My wife found this place on a whim and we fell in love from the moment we pulled in the driveway. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming. The food and coffee were exceptional. The fire smoked sausages is a MUST HAVE. To top it off, the desserts are all baked in house with a Portugués/South African inspiration. Michael made us carajillo to top off the morning. Whether you are local or just passing through, come try this fun little spot!

The food was incredible for sure will return. They have fresh in house deserts and even better gluten free options. Has WiFi which is excellent if you have to work on a computer.

Hidden jam in Sandy springs!! It is such a cozy cafe where they have all brunch menu and dessert pastries and coffee. First of all, the service is amazing. Every staffs were friendly and nice. Special thanks to Cayle who was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He explained about menu and food so you can make the best decision. Must check out Chef's Special Dessert (available daily) and today was special peppermint crisp South Africa fusion dessert. I ordered Bom Bom cafe, Nutella Surprise, and Truffle Parmesan Baked Potatoes. Everything was delicious and I had a lot of fun hanging out at the cozy cafe! we ate already and came for dessert but I definitely want to come back for brunch or lunch menu!

Came across this place by happenstance. The man who made coffee was very cool and kind to accommodate my odd request (bon bon special made like a latte). Tasted exactly like a strong Vietnamese coffee :) big fan. He also put a cute heart on my cup 💙 Really brightened my mood. The atmosphere and aesthetic are lovely and relaxing. Wishing the best for this cafe—there is also a nice outdoor patio and parking lot.

This is the go to spot my husband and I have found right here in Sandy Springs that never fails to deliver! The environment is awesome, menu is healthy and delicious, and the range of beverages great. Also draws a great diverse crowd!

Google
Went here after being a little skeptical based on the reviews. I’m a new mom and I needed a place, outside of home, where I could work for a few hours uninterrupted. The seating was comfortable. It has just enough coffee shop ambiance to focus on work, but not feel alone. The staff was welcoming. The barista knew the menu and picked out an infused cbd tea that would work for me. It was amazing. I even grabbed an infused tea and a slice of lemon loaf to go for my bf. This place made me feel energized, organized, and comfortable. Def coming back

Google
I loved the atmosphere, the environment, the service, and the nature! Aesthetically, this place was a win for me. The server was so kind to us as well. The food and tea that I got tasted fine but were not better than what I would make at home (eggs, bacon, toast, avocado, tomato), and the tea was not as concentrated as I prefer. It was also $27 (after 20% tip) for the tea and breakfast plate. My friends thought their food was okay but would have been better warmed because their sandwiches were more assembly than cooking. Overall, it was a vibe, but I probably wouldn’t get food here again.

Google
Found this absolute GEM by chance and am so glad I did. The ambiance (inside and out) was fantastic! The Owners and the chef were wonderful. The food was ridiculously delicious (Caprese) as was the Sage tea I ordered. I could spend every day here. If you are considering getting work done at Starbucks-DON'T. Cafe I AM is the best around and has the best vibe. You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
What an excellent service and food they have. We came there , they prepared for closing. But they let us ordered and gave us at least one hour to enjoy the coffee and cakes. The vibe was so nice, cozy with most white interior. They have some nice instragramable place for take pictures. Will come again!

Yelp
Can't believe I've not heard of this place. It's a pretty cool South African cafe. Amazing vibes, indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff and amazing food, bakery items and coffees. We were in the neighborhood and wanted to grab some coffee. This location showed up in Yelp and we decided to try it. Parking was easy and the staff greeted us right away. There was a cricket match going on so we decided to join a few others to watch the match till the end. We got their speciality coffee - which was the bomb! Can't remember all the ingredients but definitely a must have! We also got the breakfast panini, caprese panini and a cappuccino plus a lemon bar on the way out. What a fantastic cafe, off the beaten path, and a must try for anyone in the area!!

Yelp
Really cute & welcoming Cafe. I went to go pick up food for lunch to eat at the office but the music & environment was so calming & relaxing I ended up eating my lunch there. I got the chicken salad panini which was really flavorful. The staff were all friendly as well. I went back to the office bragging about the cafe to my coworkers. I plan to come back :).

