Cafe Remix Sushi Bar is a hidden gem in Seattle! The atmosphere was great—perfect for a relaxed evening out. The food was absolutely amazing; every roll was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. And the sake? Ice cold and refreshing, exactly how it should be. What really made the experience stand out was the staff—they were incredibly nice, attentive, and made us feel right at home. I can't recommend this place enough for sushi lovers looking for quality food and warm hospitality. Will definitely be coming back! Feel free to adjust the tone or add specific dishes you enjoyed!

Cafe Remix absolutely blew me away. This café delivers both incredible food and truly outstanding customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in — you can tell they really care about their guests. Must try the Ube pancakes or the strawberry match.

My favorite sushi chef, Ken, used to be down in Des Moines and now he works here. He is amazing and makes great food! Really enjoyed my lunch here and look at this giant soufflé!

Highly recommend the Ube souffle. It was so good! The Uber souffle earned them the 5 stars. We also got the kimbap which was very big due to them putting alot of lettuce in it. My group ended picking out much of the lettuce. We were not used to so much lettuce in our kimbap

The sakedon and kaisendon are so good. They remind me of the food in Fukuoka. The souffle was soft and melt in mouth and the matcha foam was finely blended, making a perfect balance of flavor.

very lovely cafe that just re-opened! the staff are very welcoming & kind. they are clearly very passionate about what they do & they do it well!! the whole atmosphere is cute & cozy too. i recommend the yuzu ade if you’re craving something sweet & cold! sushi (especially the spicy tuna) is soooo tasty! will definitely be returning asap

I tried both sushi dishes and desserts and I loved them all. It felt like a great food journey through korea and japan in one place. I had the spicy tuna cube and it was flovorful and the price was amazing. The souffle seemed to be made from scratch, and even the foam on the top was beautifully done. Everything was really good.

I’m super excited scores to write this review thjs was the ONLY ONLY reason I went to Seattle and it did not disappoint. So good I had it 2 days in a row. Clean place very well kept and relaxing.
