Cafe Live & Loud

It’s one of the best cafe in town! The Music, the food, Ambiance and of course the service is just amazing. The place is very beautiful set up! It gives you all modern vibes with the touch of tradition. It’s best to visit in evenings when they have live music and karaoke. It’s also perfect to hangout with your friends and family. We love it and will visit again for live music and some karaoke. Oh yeah and when it’s a clear day and you are up for lunch do visit this place for some amazing view of Kanchenjunga and beautiful sunset.

It was a decent pub experience. The live band - The Evolution playing on Saturday night was really good with their eclectic mix of english, nepali and hindi numbers keeping the crowd thoroughly entertained. One should reserve tables beforehand or come in early before the live music starts if the want seating near the bar. The non veg platter we ordered was good enough and can feed more than two with drinks. The price is fair as compared to most other restaurants in Gangtok and the portions were large. There are two seperate smoking areas on the pub side and on the restaurant side. The servers were helpful and polite and the Saturday night crowd was a good mix of tourists, locals, students, couples, solo women gangs as well as families. Good for a night out thought they wrap up by 10.30 pm.

The cafe's name speaks for itself. It was indeed live and loud with an excellent performance by the Band called “The Croods.” Food was fine.

I was recommended this place by a friend. Just went ahead with the recommendation without any expectation. The place just turned to be an amazing evening. The band was awesome, the music was one notch loud, but still enjoyed it. They sung well, the crowd was highly elated with the music. We ordered for a mock tail and some local beer. Which was light and good. For main course we ordered for Shanghai fried rice along with a fish side dish and a veg side dish. The taste was just perfect and the quantity was good for two. The bill along with all these things came to round about 1100-1200. A good music and mountains and company what else can one ask for

Over rated. Local groups play here. There was an entry fee of Rs 300/- per person. Chaotic service. Only fried food and dominantly nonvegetarian food. Their dinner menu is different. Staff forgot the order after repeating three times. Not friendly to ears.

I absolutely adore visiting this cafe, and it's all thanks to Lucas and Aditya's captivating singing performances! Their talent adds an extra layer of magic to the already delightful atmosphere. Not to mention, the food is consistently delicious, and the ambience is just perfect for a cozy evening out. Lucas and Aditya truly elevate the entire experience, making each visit unforgettable.

THE DANKEST CAFE OF ALL TIME. yeah, you read it correctly. The DANKEST cafe in India. This place is usually dark. The vibe is just best in class. The food is quite good too. There are live performances in Wednesday to Friday night. The posters are amazing. They also have a projector screen for live sports. One of the best cafe in Gangtok

Friendly staff and Nice ambience with live music from Local band. Place offers a mix of local and north Indian snacks and decent variety of drinks along local beer and hookah. Excellent place to spend an evening being 5 min walk up from MG road. One improvement could be increase the variety of drinks.
