The 27 Best Restaurants in Nagoya, Japan | Eater

"Decorated like a chic apartment, Cafe Molly hides on the second floor of an otherwise nondescript building, making it the perfect place to escape the frenetic chaos of the Osu Kannon shopping arcade outside. Settle into one of the many low-slung couches and choose from one of their two rotating seasonal specials for lunch. If you’re craving something sweet, ask for the apple mille-feuille, which comes with a hot drink of your choice. You can also stop by in the evening when the cafe serves alcohol. This is hands-down our FAVORITE coffee place in Phoenix. Located on Bethany Home (off the 51), this place posts a modern-look to their coffee shop. It is a quaint place, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely nice, always willing to explain their drinks, and the love that goes into them. The coffee itself is AMAZING. You can never go wrong just getting the original Vietnamese Coffee, but I love going with the Pandan foam to add that sweet nuttiness to it. If you have never had Vietnamese-style coffee, or even if frequent in ethnic coffee, you need to visit Cafe Mollie!

Whether you’re starting your morning, catching up with a friend, or trying to emotionally recover from an auburn-haired Swiss boy who absolutely knew what he was doing, Cafe Mollie is your sanctuary. Tucked into Camelback East like a minimalist dreamscape with fairy lights and desert-modern charm, this place has main character energy written all over it. One look at the matte black bike racks, the clean white walls adorned with desert murals, and the cozy interior that whispers “write your memoir here,” and I was sold. The staff? Friendly in that “we know your regular order but won’t judge you if you cry a little while ordering it” kind of way. The coffee? Bold. Delicious. Exactly what you need to power through a day of pretending you’re fine. And don’t even get me started on the Banh Mi—it’s the culinary equivalent of being wrapped in a weighted blanket and told, “You deserve better.” Whether you’re on your way to work, plotting your next life chapter, or dishing about your latest ex over an oat milk latte, Cafe Mollie is the place. 10/10 recommend—for the coffee, the ambiance, and the much-needed emotional support.

Google
I use to love Cafe Mollie, their strawberry matcha was one of my top favorites. Not sure if because they have gotten busier they have cut down on quality, but the drinks even though prettty were horrible. The matchas were super water down hardly any matcha taste. Before I always had more of a strawberry puree, today it seemed just like a strawberry syrup. The Ube coffee had no realy taste besides super bitter not drinkable even after adding more cream at home. So sad because it used to be good and sucks I spent over 20 bucks to just throw them away.

Google
Had to stop in to try the mango sticky rice matcha since it was definitely a different type of drink. Loved the mango pieces mixed with the matcha, it was yummy! Also tried the pistachio white mocha and this drink was fire! I would order it again! I will be back to try different drinks!

Google
Cafe Mollie is an excellent family owned business, who offers a variety of drinks and flavored matcha. It was not the best matcha I have ever had, but if you are looking for a spot to meet up with friends and try something new, it is pretty good for that reason.

Google
Only here to review about their coffee We drove 20min from Scottsdale to check out the Vietnamese coffee We actually good expectations as we saw so many ppl ordering and waiting for their drinks The place felt like there was barely any AC even though it was so hot outside. I was low key sweating waiting for my drink We got the Vietnamese coffee, and I was disappointed because it was made via machine and not traditional drip. It was mostly bitter without the rich or bold flavor. Tasted more bland and watered down. the pandan coffee was better because the pandan gave the drink more flavor I saw a lot of ppl getting matcha drinks—-I am assuming their matcha is better than their coffee series

Google
Vietnamese coffee and matcha at Cafe Mollie is SO good. The Banh Mi sandwiches are pretty great too and very reasonably priced. It’s so far out of the way for me to drive here and yet I keep finding my way back every other week or so. This is maybe my new favorite coffee shop in the Valley!

Google
I seriously can't stop thinking about this place--it's easily my favorite coffee shop right now! The Pandan Vietnamese Coffee is unbeatable in my opinion. Bold flavor with the perfect touch of sweetness from the cold foam without being too much. We also tried the Strawberry Matcha and were really impressed. The strawberry purée tasted fresh--not like the artificial syrup you get at most places. We asked for an extra scoop of matcha, and they were super accommodating. Definitely recommend this one if you're into a stronger matcha flavor. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Yelp
Best iced coffee I've ever had in my life. Highly recommend pandan coffee medium roast minus one shot.

