"Don’t let the white tablecloths and crystal chandeliers fool you, this Buckhead bistro is the kind of neighborhood spot where everybody knows your name. Chef-owner Mattie Hines has been churning out French-American fare like chicken salad, uber-flaky quiche, and comforting casseroles to adoring Atlantans for two decades. While you really can’t go wrong with any of the savory selections for brunch, lunch, or dinner, the highlight here is the pastry case. French-inspired confections like Grand Marnier-soaked pound cake are palate-pleasing showstoppers." - Sarah Bisacca

There must be a change in management because there's no longer any linen napkins and the ambiance doesn't seem the same that it used to be as a more upscale French bistro, but the food is still well- prepared. The women's restroom needs a renovation.

Google
Just like a French café in Paris ❣️with a Southern slant on their menu! BLTB sandwich is devine and coconut cake to go is an ample portion and delicious!

Google
Omelette and croissant was outstanding but the best surprise was the hash browns! Everything is homemade!!! Come eat a leisure breakfast or lunch then stroll along the shopping complex. Good place to eat alone or with friends. Just had a marvelous dinner. Wow.

Google
Delicious food and dessert!!! My only comment that isn't 5 star is that the ambiance inside does not match the amazingness of their food! The bathrooms could use some TLC. Honestly, a little bit of an update inside would make a huge impact!

Google
Horrible service. Never even received my food after waiting 40 mins. Waited 20 mins to order and even then had to order from the hostess. Other patron came in at the same time as I did, ate and left before my food came out. Manager never came over to check on me or apologize for the delay. I was super excited to try out the Cafe but instead left very hungry and disappointed.

Google
Food was good. Traditional breakfast. It was not too busy on Saturday morning which is exactly we wanted 🤭

Summer Henry

Google
Amazing lunch spot, with equally delicious offerings in the evening. The mandarin soufflé is a must! Delicious house made desserts and sweet breads (thin sliced, dense banana bread is simply wonderful) round out the menu. Atmosphere is cozy and staff is very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Google
This place is definitely a must!!!! Everything from the food to the customer service was just a delight!!!! We just came into town for work purposes and seen this place on Google definitely didn't disappoint. This is going to be our new spot for sure.

Yelp
Great servers here. Super attentive. Even the out good. Always leave w a dessert. They're divine. I love their sandwiches, quiche & tomato salad

Yelp
This place was so mid. I went here with my friends for brunch and I feel like you have to be at a certain tax bracket to eat here, because everyone there was staring at us like we weren't worthy. The restaurant itself also had really weird and eerie decor. Like it literally has a baby crib mounted on the wall and odd paintings everywhere. There was also a massive pot on a table that threw us off. It was also not very spacious. I probably wont ever come back here because I just felt uncomfortable overall. The extra star is for the good service, definitely not for the food.

Yelp
I wanted to have a pre Mother's Day breakfast . Due I would not be in town for Mother's Day Our server young hood looking ginger guy (Redd) provided my mother and I impeccable services. Well he's fresh in from Idaho country side still have manners. Let's hope atlanta does not take that away The breakfast was absolutely amazing and I mean till every last bite. I cleaned my plate I recommend this place to anyone who demands the total package

Yelp
i went to cafe lapin all the time growing up. this was my first time back in a few years. we called for reservations and they were very accomodating. we came on a friday for lunch and it was packed so im glad we made reservations in advance. there was a little mixup with our order but we got it all sorted out in the end. i got the le lapin salad sampler with capered egg salad, apricot chicken salad, & curry chicken salad. i loved that they had this option on the menu it was perfect for me! it comes w a scoop of each on a bed of a mixed greens salad with side of balsamic dressing. everything about it was really good (even the mixed green salad) but the apricot chicken salad really stole the show - it was to die for! my family ordered potato soup, BLT, turkey apple brie sandwich, and turkey melt sandwich. the consensus was the BLT was a favorite as well as the oranges & beets side item. i NEED to try a slice of their delicious homemade cakes next time.

