"The idea was to unite Italian cuisine and the dishes of Périgord's terroir – and Maryse Benoit-Gonin and her husband have done just that in this cosy bistro. The generous, lovingly prepared dishes combine the best of both worlds: potato gnocchi with Périgord walnut oil; guinea fowl and pancetta terrine with foie gras; Périgord beef meatball alla milanese. And if you find yourself craving more of this cuisine, just cross the square to the grocery shop run by the owners, where you can purchase the ingredients." - Michelin Inspector
Lovely cafe right opposite Cafe Flore. Less busy, lovely atmosphere and interiors. Service was quick and excellent. Had a lovely vegetarian pasta dish with fresh greens. We were all truly satisfied with the food.

This was my second time to visit Cafe Louise. It is a MUST now every time I come to Paris! The Escargot is amazing and fresh; not previously frozen. I had a bit of trouble remembering how to get them out of the shell and the manager came and sat beside me and showed me how to properly remove them. He went above and beyond! I will always remember this experience and his kindness shown to me! The entire staff worked well together and I really enjoyed each and every bite of my meal. The atmosphere for dinner is elegant but not stuffy like some can be. I will definitely be back! Thank you for the sweet memories!

Top quality food, vibe and service. Great energy and proper attention given to customers. This is a more elevated option in a sea of “standard” brasseries in the area.
Definitely try the profiteroles!

I had a Paris Pass experience, “French Apero”, tapas and a drink. Not too busy when I came, around 1700. The restaurant is very beautiful with brocade walls and mirrors and soft seats and a curved bar. Highly recommend this place.

The breakfast was so good! Omelette, croissant, orange juice & coffee for €18! The best coffee we have had in Paris yet. The staff were very nice as well, and the inside of the place is so cute. Loved it!

Good food and good service. Waiters are friendly and attentive. The food was really good; my mom got a sea bass that was well cooked and came with a tasty tomato cream puree. Also the dessert, though nothing complicated, were yummy and rich. The only con was the table bread was a little stale but honestly everything else was tasty. It was expensive but we felt well worth the dinner price. We had walked in before the dinner rush and we were glad to find this hidden gem of a restaurant for our first night in Paris.