Yelp
Fall menu dropped early this year and I really wanted to try their London Fog Matcha. It took several sips before I was able to taste the Earl Grey amid the Matcha and lavender. But it's definitely there, and it's quite good. Will need to try with different milks. Also recently tried their Yuzu Cold Brew, which was surprisingly refreshing! The slight bitterness of the Yuzu peels in their Yuzu jam complements the cold brew really well. The renaissance that this coffee shop has experienced is truly inspirational. They've really leaned into perfecting their Asian flavored offerings as well as highlighting the rotating flavors concept! Their Mango Sticky Rice Matcha, which debuted in spring of this year, was such an insane hit that it's now part of their regular menu--lucky for all of us. Weekends tend to be very busy and loud in the space, so grab and go. Weekdays are calmer and quieter, but still expect a continuous flow of customers.

Yelp
I've been here 3 times now, I will say the matcha isn't really the best. I think the coffee is better. I came here this morning, there was 1 person in front of me ordering and once it was my turn I ordered 2 pandan matchas and that was it. I waited for my drinks to be ready and people kept coming in and ordering, there were like 4 different orders, and I noticed the people who ordered after me were getting their orders first. I thought I might have missed when they called out my drinks so I moved seats to see if they were there and they weren't. So I kept waiting and a new person came in and ordered, immediately when she got done ordering they made her drink and I was still there just waiting. I eventually decided to get up and ask about my drinks which is absurd. Turns out they 'forgot' about my drinks. Obviously this made me upset because I was waiting there and they didn't care. I don't think I'll be coming back if this is the way they treat their customers. The only thing that's good about this place is their coffee, I liked the egg coffee and banana sesame seeds coffee, but I don't think the coffee is THAT good to be dealing with bad customer service. There are better coffee shops that have better drinks.

Yelp
First time visiting this cozy little coffee shop, and I'm already planning my next trip back! I ordered the mango sticky rice matcha, and it was absolutely delicious, the earthy matcha was perfectly balanced by the sweet, tropical mango flavor. Super unique and so well done. My friends tried the egg coffee, pandan matcha, and passionfruit lemonade tea, and everyone loved their drinks. Each one had its own distinct twist, and the quality was clear in every sip. The shop itself is small and super cute, though seating is limited, so finding a table during peak hours can be a bit tricky. That said, there's plenty of parking, which makes it super convenient. Can't wait to come back and try more from their creative drink menu. Definitely a hidden gem in the PHX area!

Yelp
Cute cafe located in Phoenix! This place is in a shopping center along with a few other businesses, and there is plenty of parking out front. It was fairly busy when we went on a Saturday morning, however there were a good amount of seats open. The place is very aesthetic, with white/beige decor and green plants throughout. It give a a nice cozy, homey feeling. We ordered a strawberry matcha and a pandan matcha. It was okay, not the best we've had but not the worst either. I wouldn't mind coming back to try their banana pudding matcha. I wish I saw that they had this before I ordered! Overall, it was a great experience and glad I finally got to try this cafe out. Would love to stop by again and bring my laptop when I need to get some work done :)

Yelp
I'm such a huge fan of this place. The pandan matcha is one of the best drinks in Phoenix. It's so hard to order anything else, even though everything I've tried has been great. I love their Vietnamese coffee and the Asian flavors they bring into the tea. Staff are friendly, they have alternative milks, and they have never once messed up my order. Their specials and food always impress, and their space is super cute too. All in all, a perfect ten.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm definite going to keep coming back here to try every coffee. Starting off strong... the Vietnamese coffee! This tastes like the classic flavor you'd expect. A regular there recommended coming back for the pandan iced coffee. This looked so good along with the ube coffee. You can even order a pandan matcha coffee, both mild flavors that I love. It was packed on a Saturday around 1:30pm but I felt like the line was moving pretty steadily. We didn't dine in and instead took our drink to go. Super glad we have a cafe like this in Phoenix. I wish I was closer. There's also free wifi if you need to work remotely but I might not go here if I needed to take any web meetings. The inside is fairly small but I actually enjoy these types of vibes because the menu isn't super big but they pack big flavor and had good music playing. Unimportant feedback: I'd probably suggest swapping the white led lights for more cozy warm toned light bulbs. It can elevate the vibe

Yelp
Cafe Mollie is a solid spot if you're wanting matcha or Asian inspired drinks. I came in on Wednesday around 10 am and there was no line. The service was okay. My drink came out quickly. I did think the price was a bit steep (even coming from LA matcha standards) at $10. Large Strawberry Matcha with Oat Milk: they got the ratio of strawberry to matcha down. You can definitely taste the matcha quality. If you're looking for a spot to grab a drink and get some work done, this is a good spot. There's plenty of seating and it's not too loud.