Yelp
For a first timer it is a bit confusing as it is appears to be a repurposed house, but otherwise the ambience is very welcoming. I was visiting for a quick cup of coffee. Settled on tea. Some amazing cbd infused varieties. I don't remember the ones I had, but the tea was very refreshing and served in a kettle. Actually one tea can be sufficient for 2 people. Tried their hummus, was good. Very prompt and efficient service. Solid 4, will revisit and try more stuff and possibly update the rating

Yelp
I was really excited to try this place out and wanted to enjoy it. However, a few aspects of the experience were off-putting. I'll start with the positives: This is among the more interesting venues in the context of sitting in a residential neighborhood (in what seems to be a repurposed home) but also not too far from the main drag of Sandy Springs. I even enjoyed the piano and the South Africa theme that was prevalent through the posters and notices. Decor was eclectic and partially wacky. The people working there are clearly busy...juggling many responsibilities relating to host, server, billing, cooking, etc. It almost seems like they are understaffed, but they were really friendly nonetheless. I ordered a keto breakfast plate. Took a little while to come, but when it did, it was pretty decent. They forgot some other aspects of my order, but it wasn't a big deal, and I didn't really care. What bothered me was that, at the end, when paying the bill, you can see the kitchen and the worker making the food. That worker then served the food to customers outside and touched the doorknob and the door itself. Any common sense sanitation protocol suggests that after you turn a doorknob, you should wash your hands before handling more food. But he didn't do that instead went on touching more food with his bare hands upon returning to the kitchen. Needless to say, I was turned off by the lack of hygiene.

Yelp
Moncie made me the best latte I have ever had. Smooth and even, it was like being in Italy. Great atmosphere here and super friendly service.

Yelp
We had a party of 3 for brunch at 11:15 am on Monday, 4/24/23. We made a reservation on Seated, an app where you earn money back on meals at certain restaurants (use my code erin2109 and we both get $10!), so we got a percentage back! Our waiter was super friendly and sweet. The restaurant is airy and bright. They have a lovely outdoor area with a lot of tables. The waiter explained that the restaurant is part of a wellness compound. Here's what we got: Chai Latte ($5.95), Double Latte ($5.50), Breakfast Plate ($16.95), Breakfast Panini ($17.95), and Salmon Toast ($20.95). Everything was good, but the prices are outrageous, especially since the Breakfast Panini and Salmon Toast didn't even come with a side. Because of the Seated app, we got 19% off our meal, which was much more reasonable. Without the percentage off, it's not worth it. I would only go if you use Seated!

Yelp
This was a very cute spot to get some work done and have a nice bite to eat. I got the turkey and cheese Panini on a croissant and a café Americano. Both were delicious and I will definitely be back to try out their espresso martinis! The service was good and you can tell that they paid close attention to detail.

Yelp
I can't remember what coffee I ordered before the menu change. This is my personal flaw from being more of the type to look for visual cues to remember or order items. However I give full credit to this pla e for putting Italian coffee on my list of favorites. I'm a huge fan of a strong coffee/espresso type. Small parking area, very residential vibes. So, yes to all things coffee! Small food menu if you get hungry while you down your second cup of joe.
google avatar

Yelp
I went to Cafe I AM with a friend to work and grab some lunch. We both got the caprese panini meal, which we were disappointed by the size of considering it was a little higher in price. Otherwise, it was a good and it was nice working there!

Yelp
So much fun! This is a hidden gem nestled in a residential community. The service is spectacular and the food is delicious. Great British commonwealth international cuisine. Comfy patio and stylish interior. We were here a huge bash for the international rugby championship, and we can't wait to return. Easy parking

Yelp
What a lovely coffee shop. It's quaint, staff is customer focused and really attentive. They serve breakfast and lunch, coffee and teas and yummy desserts. Gluten free options are also available. They have infused honeys to enhance the flavor of coffee and teas. Both outdoor and indoor seating is available. There is a piano inside, I didn't ask but I believe they have someone playing on certain days for live entertainment. It's literally a hidden gem in Sandy Springs

Dave A.

Yelp
I took my co worker to lunch after a client visit. I absolutely love this cafe. I have a lot of food sensitivity's and that fit the bill! They have GF healthy choices that make me feel good when I'm finished eating. Service is always great and the parking is behind the restaurant. The only issue is if you didn't use a routing map, you'd have a difficult time finding this neighborhood gem! It has the word Vandy on the building! Not sure why but the marketing needs updated.
google avatar

Yelp
I enjoy this cute little shop! The chai latte I had was good, I normally like my chai tea sweet but this wasn't too sweet but it was just right! The sandwich I had was amazing! It's a tight squeeze in this location and I had trouble getting in due to construction but all in all would 100% come back!