Yelp
Met a friend here for a late lunch on a weekday. I asked for a table for two and although the restaurant was very busy, to my surprise, I was seated right away. I had a great view of the cakes and pastry case! The space is cute, charming and bright. My friend was running late, but the staff didn't seem to mind. They even said it was fine. I ordered shots of espresso ($3.75) and a slice of strawberry cake ($5.95) while I waited. The staff checked on me several times. Once my friend arrived, we ordered our entrees. She, too ordered a slice of cake to start then a sandwich for her entree. I ordered a small caesar salad ($4) and a slice of the mushroom and leek quiche ($8.25) The cake was divine!! The slice was huge and every bite was perfect. It was moist and the strawberry (maybe cream cheese) frosting complimented it. I'm so glad I ate the cake first. The quiche was fluffy and delicious and the caesar salad was tasty. Even though I ordered a small, it was plenty for a lunch entree. I was full. My friend enjoyed her sandwich, too which was massive by the way. The staff was pleasant and attentive throughout. Very quick to respond. I would definitely return if I'm back in the area!

Yelp
Busy busy busy little cafe with light fare. I'd recommend being prepared for the the wait. Shopping center parking is also always congested. The quiche was worth the wait. I didn't love the croissant, but the waiter kindly gave me a chocolate chip cookie that was delicious. Cakes in the back look amazing too.

Yelp
Super cute cafe in the Peachtree Battle shopping center. I love the decor and the service was wonderful but the food left something to be desired. The dishes are fairly simplistic--soups, sandwiches, and sides--but the quality and the ingredients just weren't there. I had the famous walnut chicken salad sandwich and there were no walnuts or raisins to taste. The bread was crinkly on top and did not replicate the taste or appearance of high quality French bread. The carrot salad side was interesting but had too much vinegar. I finished off my lunch with a slice of strawberry cake. It looked so fresh in the case and wasn't even cut into so I got the first slice. Unfortunately, the slice was hard and dry for what should be a moist slice. The flavor and icing was good however, and I could taste the real strawberries used in the icing. The cafe is very cute but the dishes need improvement.

Yelp
I wanted to like this spot. But there was a host of problems that occurred during our meal at Le Lapin: The service was subpar (to be generous). While it was totally fine in the beginning, after our server delivered the food, she went MIA. I had to go to the cashier a couple times to fill our water and get our check. The omelette was actually pretty good. I would recommend it, and the side that came with it (hash browns) was a welcome addition. As for the turkey sandwich, that was remarkably underwhelming, though the side accompanying it (mandarins and beets) was solid. Lastly - we were meaningfully overcharged in our bill. The price shown on the receipt was higher than that shown on the paper menu, online menu, and also higher than what was explained to us in person. There was also one inexplicable line-item called "Open Item." Pretty sketchy in my view.

Frank T.

Yelp
Love everything service - food - ambiance I could eat here everyday. The only issue is the menu prices Do not match the final bill all prices are $2-$4 more -

Steve R.

Yelp
I only go to this place for breakfast. It's usually a decent meal, nothing to rave about. The service is spotty with a bit of attitude. I think they think the attitude gives it a certain euro quality. Today we went for breakfast, and it went to hell in a handbasket. We didn't like where we were initially seated, so we asked to move to the window, and that seemed to trigger our waitress Frances. Our initial coffee pour was only a half a cup. Then when she brought my breakfast, it did not have the hashbrowns that are included and that I requested. I merely asked was I getting my hashbrowns and she told me rather agitatedly to be nice. I said I'm just asking for the hashbrowns. It comes with the order and I asked for them when I placed them order. She continued to lecture me and give attitude, and I told her not to lecture the customer. Our food sat in the window while she cleaned the chalkboard with the menu items. I had to refill my own water. I will not go back. Waffle House is just as good and better service.

Ch C.

Yelp
I wanted to try but no one was willing to help at the entrance where the sign said to be seated even though people were not busy until a girl a bit exasperated pointed with her chin anywhere. I just left

Logan T.

Yelp
i ordered a to-go breakfast order which was made quickly and efficiently! the staff was super friendly and accommodating. i got to go inside and the atmosphere was very pretty, and the food seemed decent. however, i also got two chocolate croissants... but i know cafe lapin's secrets! They are ALDI chocolate croissants that come individually wrapped! i thought they looked familiar... just letting anyone know that you can likely get the 8 pack at aldi for the same price you pay here!