Yelp
A local cafe featuring Vietnamese coffee and boba tea, plus experimental drinks, and pastries. They were super packed when we got there (signs of this place is where is it). Place is very cute. I got the Matcha Latte, it was very good. Parking and inside seating are limited. Everyone else in our group loved their drinks. Need to go back to try more.

Yelp
Has been on my to go list for a while and finally I stopped by with some friends from out of town. We all got something different and we all liked our drinks. I got the mango sticky rice matcha and it was well balanced. My friend who is married to a Vietnamese got the Vietnamese coffee and she gave it her seal of approval. I like that they have good parking. Service was good. Knocking one star down because I feel they go really heavy on the ice.
google avatar

Yelp
This was so much better. My friends insisted I give it another shot. The last time I came here I think I came on an off day because my matcha was watered down and almost grey looking. Today I tried their strawberry matcha, mango sticky rice matcha, and their peach tea and everything was so good, I chugged it so fast. I'm glad I came back, I think the Mango matcha was my favorite. I'm gonna come back again and see if it's consistent, I'm very happy with my visit :)

Yelp
I always come here for the mango sticky rice matcha. Super yummy and unique drink. The staff here are pretty friendly and the place is clean. I have also tried the egg coffee, pandan coffee, ube coffee, and pandan matcha. They're all solid but I come back for that mango sticky rice matcha. I do wish they would maintain or revamp the interior to look nicer and cleaner though, especially with how busy they can get. Great business.

Yelp
Still try to stop by here when I have the time since it's pretty far & I am always blown away each time! The drinks are always SO good. My favs are: Taro Matcha & Black Sesame Banana Latte. 10/10!!
google avatar

Sabrina H.

Yelp
Been here a few times so far and found that a lot of their drinks are either a hit or miss and pretty inconsistent. However, I am a huge fan of fun rotating asian inspired flavor drinks, and this cute little cafe satisfies that need. Out of all my visits, my most favorite drink I've tried so far was the black sesame matcha. The foam was really good and nutty and they offer some of the best quality matcha I've had in Phoenix. I've also had their pandan matcha (weak in pandan flavor and matcha wasn't as strong) and the black sesame banana latte (good banana flavor, foam wasn't as good this time). Their egg coffee is solid too. The parking lot is small so there is limited parking during peak hours, but there are many other lots nearby. It gets busy so working here could be a struggle as the shop is small, but they provide wifi and there is always a few people with laptops. I love coming here to catch up with friends!

Yelp
upon arriving the place is super clean and busy, they have an eccentric variety of items on the menu and for a good price, they also have some chips available for purchase and cute stickers, my son loved the passion fruit lemonade and it had real passion fruit in it! i got a mango sticky rice pandan matcha, the matcha was good but i regret mixing the mango into the drink cause drinking it together tasted a little odd regardless i loved the drink, i cant wait to come back and try more drinks!
google avatar

Nicole B.

Yelp
Still one of my favorite spots. I've since tried more of their special drinks, and wanted to confirm they deserve 5 stars. I also now regularly go for a Vietnamese coffee that just can't be beat.
google avatar

Gisselle G.

Yelp
I am HOOKED on the mango sticky rice matcha! I'm glad I found this spot right before the summer hit, because now I have a go to spot for a nice refreshing drink. It was pretty crowded when I went, so it looks like this spot is a crowd favorite. Looking forward to trying some of their other drinks on the menu.
google avatar

Jina L.

Yelp
Was in the area and a friend recommended this place and told me I have to try the mango sticky rice! I didn't know it was a matcha drink!!! Anyways had to give it a try! When we got here there were lines out the door so it was busy! But the space isn't that big either. They have interesting matcha flavors wanted to give all of them a try but could only pick two so chose the Ube matcha as well. I'd definitely get the mango sticky rice again! Ube wasn't as refreshing. It was more chalky tasting. I'd definitely come back and try the other flavors!