Yelp
Food is a modern twist between South Africa , Turkey , Mediterranean , And off course america , got to try this place excellent and a bar and best coffee in town

Yelp
I saw this cafe on google and the reviews made it look like a homely little spot. Upon arrival I was confused if I was in the correct place because there was no sign with the name outside. (It's located in a neighborhood across from a church). Upon walking in, it looked like Cafe I Am shares the space with another business. The cafe is sectioned off and right when you walk in there are white tables and a server to greet you. The aesthetic of white looks great in pictures but up close everything was quite worn in. I moved to about three different tables before finding my perfect spot. I would have preferred a booth but both were taken when I walked in. They also have amble seating outside. I ordered the Caprese panini and a chai tea. The art work of the chai was cute, a little heart of cinnamon. Originally when the chai was brought out, it was only half full with mainly foam, but the server came back later to re-fill the cup with more tea to make a full cup. The capresse panini was pretty good. I didn't love the lettuce on it as it gave it a different flavor and it felt like I was eating wet/wilted lettuce. Overall, cute spot.

Yelp
It was a small lovely cafe in a residential area - food was good and coffee was great. However, it was a bit overpriced overall. The tip choices start from 20%, so there's that too. I'd totally come back if it was a bit less pricey.

Yelp
Cafe I AM is truly a hidden treasure that I am glad I discovered. Located very close to 285 off of Roswell Road, this beautiful cafe is a must visit. I dropped in this afternoon (a little before 3pm) to grab a late lunch and a coffee. When I entered, I was warmly greeted and seated. The waiter asked me if it was my first time there and I said yes! He was very informative and helpful. He even asked me if I needed the Wi-Fi password and helped me connect my computer. The menu was full of delicious food options as well as drink options. It is clear to see they put a lot of thought into dietary needs of customers because there were options for any dietary requirements. The drink selections ranged from teas (CBD!), coffees/lattes, as well as an extensive bar menu. I selected the avocado toast and added eggs with an iced latte. I enjoyed the ambiance as well. The patio is beautiful and would be perfect for working, catching up with friends or even to just have time to yourself reading your favorite book. The overall vibe was calming and positive. I would highly suggest visiting as you will not be disappointed.

Yelp
Cool relaxing place with a good vibe. Perfect for coffee lunch and meditation. Service was spot on!

Yelp
I haven't been back since the opening because of the COVID situation, but I dropped by recently after a friend and I had finished lunch. I wanted to show him the spot, and it was just as amazing as the first time. I think there was a national soccer game that day, so there were tons of people dawning jerseys, there was a TV out front, and the place was very lively. We didn't get any food or anything -- just some CBD tea. I had never had it before and I think I'm hooked! Tea is usually a go-to for me when I want to relax but with the CBD added, it made it even more relaxing. Don't even get me started on how amazing the customer service was! There are new faces but the service and quality has not changed at all.

Bryan T.

Yelp
Great vibes when I went there. I got the Bom Bom Cafe and it was pretty good but I might go without the whipped cream next time (just a personal thing) and the Burrata Toast was awesome! 100% will come back for the greeting alone next time.

B K.

Yelp
I've been here a couple of times now and every experience has been excellent. The entire staff has a welcoming presence and I love that it's tucked away. Very charming and chill vibe. Great food, service and ambiance!
google avatar

Yelp
Cute place (white two story house)... warm and welcoming. Stopped to have lunch before heading to the airport. Had the tuna salad and a chai latte. It was great. The service a little slow but with a smile. There's parking behind the building. I'd go back if I were in Atlanta again.

Yelp
Found the cutest little cafe by chance and I will definitely go back to try the food. Get Chagaccino, it was absolutely delightful.
google avatar

Megan M.

Yelp
This cute cafe is a little hidden but well worth finding. The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful, especially Michael. The patio is cute and inviting. We had cappuccinos, banana bread, avocado toast, and a breakfast sandwich. Everything was delicious! We will definitely be back.

Natasha S.

Yelp
Delicious food, friendly staff, fun atmosphere! That peri peri sauce is killer (in the best way)!