Cannon S.

Yelp
Lobe this restaurant so much! Food and atmosphere are wonderful. Live music one night a week. Desserts are incredible. Support our local businesses!

Yelp
My family and I came here to celebrate Bastille Day this past Saturday. The environment was a little uncomfortable. We had made a reservation, but it probably was unnecessary. I will say they did seat us at the nicest table in the restaurant - it had a large chandelier. The restaurant seemed understaffed, one waiter and one young woman to help bring out the food. The website said it was BYOB, so we brought our own prosecco. However, there was in fact a wine list as well as a bar. The food was so-so. I enjoyed my entree of the Croque Madame with fries. You could tell the fries were homemade. The sandwich also has a delicious bechamel sauce. I had ordered the quiche lorraine as an appetizer and found it to be dry and underwhelming. Some of my family noticed their food was a little cold when it first came out. Overall my experience was strange. I enjoyed my sandwich, but I'm not sure I'll be visiting again.

Lydia A.

Yelp
Lovely lunch spot for friends or clients. Great service and good food. Give it a try you won't be disappointed

Allison C.

Yelp
The food is simply great. It's a French restaurant that does simplicity more elegantly than anyone else-like the French!

Tom R.

Yelp
My wife and I have dined here for dinner twice in the past month. On both occasions, we had excellent service and excellent food. On both occasions, we were a party of 6. We live this restaurant and are glad we finally discovered it. We plan to go there again this week. Excellent crab cakes and excellent meat loaf, among the many good menu choices.

Yelp
Cafe Lapin offers all the charm and convenience of a neighborhood Cafe (Peachtree Battle) along with Chef Mattie's delicious and creative food. This combination draws customers back again and again. They offer a full menu all day, carry out, a take home casserole menu and exceptional baked goods. Plus their service is top notch, both thoughtful and professional. You'll enjoy your visit to Cafe Lapin, I'm sure of it!

Yelp
Today´s episode was a complete sh!tshow. It took one 20 + minutes to be acknowledged by server #1 and one hour from arrival for our food to be served. Server #1 was new and should NEVER have been allowed to interact with customers. Server #2 was indignant about having to cover for Server #1, and each routinely threw the other under the bus. After 20 minutes of being ignored, my lunch guest and I advised Server #2 that we were ready to order but had not seen our server. He informed us that she was at the bar having a meltdown because she was having to make a mixed drink and didńt know how. We later learned (from the patron) that it was a BLOODY MARY - tomato juice and vodka! - that threw her into a tailspin. Server #1 could not handle a tray of drinks, so she brought out 2 at the time. A nearby table had been seated when we arrived (the Bloody Mary table). The younger woman finally said ¨we have run out of time, so just let us pay for our drinks and we will go...¨ Yep; SKIPPED FOOD and bolted. The party of 4 seated near us remarked that they had not planned for a 2 hour lunch. Our food, as usual, was delicious, but this sh!tshow on the sidewalk has got to end. I will keep a cautious eye on who is working what section and will avoid the hell of these 2 newbies IF they make it to the weekend.

Yelp
This French venue is excellent in all regards. The wife and I, and two small kids, visited the cafe yesterday for the very first time. Mitch, our server, was excellent and flourished in great customer service. My wife ordered the Ham & Cheese panini along with the soup of the day, and I had the delicious Apricot salad with fresh orange juice. Food was impeccable, service was outstanding, and Mitch glowed in his customer service skills! Dr. Leigh & family

Yelp
VERY RACIST ESTABLISHMENT!! We Were the only clientele not greeted at the door and then shoved down at a table where the waitress was complaining about how she'd been up since 4 AM. She looked absolutely frazzled and there were only 3 tables seated in the restaurant with multiple servers. Ordered bacon, eggs, grits, toast and a mimosas. Initially my guest and I wanted coffee and orange juice. We were trying to be courteous and get the waitresses attention so she didn't waste a trip. I said excuse me... in a polite courteous manner. 3 staff were looking with smug smirks at our table, dramatically informing the waitress that someone was "yelling" at her. Then we proceeded to be mocked the whole entire breakfast by the wait staff. The young man with a beard wearing the sweater, who we learned was the manager was ALSO laughing and mocking our table. Him and the other guy literally were staring at our table laughing and grinning for 7 minutes. HORRIBLE SERVICE. BURNT BACON....couldnt even bite into it. No apologies just a shrug and an "oh". No bye thank you, or have a nice day. The staff is pure trash. I've been in the service industry for 20 years, never would I treat a guest this way. Pretty snotty considering the profession. Most of the time when people assume someone has less than then, the opposite proves to be true. I'll blame it on the lack of home training.

