Finally, Cafe Hagen is landed in Bellevue! Even though it’s located in a business building, it was packed on the weekend. Parking is free on weekends, transit center is across the street. Cafe Hagen has unique set of menus that you can’t find in Seattle, we got to try them and it was not disappointing! Huge seating across the first floor, perfect for working or studying. Little booth seats on the north of the cafe is great for taking zoom calls for your meetings. Service was great; been visiting couple times now and they are welcoming and social. Going to food and coffee, I love ❤️ their various selection of beans!! Too good that I order a different latte and a pour-over🔥

I've been having lunches at Cafe Hagen for a few months now. It's a pretty calm and clean place. I'd like to share my reviews of the bar seat experience and their cocktail menus. The lady who makes cocktails is amazing. Her menus have amazing stories behind it as well as drinks taste fantastic and well-balanced. The only downsizing is that the parking doesn't cover 2-hour reimbursement, as it says in the garage.

Impressive pastries, comfortable open seating layout, and friendly staff. I went in expecting the cruffin to just be a prettier version of a croissant but WOW was I wrong. Crispy, flaky edges, fluffy on the inside, filled with custard that wasn't too sweet. Altogether it's really something special. Tried that and the pear danish, which was also very yummy.

My family loves to come here for a delicious brunch, or just to sip coffee and chat. The whole menu is delicious, their desserts always hit the spot. Everyone is so friendly, well maintained and clean. Worth coming here!

This is a fantastic spot! We tried the seasonal Banana Foster and their signature Kabenhavn Latte—both were amazing with unique flavors that really stood out. The croissant was delicious as well, though it would have been better if they warmed it up since it was quite cold. The cafe has plenty of seating, which is great for relaxing or working. Only downside was the line; it got long because there was only one person at the register. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely come back!

So happy this opened! Downtown Bellevue has been in a good coffee drought, especially on the weekends, so it’s refreshing to finally get something new. The coffee is delicious and they have a varied selection of beans, including natural single origins. I also tried their pastries and they tasted super fresh and authentic and I learned they are made in-house. The place itself is gorgeous—it's inside the Symetra building which just underwent a large renovation and the lobby is beautiful with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Went back during the weekend to try brunch and it was delicious. The line to order took a while, but the food came out quickly and right to the table after we ordered.

Great service, super clean and vibey, tons of seating, tons delicious pastry and food options. I usually like a more smooth chocolaty americano, their beans are more fruity and acidic, not a super fan of that. But I will totally come here to work and get some nice pastries and food and a some sort latte. (The milk would even out the flavor)
