Montreal’s Best Working Cafés with Wifi

"Now counting a few years on the Villeray caffeine scene, Perko doesn’t scorn those hovering over their computers — it entices them with a printer and its own bookable conference room. As such, Perko can understandably get full, but there are seats and plugs aplenty — plus, it’s far enough away from the universities to avoid being too heavily overrunwith students. Food offerings are limited to the snackable: bagels, soups, some pastries and a couple of small sandwiches." - JP Karwacki, Eater Staff

One of the best cappuccino with oatmeal milk I’ve ever tried!🤩 I was not planning to take a photo, but after I tried that perfect taste, was not able to not , that’s why it doesn’t look so perfect as before my first sip!🤤 I asked for not very hot and the temperature of the drink was perfect! On some days you can find pastries with discount and gluten free muffins. Thank you for the great service☺️

Excellent coffee and some of the BEST pastries I've had in Montreal, and I've been practically everywhere. I love their cinnamon croissant thing--I don't even know what it's called and yet I think about it all the time lol. ps. I do agree with what another reviewer wrote about the lighting; it can be quite dark in there and hard to read. But otherwise adore the chill ambiance!

Super latté. Larger? Warmer? Better tasting? I don’t know. Just a bit better than the usual. Water available. Good window seating - stools and counter. Tables. Certain co-working vibe - mostly folks on laptops when I visited after 9h00.

Super cozy café. The baked goods are made on site, I highly recommend the cinnamon roll, as well as the cheese and herbs roll. The coffee is really good, and seasonal options are available ( ex: pumpkin spice,.. ).

This location of Café Nocturne, on Villeray, has been closed since early September or so. There is a sign saying a new café, called Café Riche, will be opening there soon.

Really great place to study/work!! My only complaint is that I wish there were more light sources.. on dark rainy days it feels really dim in here
