There is no food but the bartender is amazing hes quick and attentive, his recommendations were spot on. Drinks are great too ,if you into tequila and mezcal. Small and intimate place good for pregame and happy hour or to end the night with a nice cocktail.

Best MEZCAL selección I’ve seen in a long time. Lighting and atmosphere is perfect. Good service and free chips and salsa. Decor is on point.

What a cool spot! Had the best time at Cafe Mez the other weekend before seeing Tourist next door at Brooklyn Made. Highly recommend any of their specialty cocktails, they pack a punch and are very well crafted. Especially loved the Cafe Mezcal Marg!! Their quesadillas are fire as well! The staff was great too, making this the perfect pre-show stop!

Love it here! Went there the other day with a couple friends and had the best mezcal and tequila cocktails. We loved the vibe in the space and had the tacos which were to die for. Can't recommend this place enough!

Overall a disappointment. I wanted to like it because I live nearby and want a go to stop for mezcal but the drinks were basic and uninspiring. Bar team didn't seem that knowledgable about mezcal. Didn't try the food. Frito pie? It feels like people dressing in sombreros for Cinco de Mayo.

Great date spot!! I stopped in before a show at Brooklyn Made. The mezcal Negroni was perfect. So was the quesadilla with chimichurri sauce. Very sexy music and vibe. I will be back!

A lot of drink specials go down over here !..a small spot so come early..the bartender was pretty cool and nice and will keep your drinks flowing!!!

Cafe Mez is a super cool new addition to the neighborhood! I went there to grab drinks before at show at Brooklyn Made. The food was great. I highly recommend the quesadilla with the chimichurri sauce and the homemade ice cream sandwiches . They have a huge selection of tequila and mezcal. The vibe is sexy and the music is always on point. It's a perfect date night spot!