Yelp
What a nice little find in Sandy Springs. Even though I've lived in the area for years I got lost finding my way to this place because it's in a neighborhood I've never had a need to go into. It's a small and really clean restaurant. There's outdoor seating and the inside looks like a spa which I believe it does share a space with some type of healing spa Clinic. I tried a veggie panini which was soooo good. It reminded me of eating them in college. It was full of yummy flavor and the owner/chef was whipped up an oil dipping sauce recipe with jalapeño that he gave to me to try. It was amazing! They also have a selection herbal healing teas with cbd. If you love tea this is enough of a reason to visit. I haven't been back yet but I definitely would love to go for another panini and tea!
google avatar

Yelp
This is a home turned into a silly looking coffee shop. Walked in and there was no customers. Waited 40 minutes for a cup of coffee. Finally when it did arrive it was cold and nasty. When I politely told them that coffee was cold and took forever, they said I could leave and there are plenty of other coffee shops around. They don't know what they are doing. Oh by the way - super high priced.
google avatar

Erick C.

Yelp
A hidden gem. It reminds you of a place you may stubble across in Cuba or something. It's in a house, the cook and waiter are very personable, giving it a nice home cook meal vibe. Latte was not as sweet as I was hoping but it was still cool.
google avatar

Darnelle H.

Yelp
Just a good place to sip a coffee/tea and read some novels! This coffee shop really is the best, and I'm grateful because the staff is very tremendous. It was these guys that brightened up my day, and I would like to commend them for that. The service was really amazing, and there are many highlights here. It's truly an amazing EXPERIENCE!!!

Ken G.

Yelp
I had brunch there and after I returned to the office I was disappointed to find out they close at 5PM today... I wanted to go back that badly. Great vibe in a bit of an offbeat location, great staff, the chef is so accommodating, food is amazingly fresh, done extremely well. So many items they can and will do which are not even on the menu. They seem to be doing some reno work downstairs and I feel sure it will add some great fit/flair to what is already going on upstairs. They do need to add a walkway or stairs from parking lot to the front door and a small, unobtrusive sign out front maybe??
google avatar

Mandi G.

Yelp
Awesome cafe! An interesting concept, all white aesthetic and cbd healing teas included. I had really great service and the avocado toast and hot chocolate was one of the best toasts and hot chocolate I've ever had. Will definitely come back again!
google avatar

Jenn B.

Yelp
Excellent people, incredibly flavorful food and just a very serene little spot with lovely energy that I can't wait to visit again.
google avatar

Kiarra D.

Yelp
A magical place, I cannot wait to go back! The energy inside is very calming and the staff are kind and helpful. The food was really good and GLUTEN FREE people rejoice! Great options! Coffee was lovely. It's inside a large home and all the decor is pristine white. Though the ambience is lovely, the seats are firm and cold other than two booths reserved for 2+ dining patrons, so if you are going to study I recommend sitting outside (come fully charged). I would recommend that the owners consider seat cushions and maybe move the padded chairs near the couch away from the kitchen to make them more accessible. That would have made it even better!

David S.

Yelp
Hear me out. I got lost trying to get there as there's no clear signs and the road in is on more of a decline than my stock portfolio. Walking in, you're greeted by wonderful outdoor options and decor reminiscent of walking into an Anthropologie (in a good way) The food itself is simple but delicious. I had a burrata toast which was exactly what I needed. The king here was actually the balsamic glaze. It's not "that nice one" you buy from Publix, it's way better. Strawberry dream (not pictured) was essentially a lighter version of a strawberry shortcake deconstructed into a parfait glass. Also very good. If you're around, I would recommend visiting. If you want a cute place to take your boo or make your parents momentarily proud of you while they eat, this is a good choice- though your wallet might not be the happiest with you.

Yelp
My new go to spot when I'm craving a warm beverage or some delicious bread options. This South African/European style restaurant experience is amazing. I enjoyed everything Miguel the chef/owner served us. My tastebuds were wowed & my stomach was satisfied. They also have a spa ‍ experience in the restaurant to help you de-stress in this time of constantly being checked in. Fill your belly & relax your soul all in one stop. I can't wait for warm weather, so I can enjoy the nice outdoor seating.

