I would say this coffee shop is on par with others. They definitely only do the classics, so they don’t do anything too fancy. They have dairy-free milk options. I think the pastry options is really where they shine, because they serve things that aren’t too common in American coffee shops. Alfajores, bollos, arepas, empanadas, etc. They have sweet and savory options. I’ll be back for the pastries because it is a convenient walk. The service was a bit weird on a slow day, the employee was pretty silent, and when he walked away for a couple of minutes, I thought he forgot about us, but he was filling my bollo. So not very personable or communicative, the latter of which I think is more important. He made great coffee though.