Yelp
This was my second time here and I'm hooked. I had the Ube matcha and it's probably the best matcha I've ever had. I'm not sure if it's just a seasonal flavor but I hope it's a permanent flavor. The shop is very cute and inviting. The employees are very friendly. If you haven't tried this place you should. I can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Cafe Mollie is one of the best coffee shops in all of the AZ area and they are known for their Vietnamese inspired drinks! This spot is located in a plaza with a decent amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a modern and spacious interior filled with greenery and plants. For their menu, they have a nice selection of different coffee, matcha, and seasonal speciality drinks. Wifey and I pulled up after a long drive from Cali for our first drinks of the day. We opted to try two of their new speciality drinks: the Toasted Coconut Matcha and the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha. Both drinks were rich and decadent with the right balance of not being too sweet! Overall, we are glad we finally got the chance to stop by and check them out. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Cafe Mollie should definitely be on the top of your list for your next coffee run in AZ!
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for a quick pick me up! Cute interior and ample parking in a shared parking lot with other businesses. I was impressed by their diverse Vietnamese coffee menu but opted for my usual salted coffee. As expected with good salted coffee, the foam complimented the strong but sweet coffee very well. My friend enjoyed her pandan coffee, which I didn't get to try but will next time. Kinda pricey, but a gem in the Phoenix coffee scene for sure!
google avatar

Serena S.

Yelp
Their matcha is probably the best I've found in the valley so far. The first time I visited, the staff was incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, the woman at the register was noticeably rude. I simply asked if I could get the sticky mango rice matcha with nonfat milk instead of coconut milk, and she responded in a very dismissive tone, saying, 'If you don't like coconut, this drink isn't for you.' It wasn't that I didn't like coconut. I just preferred a different milk. I ended up ordering the strawberry matcha instead, which was delicious, and my sister actually got the sticky mango rice matcha and enjoyed it. Still, the interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. A little kindness and better tone go a long way
google avatar

Maikell B.

Yelp
The homies and I were on the hunt for a coffee spot and decided to check out Cafe Mollie. Right off the bat, we loved the chill outdoor seating area--perfect for relaxing with a coffee. Inside, there's a decent amount of seating as well, which adds to the cozy vibe. I ordered the Pistachio Latte, but honestly, it didn't live up to my expectations. However, the homies Coconut Matcha drink was incredible--so good, in fact, that I ended up getting the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha for myself. That drink was a total game-changer and completely redeemed the experience. While I can't speak to their other lattes, the matcha drinks are definitely the stars of the menu in my opinion. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions about the options. I'd definitely come back for the matcha drinks if I'm ever in Phoenix again!
google avatar

Siobhan P.

Yelp
Love Cafe Mollie, I don't get their often since I live in NE Mesa but my favorite is the Strawberry Matcha. So when I am around this particular area I always stop. I would love to see them partner with Suss pastries again.
google avatar

Olivia D.

Yelp
Staff was so friendly, (and they were playing boygenius iykyk) and the matcha is so delicious! It tastes high quality, which makes it worth it for the price! I got the pandan matcha latte, and the cold foam is addicting; I will be back! Their menu was full of unique flavors and Vietnamese flavors, which is awesome to see.
google avatar

Ashley P.

Yelp
Tried Café Mollie for the first time and I'm already planning my return trip. I ordered the iced mango sticky rice matcha and I'm not being dramatic when I say it was life changing--perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and somehow nostalgic and refreshing all at once. Service was quick and friendly, which I always appreciate. Plenty of parking made it easy to pop in, and the space itself is airy with lots of seating--great for working remotely or catching up with a friend. If you're a matcha lover or just looking for a unique treat in PHX, Café Mollie is a must-visit.
google avatar

Selenia P.

Yelp
This place was very busy but the line moves very quick! We ordered some teas and a matcha milk tea. All were delicious. I also ordered a grilled chicken Banh Mi. It took about 25 minutes for us to get the sandwich and there was other food orders going out that were ordered after ours. So I assume they somehow overlooked ours. Once we got it, it was pretty good. Just the right amount of spice for me but I feel like it could've used a bit more filling. Still very tasty. The cafe itself has plenty of seating, free WiFi and even some out door space to sit.
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
I've been to Cafe Mollie a couple of times since their opening because I loved the concept of their drinks! I love anything matcha, ube, and pandan inspired so I knew that I had to check this place out. I've tried out several of their drinks including the pandan matcha, ube coffee, and sandwiches. I like the pandan matcha more than the ube coffee because I find that their coffee is a little too bitter for my liking. I don't think their matcha is the best either but the pandan definitely makes up for it! This place is worth checking out if you've never been before. It's been getting a lot busier since more people are discovering the cafe out and using it as a study spot. There are a good amount of seats and outlets to get some work done or just to hand out if you come at a good time. The workers are quick to take orders and get drinks out which I appreciate!
google avatar

Dorothy T.