Yelp
Bad late lunch today. To say I was ignored is an understatement. I had to get my own silverware from an empty table, my own napkin, my own straw, and takeout containers. Had to ask that they take my card to pay several times after getting very bland and inedible goat cheese quiche (tasted no cheese) and barely had any sundried tomatoes--I found one. I asked for a tea and lemonade and got tea w unsweetened lemon juice; almost choked on it. Had to explain to waitress that she had to make their lemon concentrate into actual lemonade to add to the tea. I went there for French onion soup. Didn't have any, though a French restaurant. (Did have chili and chicken tortilla soup which I would go elsewhere for.) Waitress was chatty w others and very distracted. I will go again to get the curried chicken and the orange soufflé takeout but that's it. The place has very much changed and not for the better. BTW I paid heavily for this non-meal.

Bill G.

Yelp
Excellent lunch as usual. Very generous servings. Highly recommend the jalapeño chicken salad.

Yelp
Cafe Lapin is located in the center of the Peachtree Battle Shopping Center amid other restaurants and shops, so I had always overlooked it in the past. My friend claims they have one of the best burgers in town, so of course I had to come in and give it a try Most of the servers are French and have a delightful accent (I guess we should never tell them that, the French hate Americans enough as it is). My friend was telling me that it's a small family owned restaurant so most of the servers, chefs and It was super busy on a Sunday early afternoon. We waited for the slightly frazzled host to come seat is. Oddly, he was also the bus boy so he was covering for someone (or the host position had an updated job description). We were seated shortly after the host noted that we were waiting for a table for 2. We ordered two dishes to split and share. I ordered the Cafe Lapin Burger (which comes with a side of fries) and my friend ordered the Tarragon Chicken Salad with a side of Mixed Greens ($1.50 more). On a whim, I decided to order a cup of coffee and a chocolate croissant. The chocolate croissant was flaky and perfect. Slightly warm and crunched beautifully under my fork and knife. Not as much chocolate as I would have hoped but just enough to be, well, perfect. The coffee was meh, and expensive, too (it's refillable but I never got a refill, which made that cup of coffee very expensive). The burger was ok. Meat was mostly juicy, although some parts of the thick patty were a little dry. Not the medium rare I ordered. My friend said usually the meat is better seasoned; the seasoning seemed to be lacking in the meat. Otherwise the burger had a lot of potential. The chicken salad was HEAVENLY. I loved the flavors and consistency, which went well with the mixed greens. However, the provided vinaigrette wasn't so good, so we set that aside.-1- Overall, the meal was slightly above average, but nothing to rave about. My friend claimed that the food could get better, but since it was so busy it didn't look like the food was taken the time to prepare. I will have to come again next time, preferably on a weekday.

D L.

Yelp
My first meal in Atlanta! I flew in from OR, and this was a fun place to have my first meal! Food was good and the staff was friendly. When I return to Atlanta, I'll be back!

Thi T.

Yelp
Variety of different foods is minimal. Mostly soup and salad. That said, I was moderately impressed by the different kinds of chicken salad offered. I tried the jalapeno one. It was a dollar extra if I wanted a croissant sandwich. The croissant looked perfect and fluffy and was crispy on the outside. The jalapeno was not too obvious and the chicken salad did not taste unique. I added another extra dollar to substitute a cup of soup for the side. Ever since trying the gazpacho at Hungry Peach, I have been on the look out for such perfection again. The "gazpacho" here looked like tomato bisque soup because of its thickness and creaminess. So I was surprised to find it cold (since I thought there was a mistake and my cold gazpacho was replaced with hot tomato bisque) and even a bit sweet. It was interesting to try but I would not repeat this soup order again. Ambiance inside is cute. There are some outdoor seating areas looking out at the parking lot. A nice change of pace for a quick lunch.

