"Cafe Remix is a Federal Way coffee and Korean snack shop that has relocated to Downtown Seattle. They mostly sell caffeinated drinks alongside a wide selection of Korean potato chips, candy, and instant noodles. But there’s also a limited hot food menu that changes often, ranging from souffle pancakes to kimbap. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Kayla Sager-Riley

Had brunch today 2/1/2025. When we arrived at 11am no one was there, within 10 minutes there was a line all the way to the door. The soufflé takes a bit of time but was delicious! They’re still in their soft-opening and working out the kinks but I had a great meal and can’t wait to come back! I like that tax and tip are included. Can’t wait to return, is tomorrow too soon?

Stopped by here after visiting pike place market! Yummy food, great service and nice location! My son is a picky eater but he enjoyed dumplings and pancakes very much! Drinks are not too sweet and very refreshing! Perfect spot to stop by for a quick snack or a full meal!

Came here for my birthday, celebrated alone this year. I came in with my camera to take some photos and to get some good food. So happy I stumbled onto this local business. They made great conversation with me, gave me a nice sample of their souffle (it was amazing, very fluffy) the customer service was one of the best I've had. Truly made my day with how they run the business and how well made the food was. The kimchi was the best I've had in a while, possibly homemade. Their food and the quality of their hot meals was very impressive

Staff were very welcoming when I went here on one of the first days they opened. A lot of things were not ready yet since are still in their soft opening phase. I ordered the Matcha Dalgoma and they gave me a few samples to try the other menus. Price is pretty affordable for downtown lunch prices. Their motto seems to be about no tax and no tip, whatever price is on the menu is what your total is.

This is SUCH a cute little cafe/snack bar! Everyone is so friendly. This is my second time during their soft opening and I have not been disappointed! The souffle was perfection! The creme was PERFECTION. The gimbap is exactly what I always imagined a good gimbap would taste like. And the macadamian soy latte is strong and delicious! Cannot wait for their grand opening and hope they get lots of customers!

Had high hopes since I saw this on instagram, instead I sat waiting at least 40-50 for a matcha strawberry soufflé pancake without any customer service (was quite slow the day we went too, was told 20 minutes when I ordered). Waiting is fine but no acknowledgement or why the long wait .. and the bottom soufflé being not as jiggly and slightly / brown was a bit disappointing. Added picture of how they handed the pancake to me. The cream kind of just dropped to the side :/

My husband and I came here on Saturday morning at 10am hoping to try their soufflé pancakes. That didn’t happen. As I approached the restaurant another costumer came out and told us they weren’t open until 11am. Not sure why they even had the doors unlocked if they weren’t willing to serve anything and to have various posts online of the hours at 10am. We had to find another establishment instead of waiting another hour. As we walked back to our car from eating breakfast elsewhere we decided to get something to go. We ordered two kimbaps, bulgolgi and pork. There was a small board with the price of $12 for each kimbap. I asked the cashier guy why he rung it up to $14 each. He ignored my question and I just paid even though I shouldn’t have because of the line of people behind me. This place is super deceptive. I’m not sure if he thinks if he’s getting good business he can charge whatever prices he wants. If he even had the common decency to tell me they forgot to change the prices on the board I would’ve walked away feeling better. Stealing is never okay and forget about costumer service he gave me. This place is dark and everything is chaotic. Customers don’t seem to understand there is one line to pay, ask questions when they get to the cashier, and to pick up food. The menu should be displayed at the front door in bigger letters like a real pay at the counter restaurant. To have everything in one place to read the menu, order, pay, and pick up is chaotic. Never ever will I step foot here again. It’s one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long while. They sell Korean snacks and instant noodles that can be found for cheaper at your local H-Mart. Don’t come here unless you want your money stolen and bad customer service.

Amazing little spot with Korean food, snacks, and desserts I’ve never seen anywhere else. The staff were very welcoming and since it was just us would bring us little snacks to try. Definitely worth visiting if you haven’t.