Yelp
As a matcha lover, I was amazed by all the matcha variations on their menu! They offer other unique Asian flavors, including black sesame matcha & taro latte. The mango sticky rice matcha was fire! The coconut overpowers the matcha but wow, it truly tasted like the Thai dessert in a cup. I'd skip the taro matcha next time bc it just tasted like ube flavoring
google avatar

Gayl B.

Yelp
This is such a cute coffee place! I've tried several drinks and really like their matcha. Too bad so many other people have figured out that this place is so good. It's getting hardly to find a place to sit. Service is great too. The place is super clean. I also love how there are some many great stores in this little area. So if you can't find a seat, take it outside now that the weather has turned to gorgeous or stroll into the other nearby cute stores.
google avatar

Norell S.

Yelp
LOVE this place! It made me fall in love with matcha! You'll find me here almost every morning on my way to work. Don't sleep on the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha!!!
google avatar

Christa M.

Yelp
Decided on getting drinks here since we were in the area. I brought my friend along and we were excited to try them out. Parking was a bit hectic since the plaza was busy. There aren't that many spots so people were driving around like sharks. We got lucky and only waited about 5 minutes for a spot. We walked in and it also was busy! Almost every table was occupied and people were on their computers. The worker quickly greeted us and let us look over the menu. We ordered: One iced thai tea One iced energy drink that consisted of mango and passion fruit A table cleared up so we grabbed it right away. There were some cute stickers for sale that I was so tempted to buy buut I had to stop myself hehe. Our drinks were made right away and we had some small talk with the friendly cashier. The drinks were both really good. My Thai tea was refreshing, creamy, and it satisfied the thirstttt. My friends drink was super good and he really enjoyed the recommendation of adding mango flavoring to the drink. Overall we had a good time. Will be back!

Yelp
Don't let the reviews deceive you. Cafe Mollie is not as good as people say. My wife and I visited to try the Matcha Mango Sticky Rice drink. Not even sure why they name it sticky rice - there is no sticky rice. The matcha and mango also don't mix that well - it's a bit sour. The service was alright. They forgot the bánh mi that we ordered so we had to walk up and ask for it again. The inside is modern and aesthetic but there is no where to sit/study- it's too busy.
google avatar

Charles S.

Yelp
Ya'll....don't walk....RUN & get yourself this banana pudding iced latte. Thank me later. You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu. The service is stellar and the workspace is usually pretty quiet to get work done.
google avatar

Jillian W.

Yelp
Cafe Mollie is the best. Every time we are in Phoenix we have to make a stop for their matcha and coffee. We haven't had a drink that we didn't like. The matcha flavors are so good and unique. My favorite is the pandan but they also have seasonal offerings. The matcha tastes sweet and fragrant rather than bitter and chalky like some other places. Best matcha lattes I've ever had. This will always be a stop for us when in Phoenix!
google avatar

Gretel Y.

Yelp
I've had Cafe Mollie on my list for a while now, but couldn't make myself take the 45+ minute drive from my house. Fortunately, my husband and I were in Phoenix last weekend and found ourselves only ten minutes away. We arrived late morning on a Sunday and were pleased to see a parking lot with ample spots available. The cafe was bustling and there was a short line when we walked in. However, it moved quickly, just enough for us to decide on what to order. I wanted to try the pho coffee, but it was no longer on the menu. I opted for the ube coffee and my husband chose the black sesame latte. The ube coffee comes with dark roast coffee, condensed milk, and topped with ube cold foam. It was delicious and had great ube flavor. The cold foam had a rich ube flavor, but was a tad too sweet for me. The black sesame latte comes with espresso, white chocolate, milk, and topped with black sesame cold foam. My husband requested it less sweet, but could have done with even less sweetness. Nonetheless, the latte was enjoyable. The space is bright and inviting. The staff was friendly. We would try them again if we're back in the area.
google avatar

Cindy Z.

Yelp
A friend from Phoenix highly recommended Cafe Mollie, so I stopped by while in town to get some work done and try their drinks. I got a matcha, and my friend opted for the egg coffee. The space is cozy, filled with plants, and perfect for working or just relaxing and catching up with friends. I went for the ube matcha, and it was really good ! Not overly sweet, with a perfect balance of flavors. My friend loved the egg coffee as well. The staff was super friendly. Will definitely be back to try different drinks :) !