Pooja P.

Yelp
Very mediocre food and customer service was not good. Ordered the omelette and it was very average. Not a wide selection of beverages to choose from for a brunch place and overall it was disappointing. Hash browns were burnt as well. The ambience is cute but the food itself is very average with poor customer service.

Shekeetha C.

Yelp
It's been a year that I have lived in Atlanta (Buckhead)... and would faithfully go here for coffee especially on the weekend. I knew that their customer service could be better, but I accepted it because they were a small business and half-way decent. Just recently, they hired someone new and his disposition revealed that he did not like minorities (African American). At first he refused to serve me claiming the coffee machine was broken each morning.... For the first time, he took my order and he over charged me (6.71) and became upset when I tried to tell him that it was the wrong charge since I've been coming for a year. He stated, "what do you want me to do." I decided to leave and wanted to speak with a manager (Stephen) in the next few days which in the past he seemed very nice but awkward. But once I arrived, Stephen ignored me and said, he's very busy and doesn't have time for whatever I had to say. He was very rude and dismissive. I left and vowed to never return again. I wasted a lot of money here. I mean this could be a great place if they were nice to all of the race of people. Believe what the reviews say about they're customer service. I hate that I'm just finding out.

Jennifer B.

Yelp
This is the sweetest "older ladies who lunch" spot - I have been there 2 Sunday's in a row after visiting a dear friend at Piedmont/Shepherd's, and being a woman of a certain age, I know of what I speak. Amazing chicken salad of different varieties, egg salad meh, omelets look delicious and my over easy egg was perfection. A mimosa and a chocolate croissant that is perfectly flaky with dark chocolate - just enough - oozing warmly out. Charming place, families, couples, millennials, grannies with grands. Adorable, food & service, lovely. Peachtree Battle still lives, plus Publix super-convenient for groceries after!

Anna R.

Yelp
I come here often and the food is good. Service leaves something to be desired. No servers are friendly. Three stars for my last visit because I was their first customer on a Saturday morning. The quiche left over at LEAST one day, was soggy and tasteless. Don't be their first morning customer!!

Paul K.

Yelp
Breakfast is dull. Surprised they didn't have better bread. Nothing interesting about breakfast menu. Eggs and potatoes okay. Best part is they have 3 outdoor tables.

Abir O.

Yelp
I ve had the worst experience at this place for the first time in my life, I came in the morning with my three friends and little girl to have breakfast at this place, the moment we walked into the place the lady didnt even welcomed us she wanted to put us in a small table and squeeze on it with little girl we have, until i asked her if we can sit on the bigger table she was like go ahead and she left, that was one and guess who she was ? the manager, then the server came in he didnt even introduce him self or even say hi and provide good customer service, he asked us right away what to drink, I asked what you do have, he goes like "we have coffee just coffee" the way he said that its like "what do u think we should have of course coffee" i was not happy at all so far with the service, and we didnt like their menu so we decided to leave after ordering coffee we spent only 10mints at that place , when we were leaving the lady came in and said that we have to pay for the coffee we ordered that they didnt even bring it to the table and we didnt even drink, we asked for coffee then after the whole situation we e got treated and the bad service plus the menu we didnt like they wanted us to pay for that coffee that we dont even have on the table. at that moment we told her we cant pay something we didnt get plus we didnt like it in here so why we should, the lady who claims she was the manager started showing her attitude and yelling at us then she kicked us out of the place with little girl we literally we felt that we ve been discriminated because we were the only minority at this French restaurant since we walked in and how we got treated especially by a manager who claims her self the manager. Instead of providing great service and solve the problem and try to make it better and her customers happy she was yelling at us cuz we didnt want to pay for something we didnt even get plus the service just the whole situation and experience was the worst i have ever had in my life i ve recorded everything of this lady how she treated us and i will post so everyone realize how terrible is this place. I think this place needs a professional manager, trained more for great customer service also not treating people differently, i will never go back to it

Katherine W.

