi pasta and fried rice is prrtty good

This restaurant offers various of Korean wine snacks. Open until 1 or 2 am so we go there to pick up our late dinners. Love the paintings on the walls.