Yelp
First time getting the sandwich. 8.50? That's a decent deal. It's about $7 at a legit sandwich shop so not a big overpay. A higher end sandwich and not as stuffed as traditional viet sandwiches but all the flavors are there. I would definitely order again
google avatar

Lydia A.

Yelp
I've heard about this place and have been wanting to go! We got the special banana black sesame latte and it was incredible. You could taste the banana in every sip. My fiancé got the passion fruit lemonade. We'll be back and try more drinks and the banh mi!
google avatar

Yelp
Wonderful little coffee shop specializing in Vietnamese coffee, Thai tea's,Boba, Latte, egg coffee, and Matcha. They also have a small Banh Mi menu with Vietnamese sandwiches and burritos. The baristas where very friendly the atmosphere is warm and inviting they have a small seating area to enjoy your coffee. Vietnamese coffee is known for its bold, strong, and rich flavor. The Robusta coffee bean has twice the caffeine compared to most coffee beans they use unique brewing method using a phin filter which is a small, metal filter that is placed directly on top of the cup, and is typically served with condensed milk to balance the bold rich flavor. They are open from 7am to 5pm Mon-Fri. 8am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.

Yelp
This review is strictly for the taro matcha that went from a 5 star drink to a 3 star drink overnight . My friend and I have been getting the taro matcha and told half of Phoenix about how delicious this drink is and then came to a sad realization that they changed the taro powder they use to a cheaper version and the taste and quality of the drink suffered to the point we would rather have the lavender matcha at starbucks. :( I asked about the powder becuase I could taste the difference. One of the baristas mentioned that shipping for the higher quality powder was $40 and so they had to switch. Honestly at 8 bucks a drink I think it would be worth it to maintain the quality of your drinks. You sell 5 of them and it has paid for your shipping cost and your customers will be happier. I feel bad for anyone just trying the drink as they will never know how good it originally was and possibly won't even come back if it's the only drink they try.

Yelp
A visit to indie Cafe Mollie delivered a welcoming, Instagrammable atmosphere. The space is filled with live plants, a variety of seating and neon signage. Many people were working solo and undisturbed on their laptops while enjoying their coffee. Others were loading take away carriers with colorful iced coffees and matchas mixed with ube or fruit purées. A nice meet-up place for a leisurely visit as well. We ordered an iced pistachio white mocha, strawberry matcha and a chicken bahn mi. The mocha was delicious and flavorful. The matcha, not too sweet and fresh with the brightness and texture of the fruit. The sando was crispy yet delicate and filled with chicken, pate' and all the fixings. Get there before they run out of bread! Food is served only until 4:00. A lovely grass common area outside with seating in the sun is available for perfect Phoenix weather!

Yelp
I don't know why tiktok is lying but their matcha is what they're known for and it's really disappointing, the flavors look great, they've got Mango and strawberry matcha and it looks great the color isn't alarming but the taste is bland and weak, you can only really taste that fruit at the bottom and it breaks my heart when I see another influencer recommending this place as the best matcha in az

Yelp
My boyfriend and I love a good coffee shop! Cafe Mollie has a lot of Asian inspired beverages (think matcha, taro, black sesame, Vietnamese coffee) and I am a fan. I ordered an iced matcha latte with ube cold foam and I loved it so much that we went back the next day so I could try a different drink. I went with the black sesame matcha latte, and was a little too overwhelmed with the black sesame. (That drink only comes in the bigger size!) My boyfriend ordered a taro coffee and did not enjoy it too much. He's not a sweet drink fan, but it tasted too much like root for his liking. Regardless, I want to try other variations of drinks. The shop itself is so cute! It is very aesthetically pleasing, and there are quite a few options for seating. There are a selection of banh mi sandwiches, but I think adding pastries to the menu would definitely level this place up. Overall, I'd rate it a 3.5!

Yelp
Great atmosphere, plenty of parking! I've tried multiple matcha and coffee drinks and they were all delicious. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!

Yelp
My first strawberry matcha and surely not my last! The service here is so friendly and welcoming. The shop is adorned with special adorable touches. But most importantly if you're looking to fix your matcha craving this is the stop. The barista let me know their matcha is imported straight from Japan and suggested the strawberry purée addition. It was my favorite matcha I've ever had! Highly recommend it