Yelp
If you come here please do get the Shrimp Salad and Corn Meldly with their Crossiants. Crossiants are extra flakely and huge. The shrimp salad has huge chunks of Shrimp in it and very little mayo. Good healthy and light french cafe

Brenda H.

Yelp
We enjoy dining at Cafe Lapin for lunch. The service is always great and the food is fresh and delicious! Thank you!

Matthew J B.

Yelp
The cafe was cute but once I got past the obnoxious waiter who continually ignored me, I was finally seated. Eventually they came to take my order. I had the orange mouse with salad and banana bread. The egg salad tasted rancid. The rest was just ok. I was going to order dessert but decided that just leaving and going somewhere else was my best option.

Patrick M.

Yelp
I'd normally give 4-5 stars, have done so in the past, but things were a little off on our most recent visit. All new faces, the usual wait people not there. Slow to be served, wrong eggs, sandwich was about half the normal size, Caesar salad was much less flavorful. Maybe because it was a Saturday before The Fourth?

Tish D.

Yelp
This resturant has a rude manager Lauren and very rude waiters. Food is so so and service is horrible! Don't waste your time or money. -

Aurielle W.

Yelp
This is a quaint little French cafe located in Buckhead, down the street from Piedmont Hospital. My experience here was pleasant. I was one of two individuals in the restaurant which could be expected since I was dining in the middle of the afternoon at 3:00. I was greeted by my server at the front door and seated next to a bright window overlooking the vibrant shopping center. The white tablecloths were also an added touch. In my opinion, this restaurant looks and feels very similar to French venues and cafes actually in France. In terms of menu and food items, they have a plethora of options and combinations for different taste palates and appetites. I went with the Turkey, apple and brie sandwich with a side salad and chips. The amount of food was quite large as you can see in the photos, I have enough for a complete second meal. My sandwich and salad were quite delicious with lots of elements such as crunch, sweetness, and a little spice from the mustard that all contributed to a well rounded sandwich. The balsamic dressing used for the salad was also very good. The chips were a let down because I anticipated house chips, these were just Ruffles chips so nothing fancy. Based on the previous reviews I decided to try a dessert option to take with me. They had several options from pound cake, espresso cake, strawberry cake, coconut cake, cookies, and muffins but I went with the lemon cake which looks good! I've only tasted the icing this far since I am so full, but it was nice and tart, full of lemon flavors . Overall this is a great place for a quiet lunch with good food, friendly staff, and the ambiance of being in another country

Ashley N.

Yelp
A quant little spot in the infamous Peachtree Battle Shopping center. A small restaurant that does their best to make you feel as if you left Atlanta and are in a place that slightly resembles France. Even the waiter had accents. What the waiters didn't have however was personality. There was a sign at the door that said please wait to be seated. I only saw two waiters on staff who were busy in the back making drinks etc. after what felt like 5 minutes we were told to pick any table...of course! I was in the mood for brunch and ordered the quiche and water, so I'm not sure if they served alcohol. My friend order the turkey and bri sandwich. Later while we were eating we saw a chalkboard sign in the back with specials on it. Berries and French toast, I read! Damn I wish I had seen that. Thanks no personality waiter for letting us know you had specials! My quiche was average. I thought the portion size was small. The side salad they accompanied it took up most of the plate. My friend let me try her turkey and brie sandwich which was AMAZING! I'm definitely getting that next time!

Mark P.

Yelp
ordered to go food. Sandwiches came with no condiments, sides were stale chips and ceaser salad with no dressing. restaurant did not refund my money but offered 20 percent off next visit...not sure I want to visit again

Yelp
Ever since I moved to the West side of town, I've been looking for more breakfast options other than West Egg or Pig & the Pearl. So when I came across Cafe Lapin, I was very excited to try it out. Nothing beats a good French restaurant, right? Located in the middle of a strip mall off Peachtree Rd., this restaurant has some really cute decors. Their jars for sugars are almost all bunny shaped to go with the restaurant's name. Upon arrival, we were given the breakfast menu (it was before 11). The menu was not very extensive but you have the few stables you can find in any restaurant; it's just not very French (then again, I was constantly comparing it to Cafe Alsace). The service was quick and we didn't have to wait for long for the food to come up. I had an omelet and my wife had bacon and eggs. While my wife loved the bacon, I didn't find the omelet too amazing. It was ok. The baguette I've ordered to go with my omelet was way too hard (again, I don't think anyone else can make baguette better than Cafe Alsace). The servers all spoke some Eastern European language (definitely not French) so I guess it must be a family run business. Other than missing one coffee refill, I don't really have anything negative to say about the service. We did have their coconut cake for desert and that piece was very good! Overall, I give Cafe Lapin 3 stars due to its convenient location from my home and the decent service. It didn't get a 4 or 5 because its breakfast menu was lacking in variety and signature. I will come back to try for lunch and dinner to see how it ranks.

