Absolutely beautiful! Truly a hidden gem! You walk in thinking it’s a simple electric meets art deco coffee shop but you soon realize there’s so much more! You take a left upon entered the cafe and there’s an extended amount of beautiful architecture, ambiance and interior design, an infinite amount of seats and lounges to enjoy. It’s absolutely wonderful! The restrooms have a historic, speakeasy vibe to it as well and it makes the experience all that more better that it’s hidden downstairs. There’s an elevator as well just in case. If you pay a visit to Dtla, this is an absolute must.

Coming from Berlin, I was shocked when I couldn’t find a cozy café anywhere in downtown Los Angeles, except Cafe Ora at Per La Hotel. The coffee tastes great and the staff is super friendly. Thanks to you, Claudia and the other young man for our nice conversation!
