My dear friend brought me here for my birthday lunch, and I was immediately impressed by how beautifully the café is designed — every detail was thoughtfully done. We ordered the truffle fries and the Cobb salad, and both were absolutely delicious. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from Michelle. She was professional, warm, and genuinely thoughtful. She overheard my friend mentioning to the maître d’ that it was my birthday, and to my surprise, she brought out some delicious macarons with a candle! That small but heartfelt gesture made my day and truly elevated the entire experience. I hope the management recognizes how fortunate they are to have such a dedicated and professional person on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We came for a birthday brunch and brought our own cake, but we were charged $5 for each piece we cut to eat. On top of that, we requested twice to have the table cleaned before the cake arrived, yet they still placed it on a dirty table. You’d think that if they’re charging for cutting the cake, they’d at least ensure the table is properly set for it, but they didn’t pay attention to that & the beef tartar made us sick , I should’ve have eat in since even the color was almost grey . But service was good and it’s nice spot

An upscale café nestled among luxury brand boutiques, spacious and elegant. The food was delicious, and the service was flawless from the coat check-in to the food serving. Our waitress, Jacky, stood out with her attentiveness and courteousness, always smiling as she spoke. The Americano coffee, while decent, fell short of my expectations. It lacked the richness needed to satisfy my caffeine cravings. When Jacky brought my second Americano, she misplaced the spoon on the wrong side of the cup and immediately apologized for the oversight, even though I hadn't noticed it myself. The overall experience was delightful, making it a place worth visiting.

Disappointing high tea experience. Bought $76 tickets in advance for the Jone Malone high tea experience, unfortunately it was the most disappointing and low budget tea experience. The service was unorganized and inattentive to details. For example we were only given water at the end of our meal after we asked for it. The experience was just underwhelming for Holt Ogilvy. Basic tea cups, The tea kettle was chipped, the tea offered was bag tea and not loose tea. The sugar was in sachets and not cubed. The tower of bites was low vibrational. For the prices they charge, I expected a much higher level of quality and service. I would not recommend high tea at Cafe Holt to anyone.

The service and atmosphere here were honestly fantastic — the staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and the space itself is beautiful and inviting. Unfortunately, the food was a big disappointment. The dishes we ordered were bland, overcooked, and lacked the fresh, vibrant flavors we were expecting. Nothing really stood out, and it felt like little care went into the preparation. It’s a shame because the team and the vibe deserve better food to match. Hopefully the kitchen improves, because everything else about this place was great.

Cafe Holt is one of my go-to-place. I love the ambiance, its luxurious without breaking the pocket. Service is excellent and food is always great! Each time, I cant resist to order for their Holt Burger!

Came in with no reservation. Amazing service, great food and clean place.

First burger was totally cold. Our waiter disappeared for 20mins. After she came back, we ask her to redo it. It was okay. The steak. Please don't order it. The drink was good! Loved it!