Roland W.

Yelp
Went there for breakfast it's unbelievable that a French restaurant does not have croissants available in the morning they were still cooking them they said 30 to 45 more minutes. Got the mushroom omelette it was over cook the fruit was pitiful looking terrible presentation and the drinking water they serve me was not regular water it was some type of other water probably tonic water overall not a very good experience.

Margie D.

Yelp
Nice little lunch spot in Buckhead. Excellent soup and sandwich choices. Nothing real fancy but everything was fresh and tasty. Comfy atmosphere and friendly servers.

Tracy F.

Yelp
I had a fabulous lunch here yesterday with my best friend. I loved the selection of soups, salads and sandwiches. I chose tomato soup and the ham and cheese panini. Both were wonderful. My best friend had the chicken salad on wheat with an orange soufflé as a side. She let me try it. It was so yummy. I can't wait to be back in town to try another soup. I hope French onion is on the menu. I highly recommend Cafe Lapin. The food was fabulous. The service was great. And the restaurant is just so quaint and cozy.

Yelp
So, last night I got spoiled again by attending another festive event at Woo Skincare and Cosmetics. Seriously, girls, if you haven't been to this awesome, locally-owned haven of beauty and girly stuff, go! And get on their email list or FB page so you can get invited to all the fun things they host! Last night was an event benefiting FITE - a resource for funding female entrepreneurs all over the world. You got the chance to register a code and pick the type of business and the country that you wanted your initial dollar (from them) to go to as well as a part of proceeds from anything you spent that night. Cool!! Anyway, Woo always has great eats and drinks at these events. Last night, it was tasties from Cafe Lapin, served on trays by their nice staff, plus wine and skinny margs. I've been meaning to actually go to Cafe Lapin forever, so this was the perfect chance to sample some goodies. The smoked salmon wraps were SO good- smoked salmon, a dill cream sauce, a tiny bit of radish, in this soft wrapper that was kind of a cross between a wonton wrapper and a tortilla. My friend adored the walnut blue cheese balls. I'm only giving 3 stars not 4 til I make an in-house visit, but I anticipate a bump up soon!

Yelp
Last week during shelter in place season I ordered a tuna melt for pick up service. Service was with a smile and there was enough food for 2 meals. Thank you Cafe Lapin!

Yelp
Not much to say here. Felt this place was overpriced and overrated. I came on a Sunday morning for breakfast. I got the Omelette Lapin and ordered a coffee. Service wasn't very friendly or attentive. It was hard to get hold of our server and we had to signal several times to get someone's attention (when we were ready to order for a while/for getting our check) Omelette was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Coffee was okay. Maybe I just came on a bad day/time, but would not go out of my way to come here again.

Yelp
At the urging of friends to join them for brunch, we finally decided to give this restaurant a try. Frankly, we very impressed with the food and the service. Although the restaurant was very busy (recommend you make reservations for brunch), the staff were always pleasant and attentive. The food was great and the serving size was good. Their coffee was a bonus as well. And to wrap up, we decided to cheat a bit and took a slice of coconut cake home- yum! Bottom line, a big thumbs up. Now, we'll be sure to try them for dinner as well.

Yelp
Wish I had read the reviews first. Food was good - a little overpriced, but not for the neighborhood. Service was absolutely horrible. Couldn't get drink refill. No eye contact. How does this place stay in business?

Yelp
The food is GREAT...HOWEVER.... old man behind the counter is the biggest grouch and most unpleasant individual I have even encountered. Here's hoping he retires soon. He has already "run off" one of their best waitresses.
