⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A fresh food oasis in the middle of Hunts Point industrial area. Top notch espresso, and coffee service, ice cold beer, and full bar as well! I had the avocado toast with their all natural, made fresh daily watermelon slushy with no added sugar. They also have a coco piña version and people can add a shot of Henny for an all natural piña colada. In-house roasted peppers complete their pork sandwich and fresh bread every day from Madonia bakery so you know their sandwiches are off the charts. This place is a real gem, customer service is outstanding and the owner truly cares about the quality of the food being served. A lot of truckers stop in on their way in and out of the Hunt’s Point Market and also food industry executives know this is the go to place for breakfast or lunch in the area. They also cater! Highly recommend!

The most delicious sandwich you will ever have. The bread, meat and all ingredients so fresh and top quality. The way they put it together is magic! La Madrina so good.

I come here for the sandwiches and cappuccino. The cappuccino is delicious and comforting...makes you close your eyes and smile as you enjoy it. The sandwiches are delicious and there is a good variety too. You can also customize. The place is clean, has chill music, and the best staff. I like that there are tables to sit and enjoy your meal. I also like that they have freshly squeezed natural orange juice. It has authentic Italian ingredients and the Biscotti tastes like it was made by Nonna. Definitely recommend.

Café Italia never disappoints! La Madrina is one of my favorite sandwiches - so flavorful and perfectly made. And their matcha? Absolutely perfect! Highly recommend!!!!

The owner is outside. The food is soooooo amazing. I can’t even explain it. I travel from Staten Island just to have this delectable meal. Not only is the food amazing , but they serve with a smile. Can’t recommend enough

Great fresh and authentic Italian flavor minus the trip to Arthur Ave. I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of the ingredients. Sandwiches are hand crafted and well prepared. The bread, cheese, and cold cut slices are as tasty as some of the more well known delis in Little Italy.