Yelp
I visited for Cafe I am for their grand opening. They are located in a beautiful building that has been renovated into the perfect space for the Cafe. The space doubles as a Cafe and a wellness center that offers a variety of holistic treatments and products. There is parking located down the driveway behind the building. When you enter as well as outside, the space is BEAUTIFUL. You can tell that there was a lot of thought that went into the design. The owners Vanda and Miguel were both very friendly, and Vanda actually took time to sit and talk with me teach me more about their business. I ordered -1/2 Turkey and Cheese Panini -1/2 Garden Salad -Chamomile Lavender Tea I am not much of a sandwich or panini person, but I can honestly say that this panini was delicious. The cafe prides itself on not having any added sugars, or GMO ingredients and you can tell that effort was put into creating a very fresh and whole taste for the food. The bread stood out as well. The salad was good and served with a vinaigrette dressing. I wanted to try the hemp tea, but decided against it since I had to work, but the Chamomile Lavender was flavorful and calming. I also received a tour of the wellness space where I received a menu of their services which included energy work in different capacities. Although I've never tried it, the description peaked my interest. It is a very unique space and I look forward to seeing their growth.

Yelp
What a fantastic find ! I have been following on instagram for a while and based on schedule had not yet had the opportunity to visit ... UNTIL I DID. So worth every calorie. Everything was beyond perfect. I tried things I would have never tried otherwise. Very much lived up to the anticipation. Excellent service
google avatar

Coleton M.

Yelp
If you go here, you have to try their specialty cheesecake. Everything here was just fresh, warm, planned out, and delicious. It's a great place to really enjoy a meal and also feel relaxed from a long day.
google avatar

Alessio L.

Yelp
Here For The Grand Opening. Great Little Spot for a quick bite and coffe. Great Food And excellent Coffe Selection. Tasty Hot chocolate, Turkey Sliders. The combo Chicken salad and turkey cheese sandwich is a must to have. Definitely recommend and be back.
google avatar

Michelle H.

Yelp
Coffee was average. Nothing that stands out. White interior and a house-like coffee shop gives it a cozy feel to it. Had the tuna melt panini and this was alright. Nutella surprise was decent but nothing that is memorable. Just an average coffee shop to me. Their patio seemed nice but couldn't enjoy this since it rained that day.

Jill F.

Yelp
BLT sandwich and corned beef panini were very tasty. Almond cake, Spanish cheesecake were wonderful! Coffee was piping hot. Outdoor seating was inviting. A little pricey but good so it is worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem. Food is awesome with Gluten Free options. Service is exemplary.

Haley A.

Yelp
This is hands down the best brunch spot ever. I'm not even joking. The prices are great, The sandwiches are amazing, it is so peaceful, and beautiful! I strongly recommend this place. And to top it all off, the coffee is absolutely amazing. AND they put cinnamon hearts on top of the coffees. I seriously never write Yelp reviews but this place deserves it.
google avatar

Clint D.

Yelp
Had the Chicken Salad Panini. Splendid!! This establishment is great. Everyone was extremely friendly. Fresh healthy ingredients. Very pleasant and relaxing environment- I lost 10lbs of stress just by walking in. Can't wait to try the coffee / tea bar and the Vanda inspired v.Pod ! Thank you Miguel, Erin and Dr Michael for your warm hospitality!
google avatar

Brittany H.

Yelp
This place is a gem, a real vibe! Super cute, secluded and great energy. This is perfect if you want a change from the mainstream hustle of a regular coffee shop. The entire shop was seemingly run by 3 people, the owner and main barista being 2 of the 3 so be patient, it can take a little bit to get your main order in. We arrived on a Monday around 9am - you seat yourself. We opted for the spinning table and chairs by the kitchen. If you love cheese, this is the place for you. A lot of the dishes, sandwiches come with it. Unfortunately we don't eat it, but we were able to experience the Flaming Sausage which was super good. The Habanero oil on top of the sausage, amazing. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but I wanted to try it. I order the latte with oat milk and the cappuccino, so smooth and bold. Would definitely come back for the coffee alone and I love that they have alternatives such as oat milk for your drinks.

Yelp
Weird place, bad parking, over priced finger type foods and entire place needs to be revamped.
google avatar

Kiana W.

Yelp
This is place feels like you're having lunch at your rich English Grandmother's home. Seriously, it's really homey and everyone here smiles at you when they see you. I love all of the teas they offer. So good!! 10/10

Yelp
I might have just ate the best sandwich in Sandy springs. Chicken salad panini. My God.
